Nice hotel apartment

服務態度很惡劣。前一天晚上快十點定的酒店，因為第二天要見客户，想問問第二天能不能寄存行李。看到首頁顯示24小時前台，於是打電話聯繫。結果電話對面的人非常惡劣，説不是今天的事為什麼打電話打掃他！明明是一句話就能解決的事，硬是在電話上吵了我好幾句。簡直要氣死！因為已經付費了不能取消，第二天衹能入住了。結果自助入住的郵件並沒有發送連結，寒風中等了一個多小時也沒辦法進去，最後還是聯繫攜程客户解決的。這樣的地方絕對不會去第二次！！！

Lovely little apartments clean confortable good laundry room. Was a good stay abke to cook my own food and wash all my clothes after traveling for 3 weeks in hotel rooms this made the perfect change for me as i come to the end of my travels

It was written 2 single beds and we had 1 double

it was difficult to get in the property - there was a form that needed to be filled out sent by email to recover a code in order to get the key to the room... too complicated!... not sure why they did not email the code once the booking was confirmed and paid for!

Location was great with the Trams just outside that went straight to the Main Train Station. This room could have been a lot better if it taken care of. Listed air conditioning but all that was there was a button that didn’t work?!? Kitchen was stocked but needed to buy dish soap to clean after. Again, all this suit needed was some maintenance/repair.

Place was find. Great location,clean, check in was easy. The AC didn't work. It was very hot. Loud with the window open.

The stay was good but the check in process was horrible. I had 2 prior stays in Switzerland with similar apartments with no front desk person. But the other 2 communicated thru ********* app to let me know how to check in. Swiss Star did not communicate it at all. Took 3 hours for ********* person to help me figure out the problem. Swiss Star was suppose to send a code so I could check in but because they didn't have my personal email address I never got it and they did not send me anything thru the ********* app. I called and messaged multiple times and so did *********, finally after 3 hours they were able to get thru.

Die Zimmer sind im großen und ganzen schön eingerichtet. Die Betten und Einrichtung sind sauber. Allerdings sind die Matratzen schon gut durchgelegen und sollten getauscht werden. Außerdem ist das putzteam auch sehr nachlässig beim Wischen der Böden. Man könnte fast meinen dass sie nur kehren.

Auf keinen Fall würde ich je jemandem dieses Hotel zumuten. Der Preis ist günstig, ja, aber davon sollte man sich nicht locken lassen und lieber ein paar Franken mehr ausgeben. Die Lüftung war so laut dass kein Gespräch mehr geführt werden konnte. An den Wänden waren Blutspuren (????), im WC waren Kotspuren, die Türgriffe wurden wohl noch nie geputzt da sie klebrig und schmutzig waren, es gab keine Handseife, das Bett war kaputt (Kopfteil war tiefer als Fussteil), Nachttische gab es keine und das Bett war wohl nicht frisch bezogen. Der Boden war dreckig und die Haupttür hatte gar kein Schloss sodass jederzeit jeder sich in dem Gebäude aufhalten konnte. Zudem wurde durch die Lüftung ein starker Cannabisgeruch und später auch ein starker Zigarrengeruch ins Zimmer geblasen, der den aufdringlichen Thaiessengeruch, der vorgängig im Zimmer herrschte, sogar fast überdeckte. Es gibt kein Personal im Hotel welches man ansprechen kann. Der Lift wirkte nicht sicher, einige Knöpfe schienen nicht zu funktionkeren. Wir haben uns nach kurzem 15 minütigen Aufenthalt dazu entschieden, nicht in diesem Zimmer zu schlafen. Zum Glück ist das auschecken genau so unkompliziert wie das einchecken, sodass wir den Schlüssel einfach nur in die check-out Box werfen konnten und gehen konnten. Dieses "Hotel" sollte direkt geschlossen werden.
