與家人自駕，途經雞鳴驛，第一次入住這家酒店，人不多，很清凈。自助早餐品類還算齊全，交通方便，周邊安靜，綠化不錯，在雞鳴山下，門口就是停車場，車位充足。保安引領及時，一進門就有人問候。前台人員服務細心，提前安排了園區房間，景色好且安靜。房間在預期內，面積大，採光通透，住的很方便。房間物品給量很充足。路過前台服務人員會主動打招呼。很感謝前台經理陳經理，對客服務很好，離店的時候，還特意給長者準備了當地張家口特產禮品。還告知了使用方法，離店還發了問候訊息。很暖心的服務。總之一趟行程下來，很感動。以後如果有計劃來這裏，還會選擇阿卡酒店入住。推薦。

L'hotel è proprio all'angolo di un'ulteriore strada. È molto buono trovarlo. Il giardino sottostante è un buon hotel. Il parcheggio davanti al pavimento è leggermente tenso. Il cortile posteriore può anche essere parcheggiato. La camera e il bagno sono grandi. Il pavimento è ben vista. Ci sono corse più selvaggie sotto il pavimento. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally warm and inviting, with an attractive design that made it feel both comfortable and stylish. The staff were outstanding—polite, friendly, and always eager to assist with any needs, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The food was reasonably priced, served in generous portions, and of excellent quality. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, catering to different tastes and preferences. The room was spotlessly clean, reflecting the hotel’s high standards, and the view from our room was simply breathtaking.

The breakfast provided in the cafeteria is Chinese style and tastes good. The cafeteria serves lunch and dinner at a cheap price, important is the food tastes good.
Location is convenient if come from Taizicheng railway station. Free shuttle service provided according to high speed train time table. There is bus with RMB2/person from Taizicheng railway station. If out from the high speed train time table.
Near to Taiwoo town, about 15 mins walk. There is free shuttle service too.
This is not ski in ski out hotel.

Located in the Taizicheng Resort, Oakwood Suites Chongli enjoys is a a superior location and convenient transportation. Starting from the hotel apartment, you can easily reach the Taizicheng Resort. Popular ski resorts such as Thaiwoo Ski Resort, Wanlong Ski Resort and Genting Snow Park are also within reach. The hotel apartment is approximately 3km away from both the Taizicheng Railway Station and the Jingli Expressway. It is only about 190km by car from the center of Beijing, and it takes about an hour by high-speed rail to reach Taizicheng Station.

Excellent all around! The hotel provides for your every need, from free transport to and from the station and two of the nearby ski resorts (Thaiwoo and Genting) to the sumptuous breakfast every morning. Even laundry was free! Room service is prompt and the whole place is clean, modern and welcoming. The staff is friendly and efficient. In the winter, the well-insulated rooms are a godsend. The shower works well, and there is a bathtub. We couldn't believe the value for money was so amazing, and we would definitely stay here again.

Location is directly opposite the fulong four season town物业服务中心 canteen, open for breakfast lunch and dinner, if you are too tired to head to chongli town after a full day of skiing. Boss lent me his card so i could get discount at the canteen. The location is ideal, a few stops by internal shuttle bus to fulong ski resort, shuttle bus stop is just downstairs. And it takes bout 10 mins to walk to chongli town where there is plenty of restaurants and ski equipment rental. I rented my entire set of ski equipment from the boss' shop, he gave me a good discount as i was staying for a long period. It is the cheapest rental i saw in the whole chongli town. And his ski equipment are newly purchased from french brand rossignol and very clean.
Other than that, boss also offered two way transport to chongli railway station and helped with booking of ski tickets, ski instructor etc. He even recommended a good sports massage place to me after i had sore muscles from skiing! Basically, you just need to book accomodation thru boss and he handles the rest for a stress-free ski holiday!

The check-in process was very smooth. They even offer self check-in. After we arrived to our room we received a welcome plate of fruit and yogurt. The room we stayed in was a masterpiece of design, meticulously decorated with a keen eye for detail, and the cleanliness maintained by the staff was impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered an impressive variety of dishes, including both Western and Chinese cuisines. The area surrounding the hotel boasts breathtaking views of the river, adding to the overall charm of our stay. The only thing missing is a swimming pool. The other amenities are very nice.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is really clean and the services are up to par. My friend and I got executive lounge and it took forever for them to check up in because we were foreigners. When we were finally checked it. We decided to stay longer as we were impressed with the cleanliness and amenities of the space, but we were declined at the front desk with the excuse of my friend passport is with the immigration and she only had a visa sleep so they can’t allow us stay in their hotel longer. And they kept calling our room asking for our school’s name in chines, our home address. So many frustrating personal questions. But aside from that, they were really friendly and the place was nice, the breakfast was great as well

FFooStayed 3 days 2 nights and our room was ready upon arrival the morning. We had a up graded room which the balcony faces the ski mountain! Excellent service by Jason Wen from the start of our stay to the end. He make sure that our family were well taken care of during the 3 days. One of the best service here and I will never hesitate to recommend this hotel to my friends. On our last day, Jason drove us to the railway station as we had 4 luggages & 2 kids in toll. Everything here in this hotel was great. Once again, I would like to thank Jason Wen for going extra miles for us.

UUtente anonimoL'hotel di coroa di classe media e alta, sotto il gruppo Intercontinentale, ha più di 700 alloggi in un hotel a cinque stelle, molto economico, che può sciare in &ski out.
Ambiente: l'aspetto dell'hotel è molto bello, la vista notturna è molto bella, non c'è gestione della sicurezza, caos dei veicoli e servizio di bagaglio alla porta della sala.
Camera: il paesaggio è fantastico e si può vedere la pista di neve.Le strutture sono nuove, la manutenzione è buona e sono dotate di un adesivo.La superficie è grande, con un guasto e uno stile di decorazione semplice.
Colazione: ci sono molti pasti, meno tipi di cibo, nessun punto luminoso.
Sci: le procedure sono lenti, il processo è complesso, il personale di sci è duro con l'atteggiamento del personale di sci, non è compatibile con l'hotel a cinque stelle, è necessario rafforzare la formazione, il peggiore servizio di funerali per diversi campi di neve.
Servizi: l'atteggiamento del personale dell'hotel è in generale buono, soprattutto il personale della reception. Andy manager è molto attento, molto professionale, e alcuni altri dipendenti della reception sono anche molto buoni. L'anno scorso, Fulong e Wanlong hanno vissuto a Anaya, e personalmente pensavano che la reception del negozio fosse il miglior servizio per l'hotel funerale.

UUtente ospite和姐姐兩個人入住，前台姑娘非常好的幫忙做了升級，第一次體驗套房，很是喜歡，像是回到大學一樣的上躥下跳，也真誠的感謝！富龍假日是我覺得離雪場最方便的酒店，比可以滑進滑出的煥活品質要好，運營更為成熟。遇到服務人員都很熱情的打招呼，幾點建議，希望未來更加出色。1-健身房希望還是放些水和毛巾，可能冬天去健身房的人少，但也還是會用的；2-電視增加投屏吧，冬天晚上沒啥活動，吃飽了就是看看電視。早餐很好呀，品種豐富也好吃。重點屋裡不會太熱，温度剛好。

In fact all staff members were so friendly and helpful. Well trained and so focused on customer care and satisfaction, Willy and his restaurant staff were at our every beck and call and more.it would be unfair to mention just a few names because everyone was so attentive to the guests The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the waterpark and kids club are wonderful and a great way to entertain guests. We will definitely return to the Crowne Plaza Huailai here and highly recommend it to everyone. Our boy enjoyed playing with the rabbits too.
