For me as a foreigner it was funny that hotel personnel didn’t know how to input my information in the system, so I had to help them with their job 😂 But it’s ok, at least I could control important things concerning my stay. Maybe we are the first foreigners staying there. While booking this hotel I thought it would be in the centre, but you can’t even go anywhere by foot. Really boring area. But you can drive really quick anywhere. I liked the hotel, really, just didn’t give 5 stars for hygiene, because the floor in the room, dust behind the TV and tables in the canteen were not wiped. Bed linen, towels - everything was good. Perfect to stay for bed and breakfast.

去普陀山，提前一天住這裏酒店挺不錯的，有充電樁，雖然是慢充，正好晚上充電，方便。
房間挺大的，乾淨衞生，漢庭還是值得信賴的。
服務人員辦理入住很快，專業，熱情，好評。

定的個商務大床房256，到前台打算升個雙床房287，差價是31，我不知道是我沒説清楚還是你們沒理解，跟我説要收我99？我説為什麼別的酒店是這麼算的，就你們不是呢？我不知道你們是怎麼算的，直接用店裡價格給我算？有這樣算的？不升之後，不知道説的是我這個還是另一家，我就聽到什麼一大家子來住，捨不得花錢什麼的，不管是説誰，有這樣做生意的？乾脆直接拿個大喇叭説得了，體驗非常差！！

酒店位置很好，相對比較安靜，距離朱家尖碼頭駕車約20分鐘，很方便。。前台小姐姐小哥哥人都特別好。我們是親子家庭出遊，訂的含早餐的，但是一個房間衹有2份，前台小姐姐免費幫孩子們也訂了早餐。房間很大，乾淨，機器人服務孩子們很喜歡。整體點贊！

房間寬敞，乾淨，工作人員服務也非常好。但是位置稍尷尬，周圍吃的喝的離的有點遠。雖然門口有個公交站，但是舟山坐公交確實不方便。綜上，來舟山建議自駕，如果自駕，住這裏沒問題。

酒店地段環境都不錯，停車方便。大堂很大，房間寬敞、簡潔、乾淨，雖然靠馬路，但晚上睡覺一點都不吵。前台小姑娘和藹可親，還送了孩子一份早餐。總體入住體驗很好，推薦。
