UUtente ospiteGood central city location and very clean, well equipped room with small cooktop and full range of appliances and cutlery /crockery. We only had a ”studio” room which was cheaper than others but still quite roomy with a table, bench and multiple chairs plus a large bed. The bathroom was also a decent size and had plenty of extras. Our room only had a view of a concrete wall opposite and while slightly disappointing the outlook wasn't the reason we stayed there.
I spoke with half a dozen front desk staff across three days every one of whom was friendly, efficient and helpful. Well done hiring manager. Good free washing/drying machines in shared area on ground floor were a nice touch (I believe some of the more expensive rooms have their own). A fairly minor negative was the parking at a public car park across the road about half a block away ($30/day). While you can unload your luggage and passengers at the curb outside the Quesr, it's then a bit of a walk back for the driver if that's a concern for you. Overall a good place to stay and access city sights.

MMalkaniLa Plaza Mawson Lakes è situata a circa 25 minuti a nord del CBD di Adelaide, vicino al campus dell'Università di South Australia Mawson Lakes e è una grande base per le famiglie di studenti che partecipano a eventi all'università. Le aree circostanti hanno alcuni buoni ristoranti, soprattutto sul Boulevard Mawson Lakes. Ci sono molti parcheggi gratuiti nella vicina Main Street e parcheggio economico nel parcheggio UniSA sul University Boulevard North oltre al parcheggio sicuro pagato disponibile all'hotel. L'hotel dispone di camere decente e bagni e di un bar e ristorante ben accanto al lobby di check-in. L'hotel offre un buon buffet per colazione. L'area immediata è in primo luogo residenziale e sicura. Il personale di accoglienza è stato amichevole e utile.

UUtente ospiteNo car park attached to hotel, have to drive to car park yourself or pay $55 for a chauffeur to drive it. Room service menu was fancy stuff from the downstairs restaurant. Nothing simple. Not even room service breakfast available. On the note of the restaurant downstairs this is where the “buffet” breakfast was and I use that term loosely. Shocking variety. Even have to do our own coffees right in a tiny corner of the the room. One coffee at a time while the line gets bigger. We have to get a special order for eggs because the scrambled eggs are just mush. At least the toaster worked. And the space fits maybe 20 which is fine for a B&B but not for a 16 floor hotel. We had to have breakfast at 8 to avoid the crowds waiting at 9 and later. In the room itself (we had a suite), there were light switches EVERYWHERE. And they were all so confusing as you couldn’t see what they said. Then the one in the bathroom you had to walk in and close the door to access it. No fan ventilation for showers. Bath mats being so thin gets immediately soaked after one shower. No face washers. Bench was too low for a bathroom. Hand towels way too low. The size of the bathroom was nice though and the shower pressure was good. TV remote didn’t work properly, could not find all amenities like coffee, tea, fridge even etc. No nice hotel guide folder to help us out. The “desk” was the tv cabinet when there was plenty of space in the lounge area to have a desk. Then we had a balcony with no chairs or table to sit at (can easily have some out there and bolt them down for safety). The temperature stuff don’t even get me started. Uncomfy beds and flat pillows. I ended up sleeping on the lounger as it was more comfortable.
I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon. Wasn’t horrible but wasn’t great. The staff were nice though which was a nice change

UUtente ospiteIt was a lovely 2-night stay in the Oceanview Twin Room. We were offered an upgrade for just $20 a day to enjoy a balcony, definitely worth it! Loved the location, so close to shops with plenty of food and drink options. The kids and I also had a great time relaxing in the heated pool and spa, even in the cold weather.

Le due cose più importanti per me in qualsiasi hotel sono un letto confortevole e una buona doccia.
Il letto era grande, ma la pressione dell'acqua nel doccia era molto povera.
Inoltre, vi sono stati altri problemi che non mi aspettavo da un hotel di questo tipo, che porta i prezzi che fa.
Il pulsante di potenza TV non ha funzionato, né ha fatto alcuno dei pulsanti superiori sulla remota.
Una volta che ho girato la TV sul GPO e poi sulla TV stessa, non sono riuscito a usare il lettore DVD collegato come i pulsanti per passare a esso sulla remota non funzionava.
Il pranzo era piuttosto povero, in linea di principio, con le uova di cereali o di spazzolino con alcune altre opzioni, come tazze di frutta, yogurt e biscotti.
Mi serviva per essere vicino al centro di convenzioni, ma dubito di restare ancora lì.

UUtente ospiteGreat view, decent service and location however I was put in the room next to the lifts and was kept awake/woken up for a large portion of the night until late, and early in the mornings on both nights of my stay. Complained at reception however they weren’t much help nor did they offer a discount on my stay. Very disappointed - otherwise great just make sure they don’t put you next to the noisy elevators!

UUtente ospiteAs I was going to be leaving from the Parklands Train Terminal early in the morning this hotel was perfectly situated for my trip. Although I wasn't at the hotel for very long only about 12hrs overnight it was a good location and the room faced the parking so meant it was quieter as well and didn't get the hot afternoon sun either. I would say though there was no pricelist I could find for the mini-bar, not that I used it was only thinking of grabbing some cold water that was in the fridge. The one thing I wasn't a fan was the spa tub/shower combo. The jets need a serious clean all around them but then even standing in it meant anyone tall as in 6'5” plus may have to bend down. I would think they should rip out the spa tub and put in a nicer rain shower shower stall instead maybe just provide spa tubs in rooms that you can also put a shower stall into.
I'd stay here again mainly for the location as it's also right across the street from the big park area which was fantastic to walk around on a warm evening after dinner at the pub up the street.

UUtente ospiteI had a very good experience at this hotel. The room and overall environment were exceptionally clean, which really stood out and made the stay feel comfortable and pleasant.
The staff were friendly and professional, and the service overall was great. I also appreciated the free parking — that’s always a big plus.
The hotel offers a laundry service, which I used. It costs extra, but it was convenient and worked well. There was a swimming pool available, though unfortunately it was too cold to use during winter — something to keep in mind if you're visiting in colder months.
Overall, it was a very good stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

UUtente ospiteIl centro della Terrazza Nord, la posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente. L'aeroporto si estende a 15 m e solo a 5 m fino alla stazione di tram e tram a piedi. Le attrezzature nella stanza sono completamente preparate e facili da usare. L'unico cons è il muro sottile di lavanderia, che causa un piccolo rumore quando qualcuno sta usando il bagno.
