My family of 4 had the best stay at this hotel! When we arrived, the staff stood by the door and greeted us warmly. As the weather fell to extreme lows during the period we were staying there, the heater was unable to keep the tents warm enough.As such, the staff graciously upgraded us to a family room inside the building. The view was absolutely stunning from the room. When the sky is clear, you can even see stars from their rooftop! The room itself was extremely clean and tidy, while the bathroom was very well equipped. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, and there was even a humidifier in the room which was perfect for the cold and dry weather. The service of the staff was exceptional. My husband and son experienced altitude sickness upon our arrival at the hotel, and they took extremely great care of them, even cooking them a warm meal. They even provided us with snacks before we left for our day trip. On our last night, they invited us to have dinner together. The staff prepared a home-cooked meal which was very delicious. During the duration of our stay, the staff took exceptional care of us and made us feel at home. Even as we checked out, they gave us a farewell gift as a token of appreciation. I highly recommend this hotel to all travellers! This was truly a great stay, and thank you to the staff who was committed to ensuring that my family had an amazing stay here!

The hotel is in a good location and relatively close to most of the major sites in the city (15min cab ride at most). The rooms are clean and tidy and breakfast is quite nice with a lot of options. The receptionists at the front desk are really very helpful, they were able to direct me to the nicest spots in the city and connect me with a reliable tour group to visit Kala Kule lake even though I didn't plan my trip properly or book anything in advance. They made the stay all the more wonderful, and were great helps despite me not being able to communicate in Chinese. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

本次南疆旅遊中住的最滿意的酒店，相較於其他入住的酒店 當天晚上接近凌晨抵達伊寧，到了酒店後前台禮貌熱情，瞭解到我們沒有早餐需求後，為我們免費升級了房型。必須表揚前台小江，服務到位，深夜也非常耐心。 入住期間，每天的保潔工作及時到位，床單被罩非常乾淨，空調無異味，房間住起來非常舒適。 在離開伊寧前一天，酒店工作人員主動打電話詢問第二天早上是否需要幫忙準備早餐。正好第二天早上去我們坐7點半的飛機去和田，非常到位。 是在南疆旅遊期間最滿意的酒店

Excellent option in the main square in Hotan. Clean spacious rooms, with a very modern look. The only thing that I didn't like in the room is that the lavatory sink is not separate from the room, which leaves little margin for one person in a couple to do the teeth brushing in the morning without waking up the other... a bit too modern for me but that's me. Service was good and attentious in spite of the communication difficulties. I didn't like the fact that the laundry service was self-service. We lost a lot of time doing our laundry and there were other guests waiting on the line. Apart from that a really good hotel.

Ayang mi ha sempre fatto sentire tranquillo. Dopo la prenotazione, avrà una telefonata dalla reception. Dopo aver aggiunto una lettera, avrò inviato la posizione. Il letto è molto comodo. Il mattino è ricco. Il negozio di Golden Harbour è l'altro lato dell'hotel. A pochi minuti di distanza da Big Zaba, L'intero edificio è progettato con caratteristiche nazionali molto nuove e molto conveniente per mangiare. Il ristorante Nun-Shan, trovato nel piccolo libro rosso a 15 minuti dall'hotel, deve andare. La vita del nuovo spettacolo è molto apprezzabile. Se c'è un'identificazione di un hotel di Yahoo per l'importazione nel parcheggio sotterraneo, abbiamo cercato di guidare per un po'.

這次入住堪稱旅途的意外之喜，從環境到服務，從設施到早餐，每一處都超出預期，必須好好誇讚！細節藏着治癒感，酒店像鬧中取靜的祕境，房間佈局規整又温馨，窗外視野開闊，夜晚格外安靜。公共區域一塵不染，連走廊的綠植都打理得生機盎然，每個角落都透着用心。温暖又周到，服務堪稱“有求必應”的典範。禮兵主動接過行李箱，還細心調整背包肩帶；前台不僅耐心核對訊息，還主動把WiFi密碼寫在便簽上，得知我趕早班，提前準備了打包早餐。保潔阿姨每天會笑着提醒天氣變化。實用又貼房間設施齊全到讓人驚喜，床頭能控制燈光和窗簾，視頻辦公超方便。衞生間乾濕分離徹底，大功率吹風機、一次性洗臉巾、護髮素等備品一應俱全。健身房器材齊全，洗衣房還提供免費洗衣液，出差或旅行都能輕鬆。最讓人難忘的是早餐，完全打破了常規自助的單調，從入住到退房，全程被重視、被照顧的感覺太好，下次來一定還選這家，已經推薦給身邊朋友了！

L'ambiente dell'hotel è buono, apre la finestra elettrica, un grande pezzo di terrazza, davanti a una grande piscina, il paesaggio è magnifico!All'esterno della piscina è il fiume Chennas che è passato a questo chiamato il fiume Yerzis, che fluisce al fiume di Jiabit in Russia e infine inietterà l'Oceano artico. Il materiale di decorazione è molto cordiale, la camera dei bambini è pubblica, ha letto le cose, i bambini sono sensibili e hanno giurato l'hotel con molte parole, e le schede di libro. Il capo ha passato il cuore a scegliere molte buone lezioni per bambini. I prodotti dell'hotel sono di buona qualità. Il bambino e i bambini sono tornati a casa con un po'di tempo, L'hotel ha anche selezionato il migliore tipo di rosso di Fujian e il nuovo e pulito di Fujian White!Il più importante è anche dotato di un armadio di Fujian Kung Fu. Questo ha un senso di ritorno per noi Fujian!Il capo è così delizioso! We were checked in by Mr Kadeer, who informed us that the room I booked is located in the basement. He kindly offered to show us the room to ensure that we like it. The room was huge with a little courtyard for hanging your laundry. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good too. When we were there, a few weddings took place. There was a public lotus lake outside the hotel but sad to say it was very much neglected otherwise it would have boosted the hotel’s location. If you happened to be there on a weekend, take a right turn from the hotel entrance and walk to the end of the road. Across the road you can find a busy street of eateries with gatherings of families and friends.

Servizio eccellente. Ci hanno dato consigli su cosa fare e anche compensato il nostro colazione. Il colazione stessa era ok con opzioni decente. Posizione grande con il mercato notturno proprio sotto. Vale la pena notare che il bagno è un parete di vetro completamente visibile, il che significa che non c'è privacy, e anche il bagno è separato dal bagno.
