I ragazzi dell’hotel sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Ci hanno aiutato molto. La stanza era spaziosa e provvista di tutto il necessario. Consiglio questo hotel.

L'hotel è un posto meraviglioso per chi viaggia da solo. La proprietaria (la signora) è così disponibile e si prende cura di te come se fossi suo figlio. Sicuramente tornerò anche per la mia prossima visita.

Soggiorno qui per la seconda volta dopo 5 mesi, è un bel posto vicino alla stazione degli autobus e tutto il personale è cordiale e molto disponibile

42€ for 5 nights so it is a very cheap hotel, the owners are nice and welcoming. The location is good. The main problem is that there is absolutely no service during your stay, even emptying the trashcan. The window is also not closing. This hotel is a good choice if you want to cheap travel and dont need confort.

This hotel is located in a cute little alley across the street from the cable car station, so it is very convenient to get an early start to the day. There are many restaurants and food stalls close by. The highlight is the boss lady and young gentleman who provided us with such great services, like helping us book tickets, storing our luggage, and arranging transportation, etc. Would recommend for travelers who are looking to stay within budget but would like to be treated very nicely as guests!

The service and location were great. It was very close to the central bus station.

很推薦這家民宿，這個價格特別實惠。管家小姐姐服務也特別好，過來旅遊帶着孩子過來玩，老闆對於帶孩子遊玩的顧客照顧很多，非常貼心的跟我們説去景區遊玩帶孩子需要注意的事項，推薦好吃的三下鍋，下次如果還來張家界絕對還訂這家名宿！超級棒

環境衞生都非常好，距離火車站和汽車站很近，離天門山索道中心也很近，附近吃的比較多，下山之後累不不行，不用走太遠就能到達酒店去休息，老闆人很好，對遊客很耐心，提供很有見解評！的旅行路線，可以避免踩坑，退房之後還貼心的看護行李，特別好！！！
