Opting for Food Republic instead, I stumbled upon an intriguing twist to one of my favorite dishes - Bak Kut Teh. Traditionally served in a hearty soup, I was shocked to find a stall that offered a dry version of Bak Kut Teh. This was a completely new experience for me. The dish arrived with a side of soup, but the meat itself remained juicy and savory.
