Vivete qui in diverse occasioni, come è proprio nel centro della città, vicino a tutto quello che avete bisogno e è abbastanza bene che si ottiene quello che pagate. I proprietari sono sempre stati accoglienti e amichevoli e non hanno mai avuto problemi mentre rimanete in proprietà. Se cerchi un posto veloce e economico per la notte, consiglierei qui. L'unica cosa che ho da denunciare (considerando che è solo $60/night) è il WiFi. Ci sono troppi diversi router WiFi e non sono nemmeno sicuri di quale è per cosa e tutte le diverse password ....

I recently stayed here with husband. The facility was acceptable. The room was big. The breakfast was good. I was happy with my experience until my departure. We had left a small cooler in the refrigerator. I know beyond a doubt it was there. We got to our destination and realized we forgot it. After our day trip, we detoured back to Brooks, (30 minutes out of our way) to retrieve our cooler. My husband was told the room was cleaned and nothing was turned it. The desk person didn’t bother to double check or inquire of the house cleaner. If I thought for a minute, I didn’t leave it there I wouldn’t say this. My property was stolen. The cooler itself wasn’t worth more than $15. It’s the principle that my property was stolen and it was not acknowledged. In addition they did not offer to investigate. I am really disappointed that the hotel did nothing they just told my husband it wasn’t turned in. I would be careful about your belongings here. My husband accepted what was told to him because he didn’t want to fight. I think it is totally unacceptable that I know it was there and it was not turned in. That is stealing

Stayed here as I was in town for a few days visiting family and was rather impressed! Growing up in Brooks this property has a reputation from when it was Econo Lodge. The price was good! And the room was great! The room was clean for the most part. Bed was comfy, and the TV was huge. They also don't use the dumb hotel cable and you had so much to choose from at least over 100 TV channels. There's a Ricky's on property in case you get hungry and many other restaurants and shopping nearby. I only have a few minor negatives about this hotel: 1) the staff wasn't the friendliest especially the young gal working the front desk from check-in to check out. 2) the shower head was not good which I think they could easily fix. 3) there's no coffee pot in the room which ******. But they have complimentary coffee in tea in the lobby that I later found out from another guest. 4) the door needs to be slammed to be fully closed. 5) The people living at the hotel can be rude and disrespectful. Towards the end of my trip I ended up getting a bad stomach bug and was up all night sick and one the ”residents” made me feel quite unsafe as he was threatening me etc. I tried to apologize and explain that it isn't my fault that I am not well but he did not care. I could have went to the front desk and said something but I felt that the gal working the desk would also not care. All in all I would for sure stay here again when I am in Brooks. You can't simply beat the price for the quality of room you get! Next time I will just ask for a room away from the people living here!

I served on the Board of an organization bringing 700 people to Brooks for an athletic event. This seemed to be one of the best hotels in Brooks, but I didn't have a good experience. Foremost, my room (#115) smelled like dirty socks or shoes, (my guess would be from a moldy air conditioning system, or carpeting that got wet and wasn't cleaned properly). Next up, anytime anyone used a toilet or shower nearby the pressurized running water was exceptionally noisy and annoying. Also, the internet was not particularly fast. On the plus side, the front desk staff were helpful and friendly, and I thought the hotel's restaurant was better than anywhere else we ate in Brooks. The pillow-top beds were nice and comfortable. But bottom line, I couldn't wait to check out and not face the stinky socks smell that was apparent every time I walked into my room.
