I would not recommend staying with this facility as our experience was not even fairly decent, we arrived to find that we were assigned to walk to another building.It was not easy communicating to check-in, you don't have any reception desk to go to but just Wechat text to some person on the other end, and the it took about 2 hours to settle in and it was beaming hot and humid. I repeatedly asked about the room I booked which was ine of a kind and also had to show photos of what I booked when it was clearly indicated on the itinerary.The electricity wasn't on for either rooms we were sent to.The electricity problems were at both locations and that was an hour wait for the electrician to show up and we come to find out that it was due to arrears issues where our first two days of our 6 day stay was dealing with the electricity shutting off suddenly.Honestly it is terrible way to run an off the side business of a rent out.Also, the room I booked was twice the size of what they wanted us to settle for and I questioned right away on the phone why i wasn't getting the one I originally booked room nor the building.When we finally got to the room i booked, we saw dust on the floor as though it wasn't mopped for a while.We can see the previous guest hair every where on the floor and the table was dirty and not wiped with stains on table cloths. The room was not guest ready and not having electricity in the middle of summer in China is the worse.We patiently waited and said nothing when we saw these problems when we arrive. I have never experience such unprofessionalism even for a simple apartment rent out and I have lived in less quality type of apartments then this that offers EVEN BETTER service and customer service.The washer machine tray to put in the laundry detergent, wasn’t even accessible.In addition, cleaning service took a long time to respond, sometimes all day passes and the garbage is still there, and there is no PROPER TOLIET paper, you get small piece of a tiny square issues. We stayed as long as we could since we would not get the return of our money if we asked and above us on the 6th floor is a renovation going on so that noise was terrible day to day be awaken at 8am to even when they were done for each day. We ended up leaving one day early and the person did not even ask if everything is okay and why we are checking out early, the only response was, “ just tell me the minute you leave the apartment.” Also, for safety concerns, there was no proper check-in on security codes for the room, it was sent through wechat and the person actually knew our number and accessed our space at one point when we were out.-for safety concerns knowing guests password makes a person feel uneasy on vacation, there was just so much unprofessionalism the way our check-in was handled to all the problems we encounter we couldnt rate this place good at all. Hackers can accessible passwords on wechat as they can in other apps. The fact that we were not questioned as simple as "is everything okay?" when we left one day early, is alarming!... clearly the person didnt even want to know or at least pretend to care for customer’s perspective. If something as providing proper toilet paper, garbage bags and security password in a problem, then the business owner should shut down this business.
We were a simple couple on a few day getaway and we hardly let anyone in to clean, and just asked for bare basics of toilet, garbage bags, and proper door password access. Sometimes the door would run out of battery so you have to charge the power of the door device to keep the door lock active, when we went in and out.I have never had to maintain my own power charging lock to my room in anywhere i travel in the whole world before.We also did not have fresh clean towels, they put a stack of thin disposable cloth you wipe once and throw out and they never replenish our room with that, they didn't even provide bottles of water daily.
