"Dopo aver visto un mondo di due persone da Trip.com, è arrivato bene. Non è una coincidenza, sono arrivato qui in manutenzione. Le strutture di intrattenimento sono sospese. Così nel tempo è buono. "Di solito, pochi valutazioni. Dopo il soggiorno, la prima stanza, la porta del bagno non può essere chiusa, il cameriere ha cambiato una stanza, ma la salute della stanza è deludente. "地理位置優越，離高鐵太子城站非常近。以前是北京冬奧會張家口賽區的指揮中心，所以配套和環境都不錯，説是去年才開始開業的，作為五星級的酒店不到五百塊錢的價格跟同地區比很有優勢。服務有點兩級分化，領班就比較熱情積極，服務員就有點木訥，剛入住分給我們的房間刷卡進去裏面是有人的，不知道為什麼這麼混亂。還好及時給換了房間，室內有空調這點不錯，因為崇禮雖然涼快，但酒店的被子普遍較厚，除非自己帶被子，否則還是有空調好。前一晚住了別的無空調酒店熱醒好幾次。自助早餐不錯，種類較多，就是有人在餐廳吸煙，然而並沒有人管理和制止，作為五星級酒店有點説不過去。"

I am from Medan ,Indonesia .I can't resist writing a review of this hotel.The service at this hotel is very good that I feel comfortable like at home. So you don't feel lonely even if you stay 20 days at this hotel. Breakfast and lunch suit my tongue. And when I encountered difficulties I was greatly helped by 姚主管 . When package from another city is sent to me that is sent to the wrong address. I was also helped by the hotel vice president directly to pick it up. Also helped with food delivery by Xiao Chen Supervisor.When I checked out I was given ride by the hotel to the railway station.
It really a very good experience , meeting very kind people at this hotel.
Will stay at this hotel when I come back.

"2025年新開的五星級酒店🕍，房間乾淨整潔，設備嶄新。房間配備空氣凈化器，幾乎聞不到新裝修的味道。全屋智能設備，雙床房帶沙發床，還有免費迷你吧，夜床服務還送進口餅乾🍪和晚安牛奶🥛。
酒店提供高鐵接駁車服務，一出來就能看到小姐姐舉着賓麗雅的牌子，笑容滿面，給人的感覺特別親切！到酒店之後，小姐姐直接給升級了房間（之後才知道這個小姐姐的名字程曉，小姑娘讓我喊她小程就行），進酒店之後，孟梓洺小哥哥主動幫忙拿行李，還送我們到房間，這個服務真的是沒話説。酒店的早餐也很豐富，特別推薦酒店的火鍋，真的很不錯！！！很滿意的一次出行，很值得體驗一次！"

Location is directly opposite the fulong four season town物业服务中心 canteen, open for breakfast lunch and dinner, if you are too tired to head to chongli town after a full day of skiing. Boss lent me his card so i could get discount at the canteen. The location is ideal, a few stops by internal shuttle bus to fulong ski resort, shuttle bus stop is just downstairs. And it takes bout 10 mins to walk to chongli town where there is plenty of restaurants and ski equipment rental. I rented my entire set of ski equipment from the boss' shop, he gave me a good discount as i was staying for a long period. It is the cheapest rental i saw in the whole chongli town. And his ski equipment are newly purchased from french brand rossignol and very clean.
Other than that, boss also offered two way transport to chongli railway station and helped with booking of ski tickets, ski instructor etc. He even recommended a good sports massage place to me after i had sore muscles from skiing! Basically, you just need to book accomodation thru boss and he handles the rest for a stress-free ski holiday!

KKwanDuring the past few days in Zhangjiakou, the most unforgettable thing is not the passion of the track, but the emotion brought by the front desk. My family sent a box of sports drinks before I left. I made sure to make sure it was delivered on the day of the game. The result was that I, a road ******, filled in the wrong district address. The courier was sorting from the south of the city to a novice post office in the north of the city. Just after the race ended at 4 p.m., the logistics information showed that ”the post office is already at the post office,” but we had to leave for the next city at 5 p.m, and looked at the postoffice address 10 kilometers away on the map, stamping our feet in a hurry. When she heard this, Ms. Park comforted me by saying, ”Don't worry, I'll find a way,” grabbing the keys to her electric car and running out. She returned 20 minutes later, sweating and panting, saying, ”The sorting officers had the wrong zoning area. I went halfway through the warehouse with them to find it!” She thought she could get it now, but she frowned again and said, ”The box is too big to fit in the electric car basket. I'm afraid it will be broken on the road. I'll run around and pack it in the trunk again!” Before I could react, she turned and rushed down the stairs again - the second time she saw her, she had a sweat scarf on her arm, With her hands tightly wrapped around the trunk, even her work shirt was soaked with sweat, but she smiled and said, ”I just borrowed a shock absorber from the post office, and none of the drinks damaged.” When she tore open the packaging, she also purposely put a note on the trunk: ”Remember to replenish electrolytes after the game!” At that moment, I suddenly felt that although the wind of Zhangjiakou was cool with the grassland, but the box of drinks and the smile of my little sister, the trophy of the race course was more heart-warming. When I met such a service in a strange city, I really wanted to share the warmth with everyone! She not only helped us to get the express, but also let me feel the ”heart for heart” service temperature. Next time I come to Zhangjiakou, I will definitely choose this hotel full of human touch.

