首先説一下環境是很不錯的 感覺很高級 房間裏還有語音設設施 挺高級的 點外賣一樓還有機器人可以送到門口 雖説 開的第一間房當時沒及時處理 第二間還有上個留下來的東西 但是全程前台小姐姐一直道歉 而且保潔阿姨也當時幫我換了床單被罩 一邊道歉 而且阿姨還幫我鋪了自帶的床單 退房的時候前台小姐姐又是道歉 並且他們經理還説送我一些小禮物 雖説不是什麼特好的東西 起碼是讓我看到他們重視每一個人（説實話這裏還有健身房就感覺很高級）

酒店離地鐵出口很近，可是在大路街麪卻不易發現入口，拖着行李箱看着導航明明到了卻看不到酒店入口，開回幾次都錯過！要從加油站旁邊一個欄杆進入停車場到酒店大堂前台，建議酒店及時更新攜程平台上的詳細介紹！另一個問題就是房間太不隔音了，隔壁進出開關門半夜說話洗澡等等聲音，住兩晚幾乎沒怎睡！
PS：酒店工作人員態度還是很好的。

I'm there for business and it is close to the location of my visits. The hotel is grand and the location is near to many food stalls which is convenient to me. The hotel also has its pool and spa services.
The breakfast is okay serving some local cuisines which is changed daily during my course of 5 days stay. The breakfast opens from 7 to 9.30am which is quite odd, I hope the opening hours are stretch longer. The room is clean with serving of fruits and snacks daily which is very much appreciated. However, the downside is that many people do smoke inside the hotel. I could easily smell cigarettes in the bathroom and toilet at the ventilation. Another part which I am not quite comfortable during the night is that the air conditioning wasn't adjustable which makes the room very hot without proper ventilation.
Other than that, the stay is comfortable. It will be perfect if the upper part can be improved to meet international standards.

帶孩子一起入住的這家酒店，從進入大門開始，前台服務人員就熱情得打招呼，快速、專業辦理了入住手續，通知客房配送了小童專用洗漱用品，還贈送了小零食和玩具，孩子們很開心，房間提前開了空調，一進去就非常涼爽，還有洗衣房和健身房，早上晨練順便就把衣服洗了，烘乾後孩子們睡醒就能穿，早餐品種很多，還有現做的燴麪和胡辣湯，出門交通也非常方便，附近有正弘滙，逛街購物都非常方便，前台還贈送了旅遊小地圖，感受到了酒店無微不至的服務，非常滿意的一次體驗，家庭出遊必選酒店，跟孩子們約定明年暑假還來這裏！

LLeo and Ana.L'Hotel si trova in una posizione centrale vicinissima al centro di Dengfeng. La nostra camera doppia assegnata è arredata con gusto e pulita, come tutta la struttura. Lo staff è gentilissimo e disponibile a rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta. All'ingresso un teashop, nel quale si può degustare il tè in vendita. Abbiamo partecipato alla cerimonia del tè condotta dal titolare. Per noi è stata un'esperienza piacevole ed estremamente rilassante durante la quale abbiamo dialogato di culture. È possibile acquistare e ordinare tè pregiati e prodotti nella regione. Consigliatissimo.

UUtente ospiteSituato a 1 minuto dalla metropolitana o dalla uscita di Dongshilipu E. Nell'albergo c'è un piccolo centro commerciale con molte opzioni alimentari da ristoranti a piccoli pasti. L'hotel circostante è tranquillo a notte, quindi è bello.
Stai in camera con salotto esecutivo con colazione, tè pomeriggio e cocktail serale.
Il cocktail serale ha cibo caldo che vale la pena andare se hai questa opzione. Il tè pomeriggio è facoltativo come bevande principalmente.
La sala da giornata è grande e non è piena e aperta 24 ore, quindi se hai bisogno di un hotel con la sala da giornata , questa è una buona scelta .
Solo la zona per migliorare è la temperatura della camera in camera non sembra essere in grado di regolare per essere più freddo.. visita fortunata in non in estate.

UUtente ospiteQuesto è stato un ottimo hotel per soggiornare a Zhengzhou. Il personale era professionale, amichevole e sempre utile. La stanza era pulita e aveva tutto quello che ci serviva, anche se avesse un ferro lo avremmo apprezzato. I contatti extra, come l'acqua complimentare e il WiFi, lo hanno reso molto conveniente.
Abbiamo avuto il loro colazione a buffet l'ultimo giorno della nostra permanenza e anche questo era piuttosto buono. Molto varietà e non troppo pieno. Il cibo era fresco e delizioso.
Rimarremo certamente lì di nuovo

NNiwenqilaichouchoudeArrivato di notte, ho scelto questo ristorante quando abitavo qualche anno fa. Ho pensato che la colazione fosse troppo deliziosa. Era in stile americano, quel tipo di gas da cucina. La signorina Lu Xiao alla reception era molto calorosa. Ha dato frutta e bevande e mi ha chiesto se ne avevo ancora bisogno. Che tipo di servizio, ma anche un duro turno di notte. L'indirizzo è facile da trovare, il parcheggio è sufficiente ed è comodo andare ovunque. È un po' all'inizio dell'anno, ma per questo la sicurezza e il servizio non sono un problema.

