Emirati Arabi Uniti: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Emirato di Fujaira

It was a wonderful stay. The hotel is ideally located in the city centre, near to a mall. The facility is clean, staff is courteous and there were no hidden charges of any sort. Room was massive with all kitchen appliances. The only downside is hotel parking which was quite tight, however there are ample free parking spaces outside the hotel. We will definitely comeback.

The stay was excellent. Location was nice and good view to both sides, open view and there is no blockage of view by building. We booked for the peak time and there were rush for check-in, however the Manager assisted in between to help the check-in staff and he took initiative to add more supporting staff to control the rush. Unfortunately, I couldn't get his name. The breakfast restaurant was good and nice food. They had pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and gym The staff are good; only we found the cleaning team missed to clear the trash, which i reminded them and they did. Might be because of busy schedule due to full occupancy of the hotel. The hotel is connected to Fujairah mall, and is easy to access the outlets. Also, they have valet parking and also underground free parking. Totally we were impressed with the stay.

Il posto è fantastico, siamo qui regolarmente, Tutte le camere possono essere detto 1-line dare portatile mangale gratuito più griglia, 18 km mercato della pesca, pesce fresco, tonno catturato, aringa reale. Alkashka è direttamente sul territorio, la scelta è enorme, i prezzi sono più economici che nel dumping frigo. Aqualangs, Baydarks, idrocicli, ci sono tutti. Bagno di intrattenimento per bambini. Io consiglio. Chi andrà a controllare il mio spettacolo, sarà concesso un sconto.

Avevo un ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel! Le camere erano pulite e confortevoli, il personale era amichevole e le strutture erano eccellenti. Mi piaceva in particolare il tennis court un modo così grande per rilassarsi e rimanere attiva durante il mio viaggio. Molto consigliato!

Unfortunately, my experience at DoubleTree by Hilton was disappointing. The receptionist lacked the necessary skills to interact professionally with guests, which negatively impacted the first impression of the hotel. Additionally, there was a noticeable shortage of staff in valet parking and luggage handling services, causing unexpected delays and inconvenience. Overall, the services did not reflect the standards of a five-star hotel. I hope the management takes steps to improve service quality and provide a guest experience that aligns with the hotel’s rating.

度假風酒店，位置優越，snoopy island可以直接游過去，浮潛看到了各種魚，海龜，可能還有鯊魚，酒店自己的水上俱樂部可以提供漿板，手滑艇等設備，有風景很好無邊泳池和池邊的bar，潛水完來一杯很不賴，房間比較舊了，潮，需要一直開除濕器，從性價比和度假體驗來説，還是強推

The staff were friendly, efficient and attentive to our needs. The rooms were clean and surprisingly spacious and comfortable.

Nel complesso non era come previsto, non si ha la sensazione di un hotel a 5 stelle con un servizio a 5 stelle. Mia moglie ha ordinato 2 bottiglie d'acqua in più dalle pulizie (dato che è estate e hanno messo solo 1 bottiglia d'acqua), il signore è venuto con solo una, quando ho detto che ne abbiamo ordinate 2, ha detto se vogliamo di più per ordinare il servizio in camera !!! Era semplicemente ridicolo, probabilmente sta ricevendo istruzioni dal suo superiore in modo che gli ospiti possano ordinare dal servizio in camera. Comunque mia moglie li ha chiamati di nuovo ed è stata inviata una seconda bottiglia. La maggior parte degli ospiti non indossava maschere agli ascensori. Comunque è stata la prima e l'ultima volta, non lo consiglierei.

Carpet was stain, found hair in bathroom, room was dusty. Order orange juice got delivered in night. Ordered omlet at brekfast but did not delivered for me. My husband got. Food & bevergae did not come to assist us. Waited for seat but finaly we have to find seat. Breakfast time also seats were not available have to wait. Not worth it. Horrible stay.

Le procedure erano facili, e il loro trattamento è molto bello, l'hotel e la camera sono al primo posto in pulizia e bellezza, mi piaceva l'idea di offrire frutta ai residenti, anche il silenzio del posto è molto bello, Non sono rimasto li' per molto, ma una bella esperienza.
