Abbiamo appena tornato da un viaggio di cinque giorni a Batemans Bay. Ci siamo trasferiti quattro notti in questo fantastico motel. La nostra stanza era molto spaziosa e pulita senza spot. Il suono era eccellente. Abbiamo appena tornato da un soggiorno di quattro notti in questo motel di prima classe. La nostra stanza era molto spaziosa e ben progettata. Il servizio e i pasti erano eccellenti - pari a qualsiasi ristorante di prima classe. Il bicchiere di filetti oculari è stato il migliore che abbiamo avuto da molto tempo. Tutti i pasti erano di un livello molto elevato e la presentazione del cibo era eccellente. Tutti i dipendenti di questo motel ci hanno dato un servizio meraviglioso e niente è stato un problema. Oh WOW!!! This beautiful accommodation is such a hidden gem... 1st I booked for my husband & myself, and due to circumstances we had to bring our daughter along... Alison was so accommodating, and made our 2 night stay extremely enjoyable... Alison was also so kind, and surprised us with an unexpected room upgrade on arrival... The room had everything we needed, it was clean & was so comfortable enjoying a coffee overlooking the water... It was a short stroll into BB along the esplanade... So beautiful... We will be telling all our family & friends about this gorgeous place & it's staff & hospitality were very much appreciated... Thank you again Alison... We will see you again for sure.

This was a very nice and well located Hotel. The place is spotless and the staff were lovely :) Note you only get shampoo not conditioner or shower gel so bring some. The rooms were lovely and very clean. Just make sure you request a balcony ”Street view” means window only. Still ok but we would have preferred a balcony. The Hotel part doesn't open until 4pm just a note. But the food was delicious :)... Its super close to everything and the peer out the front is a morning coffee must !

Really friendly staff and the motel has been refurbished to a really good standard. A short walk to the centre and the marina across the road. Free parking as well. Nice and quiet area which is also close to the Catalina country club which is awesome.

Recently stayed here for one night for my husbands birthday. While the rooms are nicely appointed and have the basics. It’s not somewhere we would choose to stay again. We were in a downstairs room and constantly had children running across the ceiling in the room above us and along the path near our room, which gave us a very disturbed stay. The hotel wasn’t flexible with checking in time resulting in us having to wait in the car for two hours due to our travel arrangements. When we arrived and saw the expanse and facilities of the grounds we thought it would’ve been nice if we had the option to wait in the grounds for our room to be ready rather than to sit in the car at a park. We had breakfast included with our stay, but this was a very confusing experience as there was no one to check us off in the breakfast room or to tell us the procedures for breakfast. We had to go and find out this information ourselves after trying to talk to some other guests in the breakfast area to try and figure out what was happening. Staff were pleasant when interacting.
