初めてのスイス旅行で宿泊させて頂きました。 角部屋でマッターホルンもバッチリ目の前に見えて、 温水プールも、ビュッフェも見える席に通して頂きました。サービスもホテルもロケーションも最高でした。 また来たいです。

很棒的滑雪酒店，酒店面積不大，娛樂設施豐富有户外小童蹦床，室內保齡球，桌球，游泳池，温泉等。還有多條徒步路線。早餐也不錯。

舒適的酒店，室外泳池雖然不大，但邊按摩邊欣賞馬特洪峯的景色非常享受！另外酒店有幾條徒步線路，還有騎行線路，挺不錯。餐廳的餐食也可以。

An amazing resort with five-star accommodations, service, and incredible views... simply breathtaking! Many thanks to the staff for helping to make our anniversary one to remember for a long time. Cheers to Stefan (and David for the warm welcome on the resort tram) from the Concierge Team for the excellent communications and assistance, to Raymond as well as Toby and Mauro for their kind service at Restaurant Alexandre, and to Katrin for taking wonderful care of us at Ristorante Al Bosco. Amazingly special place, understated elegance, fabulous service and an unrivaled location. Beautiful rooms, great food (reasonably priced), the spa and outdoor thermal pool are unique. Super base for ski in/ out centrally located for access to the whole Zermatt ski area without buses or walking.
