Awesome It was an awesome stay and did worth every effort of driving several hours to stay here for almost a week. Very high % of English speaking friendly and professional staff makes you feel pampered. I travel very often in mainland and never had such an awesome omelette during my trips. Find Paulina during great breakfast and try her omelette! Very clean and modern rooms. Well-done!

Great hotel with lovely obliging staff. Can’t fault it probably the best hotel in our stay of 4 weeks. The only downside was the lack of a real western breakfast even though it says it has one. Apart from that, fantastic.

It is located in a quiet location along the river. Has a nice view of the river. For me, the location is good as it is near the place I want to go. Overall it is a good stay.

臨時決定放棄衡陽住宿，入住凱悦的株洲酒店。因為凱悦的會員編號已經忘記而且自駕在高速特別不方便，從前台到凱悦的400客服電話一直都是積極幫助電話預訂。入住前台和Mira蘇協商了調整房間，也很快升級房型。房間格局方正寬大，乾濕分離，如果帶小朋友入住，也不會因為雙床而影響活動，江景超棒。大堂前面的臘梅花陣陣幽香，周圍環境安靜舒適。唯一的遺憾是泳池沒有開業，住店客人少了體驗和娛樂。一層的茶點自助給房客8.8折優惠，菜品及軟飲，點心都可以自助點取。喜歡酒店的服務，回給朋友推薦。

環境很好很安靜隔音做的也不錯行政樓層除了是高樓層以外和普通房型沒差房間的minibar也全部都是收費的沒有什麼其他的禮遇窗户也都是封死的沒法透氣這點真的有些難受馬桶不是智能的窗簾也不是電動的但媽媽喜歡兩個洗手枱分開的設計不耽誤事這一點好評再説到服務我不知道本酒店禮賓員的定義是不是就衹是負責開下大門而已行李不會幫忙拿也很嚴肅大堂人員站一排也衹是站那裡僅此而已沒有微笑和任何服務都很冷漠我住的酒店沒有遇到這樣情況的大堂是酒店門面不是你外觀設施設備搞的大氣就能得滿分沒有專業服務的加持也是不及格（我個人覺得很糟糕）最後再説下早餐和我吃過的快捷酒店的餐差不多品種又少又不好吃葱油餅還是冷的粉也是一點當地特色沒有嗯以後不會再次選擇入住凱悦了體驗感真的很糟糕。

江邊五星豪華酒店，大堂服務非常周到。有兩點比較奇怪：1是mini bar的飲料居然是收費。2是早餐品種不算很多，味道還可以，但衹有一台咖啡機，是服務員操作不讓顧客自己使用。

訂的是豪華房，晚上到，前台小姐姐非常熱情並且給我免費升級了總統套房，很是開心，房間又大衞生也很乾凈，第二天起床一眼出去，好漂亮的風景呀，唯一遺憾行程沒有，不然多住兩天了，下次還有機會一定還光顧。
