Hotel ricavato da un’antica dimora nobiliare in pieno centro di Zamora. Sprigiona il classico fascino spagnolo in molti suoi aspetti. Grande patio centrale, ampi corridoi dove prevale il legno, arazzi e mobili molto particolari. Inoltre c’è un grande giardino con una bella piscina . Camera tripla confortevole con un bagno ampio e molte curato, letto comodo, bella vista sul fiume Duero dalla finestra. Accoglienza piacevole, prezzo giusto. Unico neo la mancanza di un parcheggio privato.

We had six nights, and this was our tenth Parador over our years visiting Spain. The historic hotel is in good shape, and occupys the old Counts of Alba palace. Room 28 is a suite in the corner on the main floor, a good choice. The terrace overlooks the Duero River, and the old romanesque church next door, with its stork nests.

Stay for the location in town. Food is average, the dining room is butt ugly, and the bar area chaotic.

A fantastic hotel in the heart of a wonderful city. It is closing soon for refurbishment. The rooms are a bit creaky and old-fashioned so some work is needed, but hopefully they’ll keep the character of the building intact and ensure that the old team of staff members is brought back to oversee things. Their friendliness and efficiency - and willingness to go the extra mile - helped make our stay special.

Lovely historical hotel in the center of Zamora. It's not easy to find as the streets are very narrow.

All good well worth a visit . Fabulous old building interesting town . Interesting area. A must stay when in this part of Spain, and great value.

We booked this hotel at the last minute due to a rescheduled road trip - it did not disappoint. We arrived in the middle of a Cheese Festival and arrived early. The staff were brilliant and took our baggage and even parked our car in the garage. We had booked a suite and it was massive - we also ate in the main restaurant and the food was great as was the service. We only stayed one night but it is worth 2 or three - a brilliant location and service exceptional. We would return.

This was our third visit and stay at the parador in Zamora. It is a highlight of our trips through Spain and we always ensure that a stay in Zamora is included in our itinerary. This parador is exceptional, the staff friendly and welcoming and the facilities well above expectations. Bedrooms are spacious and beautifully furnished, as is the rest of the hotel, whilst the public areas, swimming pool and terrace are kept to the highest standards. Food and drink offers match these high standards and we could not fault this parador in any way.

We really were impressed by the location and history of the Parador. Rooms are clean and staff are very attentive. Pool area is very relaxing. Unfortunately during our stay there was a big and loud wedding party that really disturbed our rest.

The Renaissance Palace in the Romanesque City of Zamora the Parador has medieval ambience providing a contemporary hotel experience. The warmest greeting was received by the hotel manager at reception most welcome after a long journey. The Hotel personal were attentive, polite and informative ensuring our stay would be memorable. Room 112 was gorgeous however was noisy being situated on the Plaza. The Wi-Fi connectivity was not great however was adequate for a one night stay. Breakfast was fair with good reasonable choices for such an establishment although a tense service due to a stressed member of the waiting team. The young Bar assistant was polite and friendly providing an efficient service. The Hotel however is in great need of refurbishment the décor and fitting are rather tired and dated. Overall a pleasant overnight stay as our first experience in Spain 2024.

Very nice hotel in historic building and historic core of town. Close to town square and fun restaurants on los herreros side street. Room had view of pool and river. Parking was off site in parking garage (10 euros a night) at edge of old town with short walk to hotel. Not perfect but worked out for us. I would recommend hotel if going to Zamora.
