Very beautiful hotel, staff are super friendly everything was perfect, except the gym which was very small and unequipped

挺好的，還送了我們兩個帽子，mini bar的飲品也比較豐富，樓上樓下還有餐廳，尤其喜歡他們家的床，睡起來非常軟！

Just the best experience - staff was attentive, courteous, and full of hospitality. Hotel was pristine and love the waterfall shower in our bath. Restaurants were first class and delicious. Lake Zurich simply across the street for wonderful views and lakeside strolls. We can’t wait to come back.

The room interior is stylish and reasonable. We booked the room with lake view, unfortunately the whole view was blocked by the flag that hotel arranged for us. The concierge and the cleaning staff were awesome, but the service at the other department was awful as a five star hotel: room service mistook our order; really slow check-in and breakfast service. We had dinners at hotel’s restaurant: the Italian restaurant was delightful experience highly recommended; the La muna which is the Japanese mixed Peruvian fusion, the cold plate were good, the hot ones are too salty and the sake could have been better…

Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff! The rooftop restaurant has a breathtaking view of the lake that feels like an escape from the bustle of the city and the room we stayed in was beautiful and modern. Definitely a memorable stay and a great experience!

A gorgeous hotel at a uniquely Zurich location. The hotel, food and staff were five-stars. We traveled with a 1 year old and the staff went the extra mile to make us feel welcome by acquiring a baby seat (for their free to use bikes) and making us a babycinno each night at the cocktail bar. Wonderful, would stay here in a heartbeat. Thank you Eden!

Surprise birthday visit to this wonderful hotel. Staff were professsional and helpful yet the shining star is the amazing quisine. Additionally the location is perfect for walks along the lake, visits to old town for the shopping or many watersport activities. The hotel has bikes and paddleboards as well.

This trip to Europe was for our 33 wedding anniversary. My husband and I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! After leaving London, we flew to Zürich for our first time in Switzerland. We were greeted at the hotel by the concierge, Josephine, who was exceptional in her care of our needs and her professionalism was outstanding. Her work ethic was mirrored by the entire staff that we interacted with each day. The restaurant is Michelin rated and a delight! Warm ambiance and incredible food. We will only stay here when in Switzerland. We can’t recommend it highly enough!
