Hotel in zona Hüttenkopf Playground, Zurigo

L'hotel è meraviglioso in molti aspetti. La cosa interessante è che si trova a Walliselen, proprio vicino al negozio di shopping Glatt Zentrum. L'hotel offre camere climatizzate e accesso WiFi gratuito in tutta la proprietà. La velocità di Internet è veloce. Con il tram elettrico moderno, non solo il bus, mi porta a raggiungere il centro città di Zurigo e la stazione ferroviaria principale in breve tempo. In camera, fornisce un TV a schermo piatto, un desk, e un bagno con doccia. Nella zona di lobby, ho notato che gli ospiti possono anche godere dell'angolo alimentare. Ci sono una macchina di vendita. Quando hanno bisogno di qualcosa, la 24-hour ricevimento frontale è sempre lì. Molto utile personale. Vorrei anche menzionare il direttore generale, il signor Frank Trapa. E' molto amichevole. Sempre guardare e curare gli ospiti. :-) Così ritornerò a stare in questo hotel nel prossimo futuro. Buon applauso, Dr. Vorravee Pattavongvisut Man on the Move

Una vera esperienza deludente, l'aria condizionata nella stanza non funzionava, ci fu dato un letto doppio, anche se avevamo chiamato e ci era stato assicurato che avessimo due letti gemelli. Abbiamo una stanza qui come parte di un pacchetto con biglietti Coldplay, quindi la stanza non è stata prenota direttamente con l'hotel. Questo è il motivo principale per cui abbiamo chiesto prima del nostro soggiorno di assicurarci che il letto fosse stato corretto - siamo padre e figlia, quindi un letto doppio non era appropriato. Quando ho chiamato per confermare la persona dietro il desk, ha detto che era troppo occupato a controllare l'ingresso e mi avrebbe chiamato due ore dopo e ancora niente. Quando ho chiamato indietro la persona con cui ho parlato, mi ha fatto uscire dal telefono, ho confermato che avevano la nostra prenotazione e ho chiesto se avessimo una stanza con letti matrimoniali. La persona che ho parlato ha consigliato di avere due letti gemelli e tutto era bene, quando abbiamo controllato dopo il nostro concerto non era così. L'hotel era completamente prenotato e il letto non poteva essere diviso in due gemelli, quindi abbiamo dovuto fare con un doppio. La stanza stessa era molto calda e stufa, l’aria condizionata non funzionava - all’inizio non potevamo farla passare a causa della finestra, ma nemmeno una volta sulla stanza non faceva molto per cucinare la stanza. L’unica cosa positiva che dobbiamo dire è che il colazione era buono e il personale ha cercato di risolvere la situazione con il letto, venendo a controllare se potessero dividere il letto in due che purtroppo non potevano essere fatto. La doccia era mediocre e non c'erano i bagni disponibili nella stanza - solo un po' di sapone per lavare la mano. Il calore della doccia non era coerente, continuava a andare caldo e freddo durante l'uso. In generale non consiglierei questo hotel, non sono sicuro come questo sia classificato come 4 stelle.

I have spent 18 days working from JOYN Zurich so think this should be a fairly accurate review of my experience. For context, JOYN is new so may still be working through teething issues, but hopefully this is useful feedback. Pros; - Comfortable, well equipped rooms. I was in one of the largest apartments they offer and it is a good space to spend a lot of time - The kitchenette whilst small is workable and has most of what you'd need - Well located close to the airport and about 25 mins by tram to central Zurich - Nice bathroom and good shower pressure - Gym is good with nice new equipment - Very close to great supermarkets (Coop and Migros next door) - The communal spaces are lovely, including the central courtyard and roof gardens - Strong water pressure from the shower (although the drain didn't seem to be able to cope with the volume of water which meant potential overflowing of the shower unless carefully managed) - The room has a small dishwasher. There were two dishwasher tablets provided and these weren't topped up by the cleaners, meaning you'll need to buy more Unfortunately the cons are pretty significant though, particularly if you want to work from here; Cons - The wifi is atrocious. At best the speeds hover around 1mbps which isn't good enough for stable whatsapp or facetime calls, let alone Teams or Zoom work calls. I thought this may have been my room but is pretty much my experience in all the open spaces including the ground floor communal spaces (see screenshot from Speedtest). This makes it unsuitable for any work. - The cleaning services are a bare minimum. After one week they changed my linen and towels but didn't vacuum, sweep the floor, empty bins or clean the bathroom. After another 7 days they'd hadn't come to clean again and when prompted they said it would be cleaned that day (but it wasn't). On the 8th day I asked and again they promised to have it cleaned. Whilst I wouldn't mind cleaning myself, there is no vacuum cleaner, cleaning cloths or anything else in the room to clean with, so unless you want to buy your own, be prepared for it to get pretty dusty and the bathroom to get dirty. Cleaning also didn't include replacing the kitchen towels so you'll have to wash these yourself if you're staying for an extended period. - Other than the supermarkets nearby there is pretty much nothing else around Perhaps they're not used to guests having longer stays, but with cleaning services like this, it will become pretty horrible unless guests buy the cleaning products and do it themselves.

