beach so poor (see picture, thin concrete paved area), private pool less water and not private and without sun lounger , fitness room is a joke, extraordinary prices with service charge on top, coffee+cappuccino+juice needs to be paid at breakfast, dinner expensive and rather less opportunities outside, service staff keep on cleaning independend if you stay in bed or use bathroom around 8am, we abort stay after 2 days

Excellent holiday resort for families and couples.
It is huge place and you have to call for a buggy to fetch you every time you’re going out or coming back to the room.

WORST CHECK-IN EXPERIENCE
I’ve never had such a long check-in process like this at any hotel before. I queued up at 15:11 and received the key cards at 15:50, and found out that two of the rooms were waiting for cleaning and still not ready for check-in.
This is a very large hotel with a lot of guests, but the staff seemed completely unprofessional. Although it’s part of a hotel chain, the service did not reflect the standard of the brand. Only a few staff members could speak or understand English, which made communication difficult.
Getting around the hotel requires using a buggy, which made moving from place to place quite inconvenient—especially during peak times. Many families had to stand outside their house to flag down passing buggies at night and wait in long queues when trying to return from the common areas to their rooms.
The bedroom was generally clean, except for the bed sheets and blanket, which had dark stains on them.
The breakfast buffet had plenty of food in terms of quantity, but lacked variety.
Good location but not great. A bit far away from local seafood restaurant.

I definitely will not come back to this place. Why,l? Well, the hotel is very beautiful, but it is managed by a company that is not professional. The way they train their staff is lacking. The pool staff speaks rudely to guests, and the breakfast staff in the restaurant acts like they are just doing menial work. They accept all kinds of people; it feels like a flea maket or food court. When I called room service, no one answered after ten tries. When I called for a ride, i have to download the app and send messages from there, but take 10-15 minutes to respond that the riding will coming. This is very funny. The beach was dirty, littered with trash. I will never return to this place.

The hotel looks great and overall okay. They have an app to book buggy service but the timings are inconsistent and sometimes they don’t respond. Our last day i booked and five buggies drove past us and i had to flag down the next. Breakfast is a complete mess and not the greatest variety. Went to Italian restaurant when we arrived and they have a good menu of cocktails, but server said they don’t make them at that restaurant. I asked why they have a full menu of options and she said she didn’t know. There is no beach access close but the main pool is okay but can be a bit crowded. Overall the look is five stars, but at best 3 would be fair. Not much for couples in the evenings, we went to Matador restaurant down the street and it was amazing. From the cost to experience perspective, i would not rebook at this hotel.

Firstly, on 7/4-7/5 we stay in 40413-1, the AC is broken, we call front desk for 30 -45 mins, but there is nobody answering the call. Until 11:00 PM we successfully contact the front desk, they ask us to call the operator and we call for another 10-15 mins they answered our call. When they fixed the AC it’s already 12:30!!!
We have our plan at 4 in the morning. We can’t get rest. When we report the problem to the front desk when we leave the hotel. The only thing they can do is “we are sorry for your experience.”
Second the refrigerator is not working as well. The fruits we bought it turns bad in the morning.
Third, the resort it’s huge! You have to take buggy to travel around the resort. But the reception won’t answer the phone, basically you will waste huge amount of time waiting for reception to answer the call and waiting for the buggy. It takes about 30-45mins to wait for your buggy to come!

The best resort in Mui Ne! The entire resort is just huge with lots of kids entertainment! We were lucky that we stayed over on New Year and the resort invited live performances: singers & DJ with free flow of alcoholic drinks!

Chaotic at the check-in/ check-out counters, feels less than a 2-star resort. They advised us to inform the staff15-20 mins in advance to get the shuttle bus ready for pick-up but it always took more than 40-50 mins and no one ever arrived, even on the check-out date. Poor service in general, not to mention the hectic flow of customers during the breakfast.
We will never come back.

Bad experience when arrived here.. Im check in about 12 at night after a tired day.. Front desk staff not helping and so bad service because they want me to change my room and charged it.. At the last I booked the bus to the city and also wrong date.. Very disappointed..

The best thing happened in this trip and we really enjoyed all aspects of what they were offering! Although the bath weren’t functional and they sent twice the engineers to fix it …. Kinda nice but also kinda getting late …. But we would like to come back anytime for the sand for the hotel and more sand 🤩

Service was very bad, slow check-in process. Breakfast was poor and overloaded, too crowded and staff couldn't handle the fill-in of food, in-house app to communicate with guest was lagged. Very disappointed with Centara services. It couldn't be 5 star. Except the room is very nice, but door holder in bathroom was broken.

very very big resort with houses, clean and well looked after, nice and friendly reception
room: clean, we had a wonderful view to the sea, big and enough space
breakfast: good selection of products and dishes, lots of people but enough space, no alternative to cow milk (for me a must have in such a big resort), unfortunately bad english if you asked for something
fittings: big resort but no shop, you can’t buy anything, you have to go to the restaurants (price for ice cream 80.000, definitely to much for one scoop), buggy drivers take you around, that works perfectly
pools are super nice, stunning view
gym: definitely not the same like you can see on the pictures, very good equipment with high quality, unfortunately it’s split into three houses and the rooms look like they are under construction (interim solution..!?)
restaurant: we have been to the italien restaurant, pizza okay but they coffee there is quite bad
neighbourhood: no beach next to the resort, not a big selection of restaurants, you definitely a taxi!
