設施：設施配置齊全，也都比較新和乾淨。床墊和被子足夠鬆軟並帶着陽光的味道，沉浸式鬆弛入眠。 衞生：衞生不錯。乾淨。 環境：環境很好，清新空氣。 服務：服務很好，基本提的要求都儘量滿足。大堂服務也不錯，早餐雖簡單些，但乾淨可口。 暖心下午茶:：特別升級了房間和贈送了一份下午茶，還不錯。 入住酒店贈送早餐:：謝謝酒店，因是兩大一小，額外贈送了一份早餐。謝謝！

The room is clean and cozy. The surroundings is also quiet and peaceful. You will also have easy access to gym and laundry, I had an amazing stay. Look forward to my next visit!

I have stayed in few Crowne Plaza hotels before and I noticed there are always mega construction projects beside the hotel. Pray that guest won’t be impacted by the loud construction noise in the morning. This hotel is well furnished but it is getting OLD and the nearest mall or small restaurants eateries are FAR away. . Great front desk staff and toiletries.

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

L'hotel era grande, abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto bello. La posizione e le strutture erano perfette. Anche l'altro personale era molto carino. Tim高ia ci ha aiutato a prenotare auto quando abbiamo fatto check-out e trasferito a Xiamen, ci ha anche aiutato a prenderci cura dei nostri beni. E la signora Zhou Zhou Zhou è stata molto carina, ci ha aiutato con la nostra prenotazione a hotel a Xiamen. In generale, un soggiorno e ricordi molto piacevoli a Zhangzhou, grazie a questo hotel!

Impianti: le strutture sono perfette e piace la piazza a tre livelli.L'angolo del tavolo di salita è sicuro. Igiene: pulito, appena entrato nella casa, può finire la pulizia e aprire la finestra. Ambiente: proprio all'antica strada, sono vicini a due scuse, ma non posso guidare, e devo andare per un po'.Venerdì, il bar vicino era un po'scio.Ma non la strada principale della città antica, è ancora tranquillo. Servizio: Xiao Zheng è attento, comunica in anticipo e invia una strategia dettagliata della città antica.
