I truely feel that here at The Taj, it is customer care not just routine customer service, everyone is so nice, friendly and kind.

Perfect hotel. Very welcoming staff, every time they see you they great you with a smile. Perfect location if you just had a long flight, just 10 min from T2. Of course with Mumbai traffic a little bit more.
My wife was not feeling well and they help us a lot by being flexible in their rules. Definitely my #1 hotel once I will be back.

Viaggio di lavoro per visitare la fiera di Mumbai.
Hotel vicino all’aeroporto, struttura un po’ datata ma che comunque mantiene un certo fascino.
Apprezzato particolarmente il livello di insonorizzazione della stanza, niente rumori molesti .
Servizio alla reception ottimo, arrivato per il check in tardissimo, nessuno problema.

Check-in and check out are very smooth. The room is very spacious and well maintained. The sound of the air-conditioning is too loud and not consistently cold. Breakfast, it would be nice to add more non-vegetables choices since the hotel is receiving international guests.

Ho fatto la mia base qui quando ho viaggiato per un matrimonio di amici. La mia prima volta in India! L'hotel era magnifico e soprattutto il tetto. Il trattamento spa era ben prezioso e molto rilassante. In generale il personale era anche molto utile. Io sono andato a novembre, l'hotel sembrava molto tranquillo. Non ho dato 5 stelle per la pulizia, perché ho visto qualche segno sulla finestra (che è piena lunghezza dal pavimento al tetto) ma in generale era un bel posto per riposare, mentre non esploravo :)

Huge spacious room, cabinets/mini bar area were slightly moist.. had the wet wooden smell. Breakfast was okish.
Good for a one night stay if you're heading to the airport the next day. Less than 5mins walking distance to T1. Buggy is avail / staff can help you with your luggage to the terminal. Multiple eateries at the airport too if you're not into proper sit down dining at the hotel.

Nice comfortable hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The airport is just a 10 minutes drive or cab ride from the hotel. Breakfast (available from 7 to 10am) is a mix of Indian and continental. My room was clean and comfortable, with fast hot water in the shower and stable wifi. The front desk was helpful and efficient, and both my check in and check out processes were fast. The room rate was also competitive. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

Con una posizione conveniente, alloggi confortevoli e strutture ben attrezzate, l'hotel offre un soggiorno produttivo e piacevole per i viaggiatori di business.
Il processo di check-in era efficiente e senza problemi, permettendomi di entrare rapidamente nella mia stanza, la stessa stanza era spaziosa e con pensiero, con un posto di lavoro dedicato che comprendeva un comodo ufficio e una sedia ergonomica.
La connessione Wi-Fi dell'hotel è stata affidabile e ad alta velocità, essenziale per le riunioni virtuali, l'accesso a documenti importanti e il collegamento con i colleghi e i clienti. Non ho incontrato problemi di connettività durante il mio soggiorno, assicurando una comunicazione senza soffitto e un flusso di lavoro efficiente.

Surrounded by lush greenery and serene views, Fariyas offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala.
The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space.
Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable.

UUtente ospiteIts just 5 min walking from sakinaka metro station. My stay was for 2 days. Rooms are small & but okay for solo person. For normal drinking bottle, they charged rs 30, when i asked person, he told- on this rate only they can provide. Nothing great to tell.

UUtente ospiteOur recent stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu was marked by contrasts, but ultimately the positives outweighed any shortcomings.
Upon arrival, we encountered some hiccups with room allocations, which resulted in having to move between rooms multiple times within the first few days as we tried to get 2 rooms together. This was a bit disappointing as we had hoped for a smoother start to our stay. However, once settled into our proper rooms on day three, we found them to be comfortable, albeit starting to get a tad dated we felt. Although we had 2 Seaview rooms, due to the hotel layout and depending on where your rooms are located, you may only get a restricted partial sea view, which I must say was a bit of a let-down.
The true highlight of our stay undoubtedly was the breakfast experience at Lotus Cafe. It was nothing short of exceptional, with an array of options that left us spoilt for choice. The live stations where chefs prepare customized orders were excellent, ensuring each meal was tailored to our liking. The service during breakfast was exemplary, with attentive and friendly staff catering to our every need. Although, when it gets very busy, our orders were occasionally forgotten. However, the overall quality of the food and service co****sated for these minor lapses.
The hotel's location is a major plus point. It's just a short walk away from Juhu Chowpatty, which allowed us to explore the vibrant surroundings and indulge in some authentic street food. For movie fans, a visit to Amitabh Bachchan’s house (“Jalsa”) is also a short walk around the corner.
Final minor thing was we weren’t offered their special welcome drink which I believe is customary. I think this was because we arrived early in the morning, but it would have been nice to be offered this for this calibre of hotel irrespective of the time.
In summary, while there were initial challenges with room allocations and occasional lapses in service, the unparalleled breakfast experience and convenient location make JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu a standout choice for travellers seeking a memorable stay in Mumbai.

JJainIshaAbbiamo fatto un check-in alle 1:00 di notte e prima di avere una parola con qualcuno dell'hotel che possiamo controllare alle 3:00 il giorno seguente, mentre andremo a partire alle 3:00, allora il personale ha detto che va bene che tu venga qui e poi risolviamo le cose per te. Una volta arrivati qui, si rifiutarono di poter aiutare, ma abbiamo capito le loro cose che abbiamo detto loro di offrire almeno un posto per mantenere la nostra promessa, a cui ci hanno certamente fornito. Una volta siamo tornati all'hotel e chiese al ricevimento che se ci potesse offrire una stanza per un'ora come volevamo riposare e siamo pronti a pagare per lo stesso che ha completamente negato che non abbiamo una stanza quando l'intero hotel ha così ***y camere vacanze Almeno l'hotel ***agement dovrebbe avere la decenza di base hu*** per dare ai loro ospiti il soggiorno più memorabile invece di rovinare il viaggio.
Anche loro non hanno una base di emina di polvere nelle stanze, la loro faucet di salute è stata rotta, non forniscono nemmeno i servizi igienici di base.
Dopo pochi minuti siamo andati da lui e gli abbiamo chiesto quali saranno le tariffe per un'ora e lui ha chiesto Rs.600 e abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per un giorno in 850! Comm'on ragazzi come seriamente?
Non consigliera' mai questo hotel, perché il ricevitore non è affatto utile.

UUtente ospiteI had an amazing stay at this hotel! the room had an excellent ambience clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The washroom and bathroom were spotless and well-maintained. The service was top-notch with the staff being polite and attentive. The highlight was definitely the breakfast it was absolutely the best with a great variety and delicious options. I highly recommend this place
