Great location on lovers road not far from Gongbei and Macao. Bit dated, but large room with everything you need.

Location is great right next to the sea front, lot’s restaurants around the hotel, room size is very large with Chinese style furnitures

Ornate hotel view views of Macau, very beautiful lobby area

The hotel is situated near the harbour and is only 15mins to the ZhuHai to Hong bus port. Overall the hotel was nice but showing its age. The pool area had some damage and there were pot plants with the roots growing out of the bottom. Okay but the area looked a little shabby. The room was good. A great size. Good amenities. Most important clean and very tidy. The bed was very firm. But that is in keeping with a Chinese type of bed. The carpets were stained and could do with replacing. The decor in the hotel was spectacular. Full sized geodes, and other art work makes this hotel stand out. There were staff that spoke English and the other staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good with a range of food but did cater more to the local market. For foreigners looking for a traditional high end hotel this is good.

It is fair with this price Room is spacious and clean, lighting is good. However it has no air con in this rather cold period and the bath water isn’t hot enough

Super good breakfast with variety of foods in healthy style to satisfy different preferences; Spacious room and bathroom which provided us all we needed in a convenient and thoughtful way. The bed is very comfortable. Warm and friendly stuff helped us with all we wanted. They even had an earlier breakfast for our morning flight. This is indeed a five star hotel of facilities and services, but it has the lowest price.

The room had a bit of a musky smell, it was only when we checked out that we realized a rotting dragonfruit had been left in one of the cupboards. Air conditioner was also less than stellar, when the it’s 35c outside and the room could barely keep it at 27c, I would’ve liked an AC that works properly. The view was ok, it was technically ocean view, but was mainly obstructed by older buildings (see pic attached) We didn’t spend too much time in the room, so from a location perspective it was good. But I would not call this a 5 star hotel. More can be done to make the accommodations more tourist friendly, have at least one person on staff that could be available to answer questions in English…etc

Room was moldy. Bath tub looked like it broke before and was pieced back together. The curtains were moldy. Seaview was only partial even though I booked a seaview. The location is far away from any stores and restaurants. Honestly can't believe this is a 5 star hotel. Pool also closed but was not stated anywhere.

It was an amazing experience staying at the Kingward International Hotel. I was very impressed with the friendliness of hotel staff, especially the Front Desk and Breakfast dinning restaurant staff, they were well-trained and really passionate in helping their guests. There were so many (close to 100) oriental and western style food varieties available for breakfast buffet, fresh and professionally cooked. It was one of the best breakfast buffet that I had around the world. The hotel is strategically located on the shoreline of the ocean on the famous Lover's Road. Both our rooms had ocean view, and one room can see the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge. It's very close to the GongBei border crossing to Macau, and minutes away from the Bridge Customs to Hong Kong. There is a bus stop right on the door steps of the hotel. The hotel has a very impressive crystal sculpture collection and other mineral collections exhibiting on the first three floors. Both the interior and exterior decoration are well designed with ancient palace styles. We are Chinese Canadians. My family was on a one-month tour to ShenZhen, ZhuHai, Hong Kong, Macau, GuangZhuo and SanYa, staying at Kingward was the most memorable experience among all hotels. My family also want to specially thank Ms. Feng Ya Li (丰雅丽) who work at the Front Desk, she is friendly, helpful, and professional. Thanks for making our trip to ZhuHai so pleasant and memorable! Friendly and professional staff is a indication of good management. I can see great success of the hotel. It also offers really good value for the room price. This is such an beautiful hotel. The interior is absolutely stunning. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is great because it’s only a short distance from the train station and it’s close by to the public beach and other restaurants. Breakfast was a brilliant spread of western and Chinese food. The only downfall is that the restaurants are closed and the on-site shop no longer exists. I do believe that it could be a result of the pandemic but this is definitely not great. The room was good but could use an upgrade on the decor. The bed was very hard and not at all comfortable. The air conditioner needs some work as it seemed to struggle to keep the room cool. Overall it was a nice peasant stay