Ci sono molte recensioni che il desk front era amichevole e il bagaglio è stato memorizzato, ma è stato autocontrollato e quindi il bagaglio non è stato memorizzato. A differenza di quanto si aspettava ... Anche se ho scritto il mio numero di telefono cellulare bene con il numero nazionale, non ho ricevuto il messaggio necessario per il check-in, e la porta centrale di ingresso era in riparazione, quindi sono entrato e ho chiamato e ricevuto istruzioni. Se non fosse possibile, avrei potuto aspettare che qualcuno uscisse o entrasse senza una stanza fuori dalla porta e poi avrei fatto una chiamata telefonica interna. Le informazioni su Trip.com qui non sembrano essere corrette con il check-in dell'hotel. Le email e i numeri di telefono sono stati scritti casualmente. Anche io non sono cinese, ma il numero cinese era il mio numero. Non riuscivo a immagazzinare il mio bagaglio, ma quando sono andato al check-in, non riuscivo ancora a pulirlo, quindi non riuscivo a entrare. Sembra che il check-in fosse un'ora e trenta minuti prima e dopo.Dopo le 4:30? Ma non c'era scusa per scusa o scusa, aspetta 5 minuti, aspetta 10 minuti, tutto qui.Dopo il tempo, sono in panico per aspettare di più ... Il hotel è stato molto conveniente, molto vicino a Zurigo HB e a pochi negozi. Mi compiaceva di ricevere una ristrutturazione della stanza all’arrivo, che mi ha fatto un bel toccare, e che ogni giorno era stato tenuto in modo immaginabile, e che apprezzo molto. L'hotel offre anche un galleggiamento dove gli ospiti possono fare tè, riempire acqua calda, o vestiti di ferro, una caratteristica pensativa e pratica. Il concetto interessante e le eccellenti strutture di Ruby Mimi lo rendono un hotel a Zurigo che deve rimanere per chiunque cerca comodità e comfort. Molto consigliato!

Sì, i prezzi dell'hotel a Zurigo sono tutti costosi, ma penso che diversi elementi di base dovrebbero garantire quando si desidera soggiornare ... nessuna cottura ... nessuna custodia a casa ... il letto è piuttosto sporco comunque la posizione è davvero buona e vicino all'aeroporto. Puoi dire ciò che vuoi a questo prezzo, ma sembra ...

The apartment was lovely we had a studio, every single item in the kitchen looked like it had never been used, it was immaculate and had everything you needed to cook a small dinner for two. The bed was really comfortable with an assortment of pillows and the bathroom had a really big comfortable bath. Overall really pleased with the quality. The area was brilliant you could walk into Zurich or get a bus, tram or train from directly outside the hotel. There was also a Starbucks and supermarkets with pretty much anything you needed. Oh and reception smells really nice (they are scented)

Hotel bello, pulito e moderno. Ha un bus navetta gratuito dall'aeroporto dal Terminal 2 vicino alla linea dei taxi. C'è un programma elettronico lì. 8 euro per la navetta per l'aeroporto e assicurati di effettuare una prenotazione. Buona selezione gratuita per la colazione. Ha uno staff ben addestrato e amichevole.

Lovely location with stunning views but do arrange IN ADVANCE with the front desk to have a LUGGAGE VAN meet you at the train station. The hotel does not allow cars to drive up the hill so you must walk which is no issue unless you are carrying/pulling luggage. It's a 10 minute uphill walk (choice of stairs or flat ground). Beautiful hotel and nice rooms, very clean. The outdoor seating area around the tower and outdoor fire pit area could use some maintenance in terms of daily trash pickup and re-staining of wood furniture. Restaurant was delicious. You can also opt to eat at the Hillz restaurant at the bottom of the hill for something more casual if you are staying several nights. There is also a casual food truck type place when the weather is nice.

We had checked in online with our rooms confirmed as diamond member. Our rooms were next to our children's room but when we came the check in staff did not bother to greet us properly and then our rooms were away from other each other. Being a diamond member no apologies but when I asked for manager I was told I can meet tomorrow morning and a note will be left that I would like to meet. Morning I came down checked at reception and was told manager will come on Wednesday only. I stayed 4 days and no managers came to meet us even though I had complained. Michelle and Carolina helped me and sorted the room issue and put the rooms together on Tuesday. The rooms were hot and AC did not worked when room moved told AC will work and no big surprise it did not. AC is going problem when i checked other reviews . The cleaners came to our room and left their cleaning clothes in our room I had to call the reception to take the cleaning stuff out. Felt like they do not care about customers other than Michelle and Carolina who helped trying to make sure things could be put right to make it comfortable. More than a holiday it was a stressful time. Would say avoid them.
