Norvegia: hotel con internet nella provincia di Contea di Oslo

L'illuminazione della stanza è molto inconfortabile, perché è troppo scuro. La politica di pulire la stanza solo il 4° giorno del soggiorno è molto insolita e influisce negativamente sul comfort del sonno. Il letto è troppo morbido e si sente più vicino alla qualità di un letto a rotelle. Su una nota positiva, il lobby dell'hotel è ben progettato e la posizione è piuttosto strategica. Come osservazione aggiuntiva, non è consigliabile visitare Oslo durante il Natale, poiché la maggior parte dei negozi e ristoranti sono chiusi per fino a tre giorni, rendendo la città estremamente tranquilla, quasi come una città fantasma.

For our stay, we booked a studio apartment at The Sweet. The room was lovely and kitchenette was well-equipped. We were able to cook meals there over the days of Christmas when most restaurants and shops were closed. The location is a little outside of the center- nice and quiet but easy to access public transit. My biggest issue with this hotel was that communication was very… odd. As the booking notes, I called the hotel in advance to schedule my check-in. When my call was answered, I told them who I was and that I was calling to schedule my check in (for a time when the booking said check in is available). I was told no one would be at reception at that time (3pm on Dec 23) and they would text me instructions for how to check myself in. Then she confirmed my phone number and asked for my email address, but when I started to give it, she said, “oh, that’s ok. We can’t use email anyway”. Odd. Before getting off the phone, I had her confirm that I would receive a text the next day with instructions to check in. Our train arrived around 2pm in Oslo and we still hadn’t received a text, so we waited at the train station thinking perhaps they would send the text right at 3pm since that was the time I had requested. At 3, I still hadn’t received anything, so we called the hotel again. A different employee answered from the one I had spoken to the day before. I gave my name and explained that I was calling because I had scheduled check in the day before but hadn’t received the information to check in. The employee asked where I was and told me that there were people staffing reception to help us check in, which I thought was odd because the previous employee told me no one would be there. When we got to the hotel, we rang the bell and got into the building, but reception is apparently in the basement- there is only a very tiny sign that says this- so we missed it and I called them again. A man came up with our keys and got us set to go. We got into our room and it was lovely! About 5 hours later, I got a call from Trip saying that the hotel is trying to contact me because they are wondering why I hadn’t checked in and they don’t have a way to get in touch with me. I was sitting in the hotel room when I got this call. I told the Trip representative that I was checked in and it was fine for her to give my phone and email to the hotel. I know the communication elements have taken up a huge portion of my review and I know they are not the end of the world, but I want to share them because I believe it would be quite simple to avoid situations like this in the future and make the guest experience that much more pleasant at The Sweet. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Oslo!

La posizione è conveniente, a circa 10 minuti a piedi da Oslo S., anche se si trova in direzione più vicina agli edifici dell'ufficio e lontano dalle attrazioni. La colazione è fantastica e buono. La camera e il bagno sono spaziosi, il letto è morbido e comodo. L'unico svantaggio è l'abbigliamento. Non c'è un tovagliolo da denti fornito, e trovo lo shampoo, il condizionatore, e lava la mano un po' troppo leggero / diluito, avrebbero preferito essere più spesso e schiuma.

Il vantaggio principale di questo hotel è la sua posizione eccellente: si trova a soli due minuti a piedi dalla via pedonale Schuurg. Tuttavia, gli svantaggi sono altrettanto evidenti. Le camere sono piccole, a malapena sufficienti per una persona; le coppie dovrebbero assolutamente evitarle. I letti sono piccoli e le camere sono addossate alle pareti da un lato e alle finestre dagli altri due. Non c'è nulla in camera, nemmeno un bollitore, il che la rende inadatta a persone sopra i 35 anni. Bisogna prendere l'acqua calda dalla macchinetta del caffè alla reception. Anche il box doccia aveva uno scarico difettoso, ma era sopportabile per una persona; ho semplicemente usato l'intero bagno come doccia. Infine, non c'era un deposito bagagli gratuito dopo il check-out; bisognava pagare. Credo di aver scelto 4 ore per 50 corone. Era comunque un servizio self-service. A proposito, vorrei menzionare la famosa hamburgeria di fronte all'hotel. C'era la fila dall'apertura alla chiusura, ma personalmente ho trovato il cibo nella media e il rapporto qualità-prezzo non molto buono. Non ho scelto il pacchetto colazione; la sala colazioni sembrava affollata e non c'era molta scelta. Dopotutto, questo hotel ha un numero enorme di camere, quindi ci devono essere molti ospiti.

