To WHOM it may concern, we were welcomed here by HARRY the owner whom had a big heart! When we first arrived the Red Roof was under alot of renovation construction and we were traveling with Ken's cats TRAINED to pickup on his disability issues. Bldg.#1 that was under renovation wasn't meant for pets just bldg #2. However due to Ken's condition n military service HARRY was kind enough to put us in a recently renovated room! HARRY is very kind and accommodating to all his guests and has a very big heart! When we first got into Red Roof we had a rocky start, this again was due to all the construction renovation and at times being missed on house keeping due to Robin one of staff behind front desk forgeting us. However today I ran into HARRY and his Dad and they asked me how things were going, and I replied that since they had both taken the reigns of the place that things were going much smoother now and Thanked them both. The place looks much better now and I would tell all that they have safes in room, refrigerator and microwave flat screen tvs , washer/dryer in the vending rm. BBQ. grills in back yard for guests,access to restaurants, gas, banks, groceries and interstate. Also plenty of parking.. great if looking for a value!

The worst, filthiest hotel we've ever tried to stay at. We booked this hotel online because the price was very reasonable. When we got to the hotel, they claimed they were in the remodeling process, but the only evidence of that was a horribly deteriorated exterior, along with netting underneath the balcony walkways to catch falling debris from a building that was literally falling apart. The room! UGH! Opened the door to a shabby room that stank to high heavens. Checked out the bed to find soiled sheets adorned with someone else's bodily fluid, and a bedspread that looked like it had been walked on. The pillows were filthy, and the bed was made up just like someone had just barely pulled up the covers, and not changed the sheets. We asked the front desk person (the only one on duty) if she could have the sheets changed, but she said there was no one to do that, and that we could have new sheets - if she could find any. The area around the elevators was filled with trash carts and also smelled. This was clearly another case of someone buying the franchise of a failing hotel, then just letting it run itself into the ground. Happily, after some resistance from the front desk person, we canceled our reservation and was refunded. My wife and I will NEVER stay in another Red Roof Inn, again.

L'hotel non ha riconosciuto la nostra prenotazione e ci ha chiesto di pagare di nuovo. Allora ci hanno dato una camera con due letti doppi invece del letto re che abbiamo prenotato. Una volta abbiamo una camera di letto di dimensioni re è STUNK OF SMOKE! E il bacino sembrava che fosse per cadere dal muro. Il bonus è che è proprio oltre il Dinner Theater di Beef e Boards. Spero che finiranno le riparazioni e sarà meglio presto.

Il mio furgone di noleggio è andato a rotoli e ho bisogno di un posto per stare, sono venuto in questa posizione e aveva avuto una visita molto stress-free e rilassante. Kalie e Jodie hanno avuto un personale molto eccezionale e molto professionale, hanno sempre un sorriso!!! Molto utile quando il mio camion continua a ritardare il negozio e assicurarmi che ho ancora una stanza da soggiornare. Rimango sicuramente qui e lo consiglio molto. Le camere sono pulite, odore fresco, non fumatori. Un altro bonus è Walmart è a piedi, e diversi posti da mangiare a piedi. La stanza standard non aveva un frigo o una microonde, ma il re migliorato li ha. Questo è anche un posto piuttosto tranquillo. Grazie Jodie e Kalie per aver fatto del mio soggiorno una piacevole!!!
