Hotel Zhangjiakou a Xiahuayuan Station
Great hotel to stay at for a ski getaway, location is perfect as the ski slopes are right behind it. Depending on your booking they offer a 20% discount with Thaiwoo Ski Resort where you’ll go to get all the ski equipments if you don’t have your own including ski suit. I bought a 3 day ski pass which costs 1173 RMB plus a deposit of 2200 RMB (immediately returned on the last day of skiing). The room is like an apartment, kitchen area with all the necessary amenities to cook except pots and utensils (bring your own if you plan to do that), living room, bathroom and bedroom plus a small balcony. Plus also a washing machine. Btw, to get to the hotel, there is a free shuttle bus from Taizicheng train station, just follow the signs for the bus and which one stops at A&B Hotel. Check the schedule for departure times as the go according to train arrival and departure times. The Taiwu town area has plenty of restaurants and shops and the ski slopes closes at 4:30 pm.

Location is directly opposite the fulong four season town物业服务中心 canteen, open for breakfast lunch and dinner, if you are too tired to head to chongli town after a full day of skiing. Boss lent me his card so i could get discount at the canteen. The location is ideal, a few stops by internal shuttle bus to fulong ski resort, shuttle bus stop is just downstairs. And it takes bout 10 mins to walk to chongli town where there is plenty of restaurants and ski equipment rental. I rented my entire set of ski equipment from the boss' shop, he gave me a good discount as i was staying for a long period. It is the cheapest rental i saw in the whole chongli town. And his ski equipment are newly purchased from french brand rossignol and very clean.
Other than that, boss also offered two way transport to chongli railway station and helped with booking of ski tickets, ski instructor etc. He even recommended a good sports massage place to me after i had sore muscles from skiing! Basically, you just need to book accomodation thru boss and he handles the rest for a stress-free ski holiday!

KKwanDuring the past few days in Zhangjiakou, the most unforgettable thing is not the passion of the track, but the emotion brought by the front desk. My family sent a box of sports drinks before I left. I made sure to make sure it was delivered on the day of the game. The result was that I, a road ******, filled in the wrong district address. The courier was sorting from the south of the city to a novice post office in the north of the city. Just after the race ended at 4 p.m., the logistics information showed that ”the post office is already at the post office,” but we had to leave for the next city at 5 p.m, and looked at the postoffice address 10 kilometers away on the map, stamping our feet in a hurry. When she heard this, Ms. Park comforted me by saying, ”Don't worry, I'll find a way,” grabbing the keys to her electric car and running out. She returned 20 minutes later, sweating and panting, saying, ”The sorting officers had the wrong zoning area. QQueenNatWooCi sono state cose buone e cattive per questo viaggio di fine settimana. Le cose cattive non hanno rovinato il viaggio e abbiamo ancora un bel tempo. Prima di tutto, il parcheggio qui è così orribile. Abbiamo guidato poche volte per trovare un posto per l'orco. Non potevamo guidare fino al check-in. Ci sono autobus per le aree ferroviarie e forestali, ma non ci siamo raggiunti, è anche molto conveniente per giocare. Il balcone è buono: troppi insetti nella zona montana 🥲 si stima che inverno sarà un po' meglio.

SSoloTravelAnnaI stayed at a nice local hotel conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Fulong Snow Park. While my room was slightly dirty, it wasn't enough for me to raise a complaint; it felt as though the cleaner might have been in a hurry.
I attempted to order room service, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, but I found it lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts I've experienced.
One downside was that there was no way to book tickets for the snow park directly through the hotel. Perhaps there was a method, but it wasn't available in English.
At Fulong Snow Park, I encountered difficulties as the English-speaking window had no staff who could assist in English. It was quite challenging to navigate everything. Fortunately, I managed to find an English-speaking ski instructor named Alex, who I highly recommend. Although this is unrelated to the hotel, I felt it was worth mentioning!

In fact all staff members were so friendly and helpful. Well trained and so focused on customer care and satisfaction, Willy and his restaurant staff were at our every beck and call and more.it would be unfair to mention just a few names because everyone was so attentive to the guests The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the waterpark and kids club are wonderful and a great way to entertain guests. We will definitely return to the Crowne Plaza Huailai here and highly recommend it to everyone. Our boy enjoyed playing with the rabbits too.

Staff are very helpful except the chef during breakfast. We ask politely for omelette for our kid, but chef was refuse & respond it with improper manner. However, the other chef during lunch on our first day was nice.
