Ian and Youko have been so lovely. This dedicated team works so hard to ensure your stay is pleasant. It's affordable and it resonates with what you would expect from the Best Western brand. Firstly, the rooms are so clean. Ian and Youko put in so much effort on their own backs to make sure the rooms are to spec. Secondly, my colleague and I were welcomed by Ian and we felt like we weren't just another guest in the books. This can be so lost in a lot of hotels/Inns/Motels etc. Lastly, Ian and Youko will help with whatever you need where they can and considering how hard they work, I have to appreciate that effort. I highly recommend this property.

Uso l'alloggio di Havana per ”lavorare da casa” quando devo stare a Bathurst per qualche giorno. Le camere sono sempre pulite e pulite, ma quello che mi sorprende è stato il WiFi molto veloce. Ancora meglio del mio ufficio. Il desk è spazioso e la sedia di ufficio è grande. In altri luoghi di solito devo riordinare mobili per ottenere una sorta di sedile/desk operabile. Il letto è bello e morbido, ma non così morbido che si sveglia con un dorso. Il frigorifero è utile, soprattutto perché Aldi è a pochi minuti a piedi, e la zona di pranzo e salone condiviso è anche grande e ben attrezzata. Parcheggio facile fuori strada e per quelli di noi con ginocchia cattiva, è una passeggiata breve, piatta a ricezione e le camere di pavimento. Ho soggiornato qui forse dozzine di volte e non ho mai avuto una denuncia. Tutto questo per il posto più economico della città.
