Per i viaggiatori auto-conduttori, come hotel a turno di mezzanotte, è completamente inaccettabile.Prima di tutto, l'intera struttura dell'hotel è molto nuova e la zona di bagno è molto vasta.Non solo c'è colazione gratuita, ma anche un frigo grasso il giorno di lavoro.

Hotel is within 5 mins walk from Kawagoe Station. Very convenient to travel with luggage.
Very easy to travel around the area as bus terminal is also nearby.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice hotel especially they have a door to close to separate room from the walkway/toilets. TV option can see if the washing machines are available 👍

Siamo entrati di notte, ci sono due hotel con lo stesso nome nella stessa posizione, dovrebbero essere tutti loro. Ho visto che una porta ha un'altra scheda di check-in, ma ho sempre chiesto se avevo prenotato tre notti al check-in, Infine, non mi ha visto chiaramente il nome della stanza che gli altri mi hanno dato. L'uomo ha prenotato una stanza sola. Dopo aver entrato nella stanza di lavanderia, ho mandato tutto solo per una persona. In origine, l'hotel mi ha dato un'altra. Infine, ho preso un piatto e un tovagliolo alla reception, Dormerò in questa stanza per tutta la notte.

Fantastic hotel with an unbeatable location—just a 5-minute walk from the Haneda Airport Limousine Bus stop. The room was spacious (by Tokyo standards), modern, and spotless. Perfect for a convenient stopover as we arrived late at night before catching the Hokuriku Shinkansen the next day.
PS: sumptuous breakfast spread (which is a pleasant surprise)!

ナビで行きましたがトラックが多く通る道なので大きな車の後ろだと入口が見づらく初めての人は分かりにくいかも知れません。実際、私達は通り過ぎてしまいました。事前に連絡をしていたので足の悪い母は、すぐに車椅子を借りられました。晩ごはんは個室でゆっくりと地元の食材で作ったお料理を堪能。とても美味しかったです。旅館の方たちは皆さん親切でした。
大浴場は掃除の時間帯があり夜遅くには入れません (23〜24時)。その点露天風呂がある部屋だったので好きな時間に入浴できました。
数多く温泉に行きますが、入った時の柔らかさ、気持ちよさ、私はやっぱり秩父の温泉が一番大好きです。

La posizione è grande solo pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria, e vicino a un grande centro commerciale ”AEON”.
La macchina per l'ispezione e l'uscita, la lavastoviglie, le strutture, il caffè/tea e il colazione gratuito, e la stanza stessa è perfetta. Questa sarà la mia scelta la prossima volta se torno in questa zona.

房間相較於東京市區大且舒適
遇到訂房問題，雖然前台服務人員英文不太好
但也極力幫忙解決問題

UUtente ospiteA nice newer hotel located around 750 meters from the train station. It is located close to walking streets and some historical sites. It’s more of a business hotel so some of the rules are reflected in their approach. The workers are very nice although not too many English speakers. The lobby is nice and simple and it has many samples only available at specific times I believe 3 pm till midnight. The rooms are very nice, bigger or than my Apa hotels and big tv and comfortable bed. Comes with long hard almost feels like small rocks in pillow. Get a second pillow that is softer in the lobby subject to time restrictions. Lighting is ample and there is desk and chair. Bathroom is one of those deep tubs and spout that provides water to both sink and tub. Nice electric Toto toilet with lots of pressure. My only complaint about bathroom is low water pressure and at times I had not enough very hot water to fill the tub in less than 30 minutes and be warm. The towels are small. Get more towels downstairs at desk.
The room comes with a nice but not decadent buffet breakfast which starts at 6:30 till 8:30 unless you are there on a day it’s open till 9. Dinner is tasty but fairly bland. Everything looks nice but don’t come late because they don’t keep it well stocked near the end of hours. Mainly faux beef items and some grilled fish, funky eggs that change daily and sausage. There is good pastries but they do run low on them. Lots of marinated veggies, miso soup, low protein curries and soups. Coffee tea fruit drinks coke and sparkling water are available during meals and certain times during the check in time until say 6 unless there’s liquor out on weekend. Onsen is small but clean. Not maintained that often and closed from 9 am till 3 pm which is silly. Just clean it for a couple of hours like 2-4 am and leave open during prime time. Get a robe downstairs but don’t wear it nor pajamas to breakfast. No items in onsen so bring your skin products and Tahoe’s from the lobby. No seats for dressing nor drying your hair. No hair products or razors or shaving cream or brushes or combs in onsen. No extra towels so don’t forget yours.