MMohamedThis is a hotel that the family can enjoy. It is quiet and they do have a suit that is similar to a 2 room serviced apartment. Reception is simple, helpful, and kind. English is a bit of an issue to communicate with the staff so using an app would help like google translator, bido, WeChat..etc. The hotel has a restaurant that serves only breakfast (no room service meals, lunch, or dinner provided). It is a type of hotel that people come to stay in and they shop around, eat outside..etc. it has a Gem but NO SWIMMING POOL, no coffee shop at the hotel. so it pretty much stays only. I stayed in a suit that is nice, spacious, 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom is big and the bed is very comfortable. another room has 2 single beds that make it very good for the family. The suit has a washing machine, microwave, stove, big fridge but no cooking pots or dishes. there is 3 big TV with 30 channels in this suit. They do have pay-per-view for movies (24 hrs cost 38 RMB). Breakfast is a very nice surprise as it is up to Sheraton standards (this hotel has no universal star ranking- just local ranking). if you buy breakfast it is RMB 48 /person from 8+ years. below that age is free. There is no special price for kids. I enjoy staying one night as I was looking for a serviced apartment and I couldn't find any single serviced apartment listed on Trip.com. Overall, if you are on a short trip up to 2 days for shopping or transit while taking airoplane or train, it will be a good fit.

I would expect there to be a staff member downstairs to greet me and help take my suitcase out of the trunk but there was no one . The entrance to the hotel feels quite random and unprofessional. A few more water bottles and coffee pouches in the rooms would be better. It’s frustrating to keep having to call room service to request them. Otherwise a good hotel, iron and ironing board provided in the room

UUtente ospiteHo soggiornato all'hotel internazionale Kaifu all'aeroporto di Xinzheng per una notte a causa del cattivo tempo. L'hotel è a soli 3 minuti di auto dal terminale e il servizio di pick-up della navetta è quasi immediato una volta chiamato il loro desk front (*************). Ha anche un servizio frequente di abbattimento. La camera è grande e ben mantenuta con tutte le esigenze. Mi hanno persino permesso di riutilizzare la stanza dopo avermi controllato, ma dovevano usarla per un po' per fare il riordinamento delle compagnie aeree a causa delle cancellazioni meteorologiche. Dopo di che mi hanno immagazzinato il bagaglio per due giorni.
Vorrei ricordare che il conducente della nave, l'onorevole Zhang, è molto carino e utile, non solo per il mio bagaglio pesante, ma anche per il mio ritorno all'aeroporto per il mio volo di riordine un giorno dopo. Il suo sorriso mi riscalda durante la tempesta di neve che ha causato tante interruzioni di viaggio.
Raccomando questo hotel a tutti coloro che devono rimanere all'aeroporto.
A causa del male clima, ho soggiornato una notte all'hotel internazionale Cafor Airport a Xinjiang.L'hotel è a soli tre minuti di auto dall'edificio della stazione di trasporto, a condizione di chiamare la ricezione (0371-88888868), l'hotel può fornire quasi immediatamente un servizio di trasporto di autobus.Fornisce anche un servizio di trasporto frequente. La stanza è grande, ben mantenuta e ha tutte le esigenze.E'pura come nuova.Mi hanno anche permesso di riutilizzare la stanza dopo aver lasciato la stanza, ma ci vorrebbe un po' per affrontare la situazione di riorganizzazione del volo a causa dell'annullamento del tempo.Poi mi hanno aiutato a memorizzare i bagagli per due giorni.
Voglio dire, il conducente di autobus, il signor Zhang, è molto gentile e felice di aiutare.Non solo mi ha aiutato a trasportare il bagaglio pesante, ma li ha portati all'aeroporto dopo un giorno quando sono tornato per un volo riordinato. Durante la tempesta che ha causato un'interruzione del viaggio, il suo sorriso mi ha fatto sentire caldo.

La stanza è doppia mattina, due bambini sono meno di 1.2 metro colazione gratuita, la colazione è disponibile per il caffè, il pasto, e il frumento di pane, E frutta di arachidi, i bambini amano molto mangiare!Ci sono molti tipi di colazione, lo spazio è spazioso, ma l'aria condizionata non è molto buona, un po' fredda, può avere a che fare con le finestre!
E'molto comodo vivere due giorni!

SSarahxiaoyeLa posizione è buona, nel centro della città, vicino a Piazza Erqi, a cinque minuti a piedi. C'è uno snack street al piano di sotto, ma sfortunatamente non c'è niente di delizioso. Dispone di un proprio parcheggio, comodo per chi guida da solo. Il difetto dell'hotel è che il bagno non è intelligente. Gli hotel a cinque stelle sono così obsoleti!

Highly recommended if you're going to travel to Zhengzhou and looking for a place to stay. Room rates are affordable yet room amenities are superb 👌 friendly and accommodating staffs from front desk, hskp, restaurant and driver 👌
What I didn't expect?
1. Early check-in without fees (usually kasi in Pinas may fees for early check-in and late check-out. I arrived 2 hrs earlier tanong ko kaagad sa front desk if I can check-in early ang sagot Keyi👌 without additional fees
2. Airport Pickup and Drop Off for Free
3. Clean, comfy and spacious room. Ofc, very tahimik ( I didn't feel winter inside napaka warm)
4. Lahat automatic like switch, 🚽 etc (expected sa China)
5. I only paid it for only 163rmb (around 1,300 php very good deals right? Kala ko just a very normal rooms but it was beyond my expectations
6. Breakfast for only 16rmb unli buffet (around 125php sulit na sulit )
7. There's a gym inside, nearby supermarkets, near the airport and more....
I leave a thank you letter in my room upon checking out for my friend. Dunno if the hotel staff will contact the person, I just wanted to surprise him since I'm returning back to my country today.
I'll definitely comeback in Zhengzhou and will stay again at Shi Hang Hotel 👌
