Cina: hotel con internet nella provincia di Xinjiang

Excellent location. Hotel management & hotel staffs are excellent. Restaurant staffs need training. One of the restaurant staff has an attitude problems from taking the orders to paying the bills. She didn’t think that we could heard her & understanding Mandarin. She bad mouthed us with her rude & childish behaviors. We complained to the hotel manager & she handled the matter for us.

Una ragione per scegliere Wanda Moments è quella di vedere le montagne dal tetto, ma è così. La vista della montagna dalla finestra della stanza è fantastica. Un'altra ragione è la fornitura di ossigeno nella stanza, ma è così confusa. Non abbiamo capito cosa dice il personale. Non capiamo perché solo un ospite riceve l'oxigeno. I giovani della ricezione non erano d’aiuto e non volevano andare in camera per aiutarci. Il nostro soggiorno era tutto affettuoso, andando in piedi e giù per ricevere aiuto. Per i turisti provenienti dalla Cina, avvertitevi che il servizio alimentare è enorme. Il riso è venuto in una grande porzione, la zuppa in una grande bolletta. E' triste vederli andare a sprecare. Forse l'hotel può adattare il menu a piccole porzioni.

Amazing hotel. Wonderful service, Extremely good value for money! Aliya was extremely helpful! I was looking for a touristic place to visit as I only had an hour to spare. She helped me order the Didi and helped me set the locations to come back the hotel on my phone. The rooms are clean with beautiful views, all amenities are available with a pillow menu! The restaurant serves extremely fresh fish(as they have a live fish tank) & delicious dishes. A must in Altay !

Lo ripeterò all'infinito: GRAZIE alla nostra fantastica padrona di casa. Quando si viaggia, sono le persone a rendere il viaggio memorabile, e lei ha sicuramente reso i nostri giorni a Kashgar indimenticabili. Il giorno dopo la partenza ci mancava già tantissimo. L'hotel è perfetto, le camere sono confortevoli, i letti comodi, ci si sente come a casa e la posizione è fantastica. (E c'è anche un gatto molto amichevole!)

Impianti: prestare attenzione a questa gente per molto tempo, perché è il mio tema stellare preferito. Posso vedere che la stanza vuota della stella non è più economica rispetto a qualunque casa di legno, borsa mongola, ogni stanza ha una piazza indipendente, un telescopio, le strutture interne sono ancora buone. The hotel has a great location: a brisk 5-7-minute walk from the metro (exit A). The route itself is interesting: on the left and right are entrances to the Grand Bazaar and plenty of street vendors selling fruit, food, clothing, and souvenirs. The hotel was unusual for us as tourists. When you open your room, the curtains automatically open, and you hear a voice message in Chinese. We didn't understand what it meant, though. The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable, with good beds, a huge TV, and panoramic windows. The courtyard view means the windows overlook other hotel windows through a narrow pedestrian walkway with a transparent roof, allowing you to see other guests—and they can see you. Although our silhouettes weren't very clear, we still felt uneasy, so we asked to change rooms. We were upgraded to a room with smaller windows. The sink was separate in the room, and the bathroom had only a toilet and shower. The toilet didn't have a flush button; it flushed automatically and had a small blue light, which was convenient if you want to use it at night in the dark. At first, we were very disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator (minibar), as stated in the room description, as we had strictly chosen a hotel with a minibar. At reception, we were told we could put food in their refrigerator. As compensation, they allowed us to check out a little later for free. Also cheese yoghurts «Tea Ballet» were offered every day. They were very tasty and of good quality. There are several robots roaming inside the hotel, but we didn't understand their function either. You can pick up some essentials for your stay on the ground floor (tea, sleeping masks, hair elastics, and other suitable stuff). We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The selection wasn't huge compared to other hotels, but they were all well-prepared and delicious. The food wasn't too spicy, with pleasant seasonings, good milk tea, corn, etc., which gave the impression of a healthy meal. We had a few small suggestions regarding the room: it would have been very helpful to have more towel racks in the bathroom and a bit more storage space for clothes. Also, we noticed there were no forks available during breakfast, which was a little inconvenient. We believe addressing these small details would make the guest experience even better. We booked this last minute because we needed a hotel after an overnight flight to use before could check in to our actual hotel. This place is near the OLD airport. They offer free transfers from and to the current airport. You need to contact them to agree timing. A taxi was 10 minutes. The lobby looks shambolic and the poor reception was rushed off her feet. Guests constantly interrupted while she tried to check us in. The room was completely unexpected ! Large clean double room, with the most comfortable bed ever. Well appointed bathroom. It was quiet and just what we needed to catch up on some sleep . Great value for money for the price we paid!

The inn keeper was very nice, I arrived really late at night and was having trouble finding it because everything was closed. He helped me find it I booked a non smoking room, and after checking in when I said the room smelled he promptly help me inspect another room and change the room. Be aware, though they lost as having non smoking room, none of their rooms seems to be non smoking. But it was still good enough, the new room only AC smelled a bit but I think they cleaned it up after the first night cause second night the AC didn't smell . Considering the price at that location, the amenities and everything else was very good. It was generally clean. The rooms are small but I was a solo traveller, so it was fine for me. Many of the landmarks are really close by this hotel. So I had a comfortable time just walking around to them or commuting pretty comfortably. The ancient streets are close by, and there is local and chain restaurants and stalls all around.
