Perfect place to see matterhorn! Also the service of the crew was fantastic! So impressed and moved♡ will visit family vacation next year again!!!!!!!!

房間温馨舒適，很放鬆，早餐可口新鮮。前台戴眼鏡的服務員熱情友好，給度假增添了愉悦的體驗。酒店有接送服務，行李幫着搬上搬下，很熱情。Zermatt小鎮很整潔，度過了愉快的旅程。

都很不錯，不過看得到教堂邊的一些墓碑，其實很多酒店都看得到，因為教堂在采爾馬特中心位置，我不是很介意。房間設施都很好，可以住三個大人。樓下桑拿。早飯不錯。很多小鳥來陽台要吃的。

温馨舒適的環境👍🏻 店家是可以提供免費的接送火車站服務的，出行前別忘了聯繫店家安排，不然自己拖着行李從火車站住處還是挺遠的。

L'hotel Chiesa Valese un bijou d'hôtel est ce que l'on appelle en Suisse un hôtel garni chambre et petit déjeuner. Cependant la propriétaire de l'hôtel a eu la bonne idée de créer un restaurant éphémère. Le chef Alain invité par Daniela la propriétaire de l'hôtel officie tous les vendredis pour offrir un menu dégustation. La créativité du chef et sa passion pour la gastronomie nous entraine dans une variation culinaire d'une grande finesse. Récemment nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à déguster un carpaccio de crevettes sauvages, un dos de saumon mi-cuit et un filet de boeuf. Fraicheur, justesse de la cuisson,mise en valeur des saveurs: un régal.

Hotel molto bello, camera vista cervino molto curata e rinnovata, bagno fantastico e tutto perfettamente funzionale, tutto lo staff molto cordiale e disponibile, noi eravamo li con le ebike e anche il deposito interno è funzionale.

Con mia moglie abbiamo trascorso un week end da favola all”Hotel Chesa Varese. Ottima accoglienza, arrivati a Zermatt sotto la pioggia, il veicolo dell’hotel ci attendeva alla stazione ferroviaria. La camera con balcone e vista sul Cervino, bellissima e molto pulita. La colazione ottima con prodotti locali di ottima qualità. Gli spazi comuni sono molto accoglienti. Hotel consigliatissimo!

This place ia so cute I really like the location, in middle of town.. We had a drink outside, garden was very nice and peaceful They also have a bar that you can stop for drinks - - I highly recommend , its small hotel worth the stay You can walk to town, or anywhere you go!!

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff were so helpful. Thank you Cecilia, Fernando, Suzanne, and Melanie for taking good care of us. Our room was clean and smelled very good. The buffet breakfast was yummy and we enjoyed the cappucinos and egg dishes they prepared for us. Last but not least, their lounge area was a great and cozy place to relax after a lounge day in the mountains. We’ll definitely stay here again when we visit Zermatt. — Ralph & Karen

If you want to experiece fine service this is the place to visit. Full of praise for the entire staff. Located in a peaceful area and within walking distance of all activities, restaurants, marketplace and station. You enter you are so warmly greeted and the ambience around makes you immediately feel that you are in for a great experience. The handwritten welcome note , chocolates , customised pillow options , room ammeneties , mini bar with.compimentary drinks and on departure again a handwritten note with a bag of goodies shows how caring they are for their guests. Room was spacious and a balcony with a Matterhorn view. Housekeeping was very good. We are vegetarian and on our whole trip this was the only hotel where we relished the breakfast. Their compimentary pick up and drop service was another highlight. Above all as mentioned earlier all praise for their staff for making our stay memorable. A top notch hotel which deserves a five star rating.

Hotel Chesa Valese is an outstanding hotel in Zermatt. Each and every staff member treats you like family, and everybody takes the time to ensure that all is well. Everything in the room seems just perfect. Beds are comfortable, the shower is powerful, and pillows are customized to your liking. Every morning one can start the day with a healthy and delicious breakfast, perfect fuel for an outdoor activity day in Zermatt. I would never think of staying anywhere else in Zermatt. Well done, Chesa Valese!

It was good to return to this Hotel again, . Its the time you say to yourself there is nowhere in the world I rather be, than right here now . Breakfast is as god as always gets your energy up for the day ahead in the mountains . If you want the trough Swiss Mountain experience , then the hotel Chesa Valese is a must . the hotel is a short walk from the train station. You can access Zermatt by Public transport from both Geneva, Basel Mulhouse and Zurich airports . Show less
