FFannyQuite a nice hotel though, approximately 2km to downtown, check in smooth and front desk staff very friendly.
The only downside is the parking with slightly narrow entrance/exit and have to go through basement parking before you can reach the outdoor parking beside the hotel.

Kkatty Love TravelEverything is good and just the location is a bit far from the city of Sitiawan, Facilities wise it's a perfect and really kids friendly place due to the water park .
The security guard did a good job 👍. They pay attention and alert so kids won't do dangerous things.
Other than that, breakfast time has one security that will help customers to remove monkeys from stealing food. If not it is quite dangerous to have breakfast outside.
Breakfast was perfect, variety of choices, salad part they not only western salad, they provide Thai style salad which is som tam, and local Malay Salad too. Food has kids in the area so kids can enjoy their pasta and also cereal food. Pastries have a variety of choices and they provide kuih too which is quite special.
The room was comfortable and the shower room was also nice and we'll prepare for everything. They provide welcome drinks too.
Beware the monkey 🐒 , monkey will jump and stole people food and they like it's know how to steal food from bag. When the room is better don't open the window if not monkeys will come in to steal food.
The gym room is quite a small place but everything is well maintained. This gym room can enjoy seaview, this was a very good job.
Overall I will come back again when I come to Sri Manjung.

YYingC'è stato un incidente inaspettato che la chiusura della porta era fuori dalla batteria e non potevamo aprire la porta della stanza a 1am ++. Abbiamo uscito per la riunione durante il CNY e siamo tornati a mezzanotte a 1am. A causa della questione, abbiamo aspettato più di 1 ora al lobby. Il personale ha cercato di aprire la porta, ma non l'ha aperta. Poi ci fu offerta un'altra stanza temporanea, ma la cosa da sottolineare era la nostra valigia e i pigiama lasciati nella stanza che era chiusa e noi eravamo davvero stanchi al momento. È necessario migliorare il controllo regolare della batteria della porta per evitare di nuovo questo tipo di problema.In generale, è pulito e il personale è amichevole.

The service from the front desk and housekeeping teams was commendable — courteous and efficient. The location is also strategic, with easy access to shopping and local attractions. Fantastic view from rooftop.. I really enjoy sunset fall down from rooftop..

UUtente ospiteStayed here recently and had a great experience. The basement parking with CCTV and guard felt secure. Free breakfast was a nice touch, and there’s a normal water dispenser available too. Staff were quick and friendly throughout. Location is great — many eateries within walking distance. Overall, clean and comfortable for the price. Good value!

- Decided to park outside but got compounded by MBI
- does not have lift so need to carry luggage up the stairs

Aanisothman96It's my third time stay here. And we got the smallest room compare to last two trip 😁 But still okay 👍 I really love their buffet breakfast. My son having fun with his cousin. Got bathtub in the bathroom, the kids really enjoy. Most important is the bathroom is very clean, approved 100%

TTavrezWonderful stay at AC Marriott with early check-in in was a bonus by Jagneet Thank you. Right across the Ipoh Parade Mall in the heart of Ipoh and 8 to 10min away from the train station. Room was immaculate clean and new. Room cleaning took a while perhaps hotel was fully booked out and toilet paper holder is in very ackwarrd position hard to reach. Room 919.
Breakfast buffet was very decent and tasty with variety of range to choose from.
Will definitely stay here if I ever visit Ipoh again and staffs are all friendly and helpfu. Highly recommend and don't forget to go Pakeezw for authentic Pakistani dishes 5 min walk from the hotel.

book 2 hour before arriving ipoh because my husband just remembered about the haven so i checked and got room here. .
really nice lakeside residence. .
the receptionist is really friendly and done fastest services upon check in and checkout time. .(indian lady)so nice of her i forgot to ask for a name. .
the landscape and the view was amazing. .
room also so nice and clean. .the toilet is very clean and i love the conceptsof the toilet. .i love the view from room. .i got lake view n sunset view. .which is so nice. .the room really spacious for us and got free snacks and drinks. .
the amenities are perfect and complete. .
and we got free refreshments at the restaurant. .
breakfast buffet also has various choices. .pool are really big. .adult n kids pool and has jacuzzi. i love everything here include easy parking and got so many activitiesto do. .wo many ootd spot to take good picture. .
