Anping Bridge was first built in the eighth year of Shaoxing in the Southern Song Dynasty (1138), and was completed and put into use in the twenty second year of Shaoxing (1152); The Ming and Qing dynasties underwent multiple renovations; In January 1928, due to the destruction of Anping Bridge, people actively raised funds to rebuild it; In February 1981, Anping Bridge underwent a comprehensive renovation in its original state; In May 1985, the renovation of Anping Bridge was completed; At the end of 2007, the Anping Bridge emergency reinforcement project began construction; On July 24, 2009, the Anping Bridge emergency reinforcement project was accepted and put into use. Anping Bridge is located on the bay at the junction of Anhai Town in Jinjiang City and Shuitou Town in Nan'an City, serving as a key hub for water and land transportation between Jinjiang and Nan'an. The geographical coordinates are 24 ° 30 '~25 ° 56' north latitude and 117 ° 25 '~119 ° 05' east longitude. The bridge starts from Xing'an Road in the east, crosses Anhai Bay, and ends at Shuitou Street in the west. The total length of the bridge is 2255 meters The original starting point was actually Shuitou Town in Nan'an. There is no connection in the middle now. You can only walk a short distance on both sides to experience it. The Ruiguang Pagoda was first built in the 22nd year of Shaoxing in the Southern Song Dynasty (1152), the year when Anping Bridge was completed. The villagers used surplus funds from bridge construction to build it., Located on the northeast side of Chaoran Pavilion at Anping Qiaotou on the west bank of Anhai. The tower is 20.55 meters high and is a five story hexagonal tower style brick and stone imitation wood structure. It is hollow inside and has a spiral staircase for climbing up; The exterior is coated with white gray soil, commonly known as the "White Pagoda". The base is made of stone, especially at the corner of the hexagonal base where there is a stone relief wrestler supporting it. Each wrestler has a different shape, exaggerated movements, and extremely vivid expressions. Quite Tang style.