No regrets choosing this hotel for stockholm. The view right outside the hotel is breathtaking! We were greeted by this spectacular scenery every morning. Wished we could stay more days here. My family room was huge and comfortable. Breakfast was good. All in all, my family had a good time here. One thing to take note, it would be so more easier if you drive as the hotel is located uphill. Though the metro is just nearby, it is going to be difficult i.with a luggage.

Ottimo posto per giovani e gruppi di amici. Niente bollitori in camera. Buona area comune. Ottimo ambiente e pulizia. La posizione è perfetta e ideale. Tutte le attrazioni della città sono raggiungibili a piedi. La vista dalla camera è allegata

Esperienza pessima al Numa Hallen. SCONSIGLIATO. Le camere sono grandi, pulite e silenziose. Tuttavia, l'hotel non è supportato da alcuno staff. Il check-in digitale inizialmente non ha funzionato. Non abbiamo ricevuto l'email di conferma del check-in come previsto. Forse prenotando direttamente con Numa, e non tramite terze parti come Trip, potrebbe funzionare. Non lo so. Abbiamo chiamato il numero di telefono indicato sul sito web e su Trip per ricevere l'email di conferma del check-in. Il numero è disconnesso. Questo problema è stato segnalato anche in altre recensioni. Qualcuno legge queste lamentele? Leggendo le recensioni precedenti, abbiamo notato il numero WhatsApp indicato all'ingresso. Eravamo preparati, ma il numero WhatsApp ha solo un operatore virtuale. Quindi nessuna comunicazione verbale disponibile, solo brevi messaggi di testo. Abbiamo dovuto superare diversi ostacoli e alla fine abbiamo ricevuto i dettagli per il check-in sul marciapiede fuori dall'hotel. Pensavamo che avremmo dormito per strada per un po'. Una volta entrati, abbiamo notato il grande cartello in cucina che avvertiva di lasciare una finestra aperta mentre si cucina. La mattina successiva, tutti gli allarmi antincendio della zona hotel sono scattati. Forse una finestra chiusa da qualche parte. L'allarme non si poteva disattivare, quindi siamo stati evacuati con i nostri bagagli come molti altri. Immagino che succeda spesso, vista la visibilità del cartello. L'esperienza non è stata positiva ed è un ottimo esempio di come la tecnologia renda la vita più difficile. La tendenza a eliminare le persone dal settore dell'ospitalità ne sminuisce l'essenza stessa. Inoltre, non lascia alcuna alternativa se non scuse insignificanti, prive di valore e non responsabili. I problemi di comunicazione e l'intrusione dell'allarme antincendio rappresentano gravi carenze infrastrutturali. Non ci tornerei.

Mio marito stava soffrendo di dolore durante il viaggio, cercando di chiedere una matrigna di sicurezza con la ricezione. La bella signora della ricezione ha risposto con una risposta molto gentile e rapida e ha contattato la custodia della casa.Quando sono tornato all'hotel, la custodia della casa ha già trovato una soluzione per risolvere il problema e ha lasciato un buon messaggio come sotto. Vorrei ringraziarli per il loro aiuto.

Simple hotel, yet clean. Staff are very helpful. Location is easy walk from the train station through the shopping mall, but it is not exactly near the center of attractions. Breakfast is simple but very nice (really love their croissants). Appreciate the breakfast pack given by the hotel for us also; since our train to Bergen is very early in the morning 🙂

Grande hotel boutique! Solo la cosa sfortunata è che il colazione si apre solo alle 8 del fine settimana, quindi ci siamo persi a causa di un volo precoce, ma hanno fatto un colazione per andare quando ci siamo ispezionati!
