I arrived quite late, the gate was closed but they came and attended me within 15 mins. The hotel was decent and clean. Maybe there was not much customers there breakfast was served according to your request not served in buffet. I ordered breads, banana and tea. Overall it was a nice stay.

Good hotel however during my booking period, the hotel relocated me on 2nd night out of 3 nights due to no room availability but my booking already paid. So quite inconvenient to pack and go to other hotel but not with same price of my current booking. But they offer again to stay at 3rd night but it will be troublesome to again pack and repacking luggage.

Ottima posizione per pernottare prima del volo. È possibile raggiungere l'aeroporto in taxi in 5-7 minuti, il che è molto comodo. Il letto è morbido, la camera è pulita, non ci sono problemi con l'acqua calda. C'è un bancomat nell'hotel accanto. Il bar nella hall è aperto 24 ore su 24 e può consegnare il vostro ordine direttamente in camera senza costi aggiuntivi. C'è un ascensore.

I had a wonderful stay at Sarina Hotel.The location is ok The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making my first impression of the hotel truly positive. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean,and roomy. The room service was excellent, and I always had my dinner there. The food was really delicious and great value for money, and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay and hope to return in the future. I highly recommend Sarina Hotel to others.

Останавливались на 2 ночи, отель очень уютный и красивый. Завтраки просто великолепные, хотелось попробовать все. Но есть один минус о котором не предупреждают заранее. Большинство номеров имеют смежные двери из-за чего слышимость становится ужасной. Вечером было прекрасно слышно как в соседнем номере звонит телефон и кашель человека. Рано утром пришлось вскочить с кровати и ударить по смежной двери поскольку человек очень громко включил телевизор. Это конечно немного испортило впечатление об отдыхе

La posizione era buona per gli affari, ma il traffico di Dacca è il traffico di Dacca, quindi era una seccatura viaggiare ovunque tranne che in centro. Il personale era eccezionale. Niente era di troppo disturbo. Tutto era pulito e la nostra camera veniva pulita ogni giorno. L'unico problema che ho avuto è stato che il letto era troppo duro e non ho dormito bene la prima notte. L'ho detto alla donna delle pulizie e subito ha portato un materasso più morbido e 2 trapunte. Dopo questo, ho dormito bene. Sono un occidentale e sono abituato ai letti morbidi, il mio compagno di viaggio è bengalese e il letto andava bene per lei. Quindi questo non sarà un problema se sei abituato ai letti duri. Appena ho esposto il mio problema lo hanno risolto immediatamente. Così buona ospitalità. La piscina sul tetto era rinfrescante e pulita. La palestra era molto ben attrezzata, migliore di alcune palestre in cui sono stato.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm attitude and quick service. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk team was always ready to help with any questions.
The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and nicely arranged. The bed was soft, the linens felt fresh, and the room had all the basic facilities I needed for a relaxed stay. I was especially happy with the quiet and peaceful environment, which made it easy to rest after a long day in the city. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping everything tidy and well-maintained throughout my stay.

UUtente ospiteAbsolutely tops in terms of service/ helpfulness! Hotel manager snd staff sorted out a complicated issue involving our booking and refused to take or ask for any money from us over the 5 days we stayed - even upgrading us to a suite for the final two nights when one became available.
Staff speak English - and are helpful in providing Information about getting around, arranging transportation and laundry. A lovely rooftop cafe - a green oasis- and Taste Snacks. A Full Range of Bengali dishes as well as western food is also avsilable. And all this for less than 50CAD - very good value!
The hotel is located near the Old City- easily accessible by taxi, tuktuk or rickshaw- also BaileyRoad is within easy walking distance, a quieter tree lined street and New Bailey Road with Shopping Restaurants etc though these are also available in a buzzier context in the streets surrounding the hotel.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and Return again- Note the address at 873 Outer Circular Road( not the one on listing we saw/ booked located several hundred meters away, at 12 Outer Circular Road. The hotels are not linked, whatever you are told by the latter. And actual Grand Circle Inn at 873 is of higher standard/ quality…

UUtente ospiteThis hotel could be the best one in Uttara area. The service goes beyond the expectation, as you can feel the pure kind heart from their smile. Remarkably Mr. Asif and Ms. Rupa are very impressive. Their manager Mr. Raihan gave a gentle asking if I arrived back to China. Apart from the service, the facilities are also high quality. Gym, swimming pool, SPA, pub etc. are all well equipped. Highly recommend!

La gestione degli ostelli cinesi è fantastica, soprattutto il manager Shahin è una persona molto buona. È molto vicino all'aeroporto e al cuore di Uttara, il sistema di sicurezza è molto buono. In Dhaka è ovunque il problema di Mosquito, ma l'ostello cinese lo impedisce con la rete Mosquito. *Alcuni punti devono migliorare il n. 1/ sistema di pagamento 2/ sistema di servizio di colazione complimentare. Vorrei prenotare di nuovo e raccomandare i viaggiatori internazionali.
