Questo hotel è ok, la camera all'interno è molto grande, molto igienica, molto lontana dalla strada e diversi ristoranti deliziosi si trovano proprio di fronte all'hotel. . . Xiao Wang in the hotel was very helpful to meet us at the airport when we arrived late at night. He also got a private English speaking guide, Lily for us for the next 2 days. We really enjoyed out time at Zhangjiajie.

Nice hotel that got everything we needed. at the beginning it was a bit hard to find the hotel.

Perfect location along Main Street Large tourist hotel

This was a three star hotel at best. We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. We stayed at this hotel for three nights, but they constantly tried to check our health codes at the front door. It was rude and unprofessional. The doors for each room are thick and provide good sound insulation, but they make a lot of noise in the hall when they slam shut. There were roosters outside that crowed early in the mornings. As early as 4:30 am! It really disrupted our sleep. It was ridiculous. The beds were not comfortable, they were very hard. I understand though that some people may prefer a stiff mattress. The breakfast was okay and there was a good variety. The hotel was clean. The cleaning staff were very professional and did a great job making up our rooms. The location was good, about a 17 minute walk to the Wulingyuan gate entrance. There are restaurants just outside the hotel, it is a convenient location. In summary, I think this is an average hotel but cannot recommend it.

it's old but clean, breakfast is lacking but has the basics, close to the park entrance about 15 min walk, has a local hospital by taxi to get the covid test from 8 to 5

酒店的位置很好，距離東門步行大約15分鐘就到了，在武陵大街邊上，周邊餐館超市非常多，吃飯採購都很方便。房間大小夠用，床很大1米5的，非常適合帶孩子出行。小缺陷是房屋隔音效果欠佳，自助早餐質量一般。

房間乾淨衞生，酒店環境不錯，就是選錯日子，下雨天，前台服務很好，看我們全打濕了，還給房間提供了薑茶，這真是太感謝了！還熱情提供了最方便快捷的旅遊路線，早餐也十分豐富，煎、炸、蒸、煮、炒、飲料、咖啡、麪包……品種超多，選擇性太強了，下雨天停車也方便，超大地下車庫，大太陽天也不怕曬到車了，這是全家出門在景點遇到性比價最好的店了，下次帶父母出來，絕對還選這家

自己從網上找的酒店，原本心中還有顧慮，入住以後完全打消了這個想法。我們一家四口入住酒店，前台主動送我們兩份小孩子的早餐。然後又給我介紹了景區的遊玩。給了我們一份路線圖。讓我們整個路程下來，非常輕鬆。如果有機會下次再來張家界，我一定還會選擇清心園。

酒店離標誌門挺近，走路、打車都可以。地下停車場停車方便，早餐可以，早餐廳也很大，韓國遊客挺多，房間很大，前台小夥子很有耐心。缺點是房間沒有桌子。

在景區裏的酒店裡真是很不錯了，有很多團隊遊客入住。酒店客房服務很好，孩子需要每天打卡作業，酒店服務員給搬來了桌子和椅子，太貼心了。

公司招待客人特意訂的景區酒店，客人反饋酒店位置離景區近，很好找，出門很方便，房間衞生也打掃的乾淨，亮堂堂，整個環境靜謐有氛圍，下次有客人招待還會選擇這裏

現在網上隨便找的一家酒店！家裡人一起出來過暑假的！前台小姐姐好熱情，看人多特地升級了家庭套房，入住當天天氣好好，退房當天下雨了！但是空氣好好！

偶然間搜尋到這家酒店，入住時前台的美女特別熱情，給我們提供了很多遊玩的攻略，酒店的環境非常優美，最主要是房間的床特別大，對於我睡眠差的人是一種享受，早晨不用擔心被汽車鳴笛吵醒，早餐品種也非常多，總之這家酒店讓我有了愉快的入住體驗，下次還會選擇這家酒店。 另外這張家界的景色真是的太美了，漫步在張家界綠意盎然的林間小道，周圍是茂盛的樹木和清澈的溪流，彷彿置身於一個天然的大氧吧。不禁讓人放慢了腳步，用心去感受這片大自然的恩賜。
