Room was excellent with beautiful view of the ski slopes. Buffet breakfast was surprisingly good. However, staff were bad at acknowledging patrons walking to and from the hotel which I tink is basic customer service.

The service was great. The hotel was extra close to the shuttle bus and to the ski slopes! Breakfast was solid and I must tell that the sunny-side-up eggs were really our kind of breakfast just before we went skiing 😁😁

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is very close to the train station and there is a complimentary shuttle service.
It is also right next to Cuiyunshan Galaxy Ski Field, hence providing a seamless skiing experience.

Excellent hotel. Clean, fresh, well managed. Polite and capable staff. Amazing breakfast. 5 minute Didi to FuLong Ski Resort. Will definitely stay there again. I wish all hotels in China were just like this!

Great hotel so conveniently located near the Chongli Train Station. The staff are very helpful and attentive. The rooms are so big if definitely feels so comfortable. I’ve already booked my next stay to escape from the Beijing heat

The hotel location is very good. It’s very quiet
The bed mattress has a higher quality and comfortable
The furniture has middle quality standards that is maybe the reason for the lower price
The breakfast is minimum to middle standard
Inside the room is smelling very strong from the rest room even the fan is running

選擇銀河滑雪場就是妥妥性價比極高的酒店了💯
1️⃣室內空間大、温度適宜、房間有加濕器，入户有一個寬過道和儲物台，適合放雪具2️⃣地理位置優越，房間正對的陽台就是銀河雪場，酒店一樓穿過雪具大廳和快餐店直達雪場，體驗感拉滿3️⃣想當然的預訂了2晚團購套票（也是自己沒有看清，所以浪費了一個白天的雪票） 因為時間關係第一晚到達已經是次日凌晨了，但入住超順暢！夜間山裡的星星分外亮，所以下次預訂 我一定會一個套餐加單獨預訂房間的組合😏
如果一定要提個建議，建議酒店把早晨的自助再優化一下（雖然食物品質對得住房價，嘿嘿！）

滑雪特別方便的酒店，性價比高且品質更高。房間功能舒適，服務人員反應速度快。當得知孩子下課稍晚，需要延遲一點退房換裝的時候，前台EMILY在房況允許的情況下給予了幫助。這種通情達理為客户着想真的是讓家長非常感謝。下次還會選擇這裏。
