La camera dell’hotel era molto pulita, ma la custodia quotidiana non includeva il vuoto e la cottura del letto. I custodi ignoravano il segno di non disturbare e continuavano a baciarci sulla nostra porta per correre a cambiare le tolette la mattina prima di uscire a sci. Tutto a proposito dell'hotel è tutto a posto, tranne per il mantenimento della casa, che può essere migliorato con una pulizia più approfondita ogni giorno. Sono abbastanza gentili da fornire ci molte acque in bottiglia per non dover comprare. La colazione era buona, non c'era nulla da gridare, ma confortevole per durarlo per giorni di sci. Location is directly opposite the fulong four season town物业服务中心 canteen, open for breakfast lunch and dinner, if you are too tired to head to chongli town after a full day of skiing. Boss lent me his card so i could get discount at the canteen. The location is ideal, a few stops by internal shuttle bus to fulong ski resort, shuttle bus stop is just downstairs. And it takes bout 10 mins to walk to chongli town where there is plenty of restaurants and ski equipment rental. I rented my entire set of ski equipment from the boss' shop, he gave me a good discount as i was staying for a long period. It is the cheapest rental i saw in the whole chongli town. And his ski equipment are newly purchased from french brand rossignol and very clean.
Other than that, boss also offered two way transport to chongli railway station and helped with booking of ski tickets, ski instructor etc. He even recommended a good sports massage place to me after i had sore muscles from skiing! Basically, you just need to book accomodation thru boss and he handles the rest for a stress-free ski holiday!

La prima cosa è che la stanza è molto grande, recentemente arredata e dall'aspetto molto lussuoso. Il secondo letto era molto comodo e anche la trapunta era molto comoda, il che ha reso il sonno molto rilassante. La colazione nel terzo hotel era deliziosa e molto ricca! Il personale del quarto hotel ha offerto un buon servizio, è stato cordiale e cortese. Per i motivi sopra esposti, inizialmente ho prenotato per un giorno e poi ho prolungato il soggiorno per un altro giorno. 😁Sarebbe meglio se l'hotel cambiasse il gel da bagno con uno che non sia scivoloso!

QQueenNatWooCi sono state cose buone e cattive per questo viaggio di fine settimana. Le cose cattive non hanno rovinato il viaggio e abbiamo ancora un bel tempo. Prima di tutto, il parcheggio qui è così orribile. Abbiamo guidato poche volte per trovare un posto per l'orco. Non potevamo guidare fino al check-in. Il parcheggio era pieno e chiese alla guardia dove parcheggiare, diceva che il posto era in grado, e il parcheggio era pronto. Ci hanno chiesto di entrare, ma alla fine hanno ordinato, ma questo non era un problema che non era sotto il loro controllo, hanno fatto il processo molto regolare e hanno immagazzinato il nostro bagaglio mentre aspettavamo nell'aula. Hanno le Starbucks” nel lobby e noi aspettavamo le camere. Le camere erano sorprendenti e avevano pochi sentimenti per loro. I letti erano comodi e le suite erano molto spaziose. FFooIl nostro soggiorno è stato 3 giorni 2 notti e la nostra stanza è stata pronta all'arrivo della mattina. Si assicura che la nostra famiglia sia stata curata bene durante i 3 giorni. Uno dei migliori servizi qui e non esitarò mai a raccomandare questo hotel ai miei amici. Il nostro ultimo giorno, Jason ci ha portati alla stazione ferroviaria, con 4 bagagli e 2 bambini in pezzi. Tutto qui in questo hotel era grande. Ribadisco il mio ringraziamento a Jason Wen per averci fatto un'ulteriore visita.

UUtente ospiteNel momento in cui entra nella stanza dell'hotel, si può sentire l'esperienza di comodità con una delicata disposizione e strutture di alta qualità.Ogni dettaglio della configurazione della stanza è molto intimido. Il più sorprendente è il pavimento fuori dalla stanza, la vista è estremamente aperta, la vista è abbagliante, il panorama del lago e la montagna si combinano, come un bel rotolo dipinto di acqua montana che si estende davanti agli occhi. A distanza, il sentiero delle Olimpiadi invernali è chiaro e visibile, con una lucida luminosa sotto il sole, come se potesse vedere gli atleti volare e giocare e giocare, che rende il loro cuore umido.
Nel periodo precedente al soggiorno, il servizio della signora Zhu Jiang è ancora molto più colorato per l'esperienza di alloggio.Dal tempo, le previsioni meteo possono rispondere rapidamente alle esigenze uniche della nostra famiglia, e la signora Zhu Jiang ha sempre mantenuto un atteggiamento entusiasta e professionale. SSoloTravelAnnaI stayed at a nice local hotel conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Fulong Snow Park. While my room was slightly dirty, it wasn't enough for me to raise a complaint; it felt as though the cleaner might have been in a hurry.
I attempted to order room service, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, but I found it lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts I've experienced.
One downside was that there was no way to book tickets for the snow park directly through the hotel. Perhaps there was a method, but it wasn't available in English.
At Fulong Snow Park, I encountered difficulties as the English-speaking window had no staff who could assist in English. It was quite challenging to navigate everything. Fortunately, I managed to find an English-speaking ski instructor named Alex, who I highly recommend. Although this is unrelated to the hotel, I felt it was worth mentioning!

TTryasThe hotel location is very good, inside the Thaiwoo Ski resort. Room is clean, and big.
Staff are very helpful except the chef during breakfast. We ask politely for omelette for our kid, but chef was refuse & respond it with improper manner. However, the other chef during lunch on our first day was nice.
Overall Hyatt Chongli is a great place to stay for ski trip in Thaiwoo!

In fact all staff members were so friendly and helpful. Well trained and so focused on customer care and satisfaction, Willy and his restaurant staff were at our every beck and call and more.it would be unfair to mention just a few names because everyone was so attentive to the guests The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the waterpark and kids club are wonderful and a great way to entertain guests. We will definitely return to the Crowne Plaza Huailai here and highly recommend it to everyone. Our boy enjoyed playing with the rabbits too.
