The room and bathroom was very cold no heating also they changed my room but still same thing

Ik had het luxer verwacht, de douche en de toilet werkte niet optimaal de toilette water liep door en de douchekop van de badkuip was stuk je niet lekker dochen , de gewoone douche tegels vondt ik niet echt schoon en het rook beetje naar het rioo.l

Goed hotel om te verblijven, doet zeker niet onder van duurdere concurrenten. Ook eerder inchecken is mogelijk (tegen betaling), heel fijn dit kan zeker niet bij alle hotels. Kamer voor twee was goed ruim en een zeer ruime badkamer. Als ik ooit weer in Zoetermeer moet overnachten is dit mijn go-to.

還行,跟國內的快捷酒店一樣吧,早餐也還OK.沒什麼特別的地方,感覺性價比不高

Mooi centraal gelegen hotel, personeel is vriendelijk. Onze kamer was tropisch heet toen we binnenkwamen, airco kon niet aan vanwege bezuiniging van resources volgens de receptioniste. Begrijpelijk, maar echt niet aangenaam, ze was zeer vriendelijk maar verder niet behulpzaam. Verwarming stond dus standje tropicana/sauna, waarop we maar snel naar buiten waren gevlucht in de hoop dat onze kamer snel zou afkoelen met het raampje open.
Dames van het restaurant/bar waren spontaan en chirpy.
Matras was heerlijk hard, ruim en schone badkamer. We hebben goed geslapen, al konden we wel horen dat sommige deuren van onze buren (en dat van onszelf overigens) hard dichtgetrokken moesten worden, omdat ze anders niet dichtgingen.

Abbiamo prenotato due stanze nell albergo, erano entrambe sporche; in una abbiamo dovuto far cambiare le federe dei cuscini perché erano macchiate e non erano proprio state cambiate, entrambe erano molto impolverate, nell insieme avevano un aria di abbandono. Inoltre promettono un drink se non fai cambiare gli asciugamani e non fai pulire la stanza, cosa che noi abbiamo fatto, cosache poi non è accaduta! Noi non abbiamo chiesto i drink ma poi ci hanno fatto pagare una bottiglietta d acqua ed una lattina di cocacola del frigo bar! Che tristezza! Non lo consiglio

Room 809. Bed squeeked loudly, matrass was very uncomfortable. On top of that, there was a loud constant noise like a leaking water tap with drops falling on metal surface. Even with windows closed. We didn't sleep. We hope the next occupant will have a better ecperience in that room.

Good hotel, on a quiet and peaceful street. The cleanliness is good and the attitude of the staff is great - we received a personal card in the room and a special gift was left for the child.