JJvictoryWe chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

FFooStayed 3 days 2 nights and our room was ready upon arrival the morning. We had a up graded room which the balcony faces the ski mountain! Excellent service by Jason Wen from the start of our stay to the end. He make sure that our family were well taken care of during the 3 days. One of the best service here and I will never hesitate to recommend this hotel to my friends. On our last day, Jason drove us to the railway station as we had 4 luggages & 2 kids in toll. Everything here in this hotel was great. Once again, I would like to thank Jason Wen for going extra miles for us.

SSoloTravelAnnaI stayed at a nice local hotel conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Fulong Snow Park. While my room was slightly dirty, it wasn't enough for me to raise a complaint; it felt as though the cleaner might have been in a hurry.
I attempted to order room service, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, but I found it lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts I've experienced.
One downside was that there was no way to book tickets for the snow park directly through the hotel. Perhaps there was a method, but it wasn't available in English.
At Fulong Snow Park, I encountered difficulties as the English-speaking window had no staff who could assist in English. It was quite challenging to navigate everything. Fortunately, I managed to find an English-speaking ski instructor named Alex, who I highly recommend. Although this is unrelated to the hotel, I felt it was worth mentioning!

酒店位於懷來，依山伴水，空氣清新，城堡式建築風格拍照📷很出片，距離周邊景點也很多：玉渡山、長城、野鴨湖、龍慶峽……
酒店的親子設施非常豐富，小型的室內小童遊樂場，如海洋球、滑梯、蹦床等……
還有室外小童樂園，小火車60元兩大一小，卡丁車50元5分鐘遊樂項目眾多……
室內還有一個較大的水上樂園，大小不同的滑梯🛝，下午4點還有泡泡活動，還有兩個相對大一點的滑梯，有身高限制要求1米5以後
水樂園的門口還有租電動水槍的是1塊5一分鐘[呲牙]
我們是第二次入住了，前台小姐姐很熱情，這次給我們升級了房間[強]，會員還給了兩張飲料卷，棒棒噠[禮花]
酒店早餐種類也很豐富，有粥、麪、餛飩、煎餅（好吃）、肉夾饃、鴨血粉絲湯（好吃，料很足）、涼菜、水果、麪包等等，能滿足多種人的口味需求……

TTryasThe hotel location is very good, inside the Thaiwoo Ski resort. Room is clean, and big.
Staff are very helpful except the chef during breakfast. We ask politely for omelette for our kid, but chef was refuse & respond it with improper manner. However, the other chef during lunch on our first day was nice.
Overall Hyatt Chongli is a great place to stay for ski trip in Thaiwoo!

FFlorine LeeHotel room was very clean, but the daily housekeeping does not include vacuuming and making the bed. The housekeepers ignored my do not disturb sign and kept knocking on our door to rush in to change our towels in the morning before we went out to ski. Everything about the hotel is ok except for the housekeeping which can be improved with more thorough cleaning daily. They are nice enough the provide us with many bottled water so we didn't have to buy. Breakfast was ok, nothing to shout about, but comforting to last for ski days. We got assigned tower A which is less convenient that Tower B. Walking distance to Thaiwoo town, where you can find nice bubble tea and some restaurants.

LLily in wonderlandWe just loved our 3-night stay at the Thaiwoo Hotel! First off, it was so clean, which is really important when traveling with family – you want everything to feel spotless and comfortable, and that’s exactly what we had here. The location was fantastic, especially for skiing families like ours. It’s just steps from the ski resort entrance, so no stressing about long walks or shuttles. Honestly, it couldn’t be more convenient!
There were plenty of food places around for easy dinners after a long day on the slopes, and the hotel’s breakfast was Chinese-style and absolutely satisfying. It gave us all the energy we needed for the day ahead – just perfect for both kids and adults!
The service was another highlight. Everyone was so kind and accommodating, and traveling moms know how much little things like that matter. Plus, the hotel even offers a convenient transfer to the train stations, which made our trip so much easier. No headaches or complicated logistics – just smooth sailing!
We had such a wonderful time and will absolutely be coming back. If you’re planning a family ski trip, I can’t recommend the Thaiwoo Hotel enough. It checked all the boxes for us, and we can’t wait to return!