UUtente ospite4 Senior backpackers in Japan ”stumbled” onto this gem of a Japanese inn next to the Arakawa River. Less than 10 minute walk from the Kami-Nagatoro station and 10 minute walk to Nagatoro Station. We chose location due to proximity to river and start of river boat downstream river ride-sites. We were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality shown throughout our two-day stay. We were late in coming out of the mountains of Gunma prefecture (2 hour plus train ride away) and called the inn to notify and were subsequently told that this was no problem for check-in and supper. Fortunately we made up time lost and got to the inn earlier that expected and enjoyed the serene tree-lined river and men's and women's communal furo (shower/bath also in rooms) with outdoor views before dining. Then...we were overwhelmed by the quality and quantity of the dinner! A real treat to get a 7+ course Japanese meal featuring the specialty vegetables and protein of the region! Upon departure we chose to walk with packs back to Kami-Nagatoro Station, along the river, but the proprietor had the Inn van ready and waiting to take us to the train station. The included breakfast's were also multi-course Japanese style, with regional specialties.
Granted, the hotel is somewhat time-worn, probably seeing its zenith in the 80's and 90's but all the facilities were cleaning, usable and safe. All staff went made a great effort to ensure that we were enjoying the locale and the Inn. This location, in our opinion is much more serene and ”touristy” than the main area surrounding Nagatoro station but is only 10 minutes walking from that action. If opportunity arises, we will return. The Saitama Museum of Natural is just across the street but this large and modern facility was not open on our late arrival and on Monday. We left on Tuesday morning, but wanted to visit this place also.

設施：酒店床品很乾凈，房間不大的，就衹能放一個床個一個桌子，放一個行李箱，或者兩個登機箱，酒店枕頭可以自助選擇一個自己喜歡的，但是床上也有一個長長的大枕頭，也很舒服！
温泉：酒店裡面有個温泉，酒店房間裏面也有個浴缸也可以泡温泉！超級舒服，温泉池也很乾凈～
吃喝：酒店裡面有免費的早餐，味道真的不錯，好吃的～酒店的小麪包好吃，我吃了好幾個～
房間：房間裏面有護髮素，味道特別好聞，洗髮水，沐浴露，樓下還可以拿牛奶浴鹽，香皂，反正你能想到的基本都有，最**的是還有三個頭充電器和一個大大的女士化粧鏡，絕了～太流弊了～
酒店附近也就很多好吃的，我吃了一家燒鳥店好吃還不貴很多日本人吃～

La stanza è spaventosa, molto spaziosa
Purtroppo, il palazzo aperto non è caldo, solo il palazzo è usato per l'acqua calda
La cena mi sembra un po'ininteressante. Il contea di Liu non è vicino al mare, quindi le frutta di mare non sono molto deliziose, e anche il diavolo si sta caricando, forse può essere rafforzato sulla carne!!
Mi piace molto parlare, ma qui non capisco molto il servizio del personale, e mi sento sempre più entusiasta per altri passeggeri che per me.Per esempio, aiutare due ospiti a portare la borsa nella stanza.Spero sia la mia illusione.

Vivo all'hotel Mei Mountain perche' voglio venire a godermi la dolcezza di mio zio.
La mia stanza è una stanza chiamata ”kikyo”, molto spaziosa 々.
Ma mi dispiace che il lago di lavaggio aperto non sia caldo, ma caldo comune.Solo grandi lago pubblici usano lavaggio caldo.
Mi sento un po'insoddisfacente.Forse perché il contea di Liu è un contea senza mare, quindi i frutti del mare non sono buoni, e ho l'impressione che Konyaku abbia uscito la pesce di pesce, e ho guadagnato un po'di soldi ...... Spero che i piatti di carne abbiano più! Per quanto riguarda il servizio del personale, mi dispiace un po'. Di solito mi piace Oshi e Buri, ma non sento troppe interazioni qui.Mi preoccupa anche che la risposta di altri clienti sembra più educata.Ad esempio, sembra che due ospiti abbiano portato il bagaglio nella stanza ...... Sono sicuro che è colpa mia!

UUtente ospiteAraki Kousen Ryokan was absolutely lovely and felt very welcoming for our family. This was our first stay at a ryokan in Japan, and while we were initially a little worried it might feel old or uncomfortable, it was actually very clean, cozy, and full of charm. The staff were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home, even helping us secure a dinner reservation at a local restaurant. The onsen was relaxing and the water temperature was just right. Breakfast was a highlight as well—delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and a wonderful way to start the day together. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return with our family again.

LLinJennyIl personale era molto gentile e amichevole, anche se era attento che non parlavano molto inglese, quindi avere un'app traduttore in mano è stato molto utile. La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e aveva tutte le attrezzature necessarie per una piacevole esperienza. Abbiamo arrivato in treno, ma la strada a piedi all'hotel era piuttosto facile da navigare. Il Onsen era l'accento del luogo. Il bagno all'aperto era incredibile. Sarei sicuramente tornato qui se avessi la possibilità di :)
