Amazing hotel. Wonderful service, Extremely good value for money! Aliya was extremely helpful! I was looking for a touristic place to visit as I only had an hour to spare. She helped me order the Didi and helped me set the locations to come back the hotel on my phone. The rooms are clean with beautiful views, all amenities are available with a pillow menu! The restaurant serves extremely fresh fish(as they have a live fish tank) & delicious dishes. A must in Altay !

The hotel has a great location: a brisk 5-7-minute walk from the metro (exit A). The route itself is interesting: on the left and right are entrances to the Grand Bazaar and plenty of street vendors selling fruit, food, clothing, and souvenirs. The hotel was unusual for us as tourists. When you open your room, the curtains automatically open, and you hear a voice message in Chinese. We didn't understand what it meant, though. The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable, with good beds, a huge TV, and panoramic windows. The courtyard view means the windows overlook other hotel windows through a narrow pedestrian walkway with a transparent roof, allowing you to see other guests—and they can see you. Although our silhouettes weren't very clear, we still felt uneasy, so we asked to change rooms. We were upgraded to a room with smaller windows. The sink was separate in the room, and the bathroom had only a toilet and shower. The toilet didn't have a flush button; it flushed automatically and had a small blue light, which was convenient if you want to use it at night in the dark. At first, we were very disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator (minibar), as stated in the room description, as we had strictly chosen a hotel with a minibar. At reception, we were told we could put food in their refrigerator. As compensation, they allowed us to check out a little later for free. Also cheese yoghurts «Tea Ballet» were offered every day. They were very tasty and of good quality. There are several robots roaming inside the hotel, but we didn't understand their function either. You can pick up some essentials for your stay on the ground floor (tea, sleeping masks, hair elastics, and other suitable stuff). We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The selection wasn't huge compared to other hotels, but they were all well-prepared and delicious. The food wasn't too spicy, with pleasant seasonings, good milk tea, corn, etc., which gave the impression of a healthy meal. We had a few small suggestions regarding the room: it would have been very helpful to have more towel racks in the bathroom and a bit more storage space for clothes. Also, we noticed there were no forks available during breakfast, which was a little inconvenient. We believe addressing these small details would make the guest experience even better. Good hotel with clean enough bedroom. We arrived on late flight around 1130pm from Tashkent and managed to clear immigration and custom by 1210am and got the hotel s own shuttle to the hotel ard 1230am (last shuttle ). Complimentary breakfast with basic Chinese food and no western or continental food or coffee. Hence hotel caters for mainly local and Asian guest who are ok with Chinese breakfast menu . Polite reception and for the price we paid , no complaints but satisfied as we only need a bed to sleep flying in late.

We are a couple from Singapore. After traveling through Northwest China for more than four weeks and staying in several hotels, we found our experience at Return Inn, Kashgar, to be the best—it left the most positive impression in its price range. The owner does not speak English, but we could communicate via a translation device. His attitude was very sincere and warm, making us feel like we were meeting an old friend. The hotel is located very close to the ancient city. Although the facilities are basic, it has hot water, WiFi, and is very clean and tidy. There is no elevator, but the owner helped us carry our luggage upstairs. Highly recommended!

Check in lady was awesome. Didnt get her name. Almost everynight we have footbath. The lady was very kind who serve the footbath. We really enjoy it. The breakfast was super. I should all the staffs are great. Walking distant to Wanda Plaza. To Hetian 2nd street too. Turn left as you walk out to main road. All the way down and turn right. Keep walking and you will see it with the crowd for Hetian night market. Eatery around hotel. Left and right on main road. Very cosy breakfast area.
