They advertised a sound proof room, when we could hear the folks in the next room very well, the room was a up

Nice big rooms with fridges and a deck providing beautiful town and bay views. Clean. Nice pool area with lounge chairs right beside the restaurant. Staff helpful and responsive. We didn’t eat much at the hotel but a couple of restaurants just next door were excellent and the shops and restaurants of Centro Zihuatanejo are a short 10 minute walk away. Only drawback is music noise from the city projects loudly at night towards the hotel and the poolside music was also too loud at times however staff did turn it down when asked. I would recommend staying here.

Incredible view of boats on the bay and watching the sun rise. The View and service made it very worthwhile. One concern, lots of steps.

All in all the stay was nice. Although the area looked sketchy we didn't have any issues and everyone was very friendly. I would consider staying there again

Love this hotel. The breakfast was amazing and love the staff. My room was lovely and the view was beautiful! Nice pool!

This hotel was magical. Centrally located; however, u do have 2 walk up/down a cobblestone road from the hotel into town. Area was very safe at nite. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Will definitely come back & stay here!

Great location. Welcoming staff. Excellent service. Always clean. The view is always awesome. The only thing I suggest is be ready for stairs. But its exercise.
