As i use IHG Holiday Inn Brand internationaly and i booked forst time in Zirakpur i love the service they guys provide staff were helpfull and friendly everything is near by if you guys want to do shopping or night out this is the best place to stay in so what to think for plan ahead to stay Holiday Inn chandigarh next time 🥂 cheers🤙

Location is good with enough parking, rooms are average but definitely according to price they are worth it ! i felt mattress was too soft and bouncy and lacks amenities like soap, bathing cap, dental kits and much more, the refrigerator is empty and no slippers are provided. Staff is very polite and professional, outside food is not allowed but if you request they let you have but won’t provide at your room and no cutlery is given ! rooms gives quite a retro vibe

In generale, un buon hotel con tutte le attrazioni di un hotel d'affari in ubicazione. Nonostante alcuni problemi triviali tutto il resto, come la posizione, il servizio, la cucina, l'accessibilità al trasporto pubblico e il cibo notturno tardivo sono molto buoni. Il personale è molto cooperativo e laborioso.

L'hotel non sembra un hotel 4 stelle. Il personale non si comporta come ricevere un ospite durante il check-in. I telefoni intercom non funzionavano. Ha avuto un terribile tempo durante l'ordine di cibo. Una piccola camera da bagno con bagni molto limitati. La qualità della cibo era media. Molti hotel a tre stelle sono migliori di questo hotel a 4 stelle.

Stay was very comfortable, clean washroom. Well furnished room. Staff was well spoken. Make sure you add breakfast with the booking as it will save money and also food is good.
