Pros 1) Nearby many food outlets 2) big room 3) clean towel 4) breakfast is good as it's free with rooms especially coffee. 5) The staff is friendly and helpful 6) check in is fast 7) a lot of parking space and it's free for guest 8) soap and shampoo provided 9) shower water is hot 10) vinyl flooring 11) 2 free mineral water Cons 1) should upgrade the toilet bowl system 2) Aircon water leaking 3) The toilet exhaust fan is not working 4) bedside switches not fully working 5) window sound proofing needed 6) Change the bed too old and not comfortable and sink to the centre already. Suggestions 1) change toilet bowl systems leaking and sound too loud when refilled. 2) add 1 small plant in the room and lobby etc. 3) clean window 4) chase away pigeons that stay at the Aircon ledge 5) have toiletries set for sale like toothpaste and tooth brush etc. 6) add an exhaust fan to the stairs leading to the lobby. 7) service Aircon regularly 8) soundproof window 9) more purchase items for sale if not provided for free like toiletries, tissue box, extra mineral water etc. 10) towel rack since the room is big Overall Good hotel but minor changes needed. Once all these are done can increase your price a bit to provide better maintenance.

L'Hotel Staff era amichevole e utile.Come richiesto in anticipo, hanno organizzato due camere accanto a me, che apprezzo davvero. Il centro commerciale Tasek è a pochi passi. Il centro commerciale Tasek ha un TGV Cinema. Con la macchina, il centro commerciale sutera è a soli 10 minuti di auto. La pulizia dell'Hotel Square è sempre stata coerente (ho soggiornato con loro in precedenza). L'hotel offre anche biscotti, caffè e acqua al lobby dell'hotel. Sicuramente ritornerà a stare con loro se ho bisogno di un alloggio di 1 notte. Sono andato al Sky Beyond Restaurant (alias Kopitiam) per colazione la mattina seguente e ho provato il ”Ke Jia Pan Mian” è pieno di sapore e buono.

In generale, un hotel convincente e amichevole per rimanere. Era lì prima di Covid e ora di nuovo. L'unico commento è l'albergo per migliorare la manutenzione della stanza. La pittura è scalzando dal muro e un odore acido nella stanza ma non sai da dove viene. Tuttavia, la pulizia effettuata da oggetti dell'hotel è lì e sono molto amichevoli ogni volta che si avvicina per aiuto.

Late check in and request for an extra room key but the reception say it’s not enough and this cause a lot of inconvenience . Not smiley at all for the night reception during check in . But the next morning reception with 2 ladies are full of smiles and make you feel welcoming Nice clean rooms and all toiletries well equipped . Opposite the hotel there is a night Prata that is 24 hours . There is a short circuit trip in the morning around 8am for around 10 minutes and the room electricity is all cut off . But it was rectified fast Was there for badminton tournament game and it cause really inconvenient by only issuing one hotel key . Hotel should look into issuing at least 2 keys

Beh, dopo un'iatus di 4 mesi, ero pronto a viaggiare... poiché era un viaggio con gli amici, abbiamo deciso di finanziarlo.. Non mi aspettavo molto quando prenotavamo Bzz.. Infatti mi aspettavo il peggio ... ma mi piaceva essere sorpreso perché l'hotel era nuovo, quindi tutti gli accessori erano molto buoni .. era pulito e molto comodo ...anche se a causa della SOP .. il ristorante non funzionava, quindi non provava il cibo.. ma per il prezzo è certamente valsa la pena

We like the location where there are alot of eateries, minimart and a mall within walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. We arrive an hour before check in time and the staff help to do registration so we do not have to wait. The room is consider clean. But the facilities is really poor. Though I saw someone said they have done the reno recently. I think they yet did anything. The furniture are slightly chipped. The tap is not fixed probably though it is still in working condition. The worse part is the lift is still not fixed. Climbing up the stairs is a torture with all our shopping.

Molto come l'hotel. Camera pulita, conveniente e buona posizione con cibo. La camera è davvero confortevole il loro invito. Fornisce buone amministrazioni che non molti boutique fornite come redpine fornite. TV davvero chiaro e sufficiente canale. La camera complessiva che ho valutato 4/5 Ragione che ho prenotato all'hotel, poiché è vicino allo Stadio e JdT forniscono gratuitamente la navetta allo stadio. Se non mi sbaglio, l'unico hotel ha nella zona dove la navetta è stata fornita. Mi fa impazzire e dare un basso rating è che durante il check-out mi sono trattato davvero veramente RUDE dal ricevitore. Quando mi sono avvicinato al contatore, il personale non mi sembrava di essere come im interruptibile mentre faceva il suo lavoro. Poi mi chiese il numero della stanza, e poi, senza dire nulla, non mi guardava, mi restituì il deposito, e poi mi andai via senza voler causare alcun problema. ( non tutti i membri del personale si comportano così, il controllo del personale era ok e immagino che il personale di notte ha finito il lavoro mi ha salutato quando lei esce dall'hotel) scusa, questo è il peggiore personale dell'hotel che abbia mai vissuto in tutta la mia vita. Non posso accettare la rudezza così il personale dell'hotel i valutato 1/10... Vuoi tornare? Definitivamente, come l'hotel ha fornito buona camera e circostante ... speravo solo che non fosse stato ascoltato dalla stessa rude staff nella mia prossima visita all'hotel

Buona tariffa in camera con una qualità ragionevole in un vecchio quartiere con molti grandi ristoranti locali. Molto comodo letto e molto pulito. Caffè, tè, acqua e snack gratis. Wifi veloce più importante. Conveniente in e fuori! Alto consigliato!
