Hotel a 3 stelle a Zamboanga

NEVER AGAIN!! I was initially assigned a room accessible only through stairs, the paint on the wall was peeling , toilet flush not working, molds in the toilet , safe box not working. I was transferred to another room, no elevator too,only stairs to access it, the toilet was also full of molds , the same problem with the safe deposit box, the fridge smelled disgusting, stain on the bedsheet , the previous guests’ wifi voucher still by the bedside. I’m too tired and needed to be somewhere so i settled in this room . But then at night when I arrived , I found crawling baby COCKROACHES in my chocolate box, in my toothpaste, in my bedside table . LOTS OF THEM!! The water in the pool too is blurry ! I left the very next morning and found a much cheaper room in a nearby hotel. Smaller room but very clean!!! I am truly disgusted with my experience in this hotel !!! This place needs a serious need of updating. They are expensive too compared to other hotels in this city.

Il nostro soggiorno in Two Seasons Executive Suite è una buona esperienza. Anche se ci sono alcune preoccupazioni nelle loro strutture, come non ci sono tavole e sedie disponibili. Immagina, come abbiamo mangiato il nostro cibo? Tuttavia, vorrei suggerire che la prossima volta si aggiungeranno mobili, tavoli e sedie. Per quanto riguarda il servizio, è piuttosto buono, ma al check-in - penso che ci sia un problema che ho chiaramente prenotato online 3 giorni e 2 notti, ma chiedono se si prolungerà il nostro soggiorno. Intende dire, quando si accede, ci pagano solo per una notte. Quindi, migliorare le competenze di gestione per una transazione facile. Food? Non sono sicuro se hanno offerto cibo, ma nel nostro soggiorno non abbiamo avuto a disposizione.

One of the better hotels in Zamboanga city. Reservation stuff is very responsive in emails although can be a bit unorganized when responding. The hotels location is very convenient as it is central to the city and just at the back of sm SM Mindpro. Rooms come with free buffet breakfast. There's nothing stellar about the food but good enough to start the day. Rooms are spacious and generally clean. Wi-fi is decent. Staff onsite are courteous and helpful. Hotel offers shuttle to airport for a small fee.

per un soggiorno notturno, il prezzo della camera era un furto. Tutti e due abbiamo avuto un piccolo colazione a 700 pesos per persona. Questo hotel offre TV via cavo, doccia calda e fredda, lenzuola fresca, kit dentali, acqua bollente, Letti a due e condizionatore d'aria. Ha anche un paio di mutandine. ma noi abbiamo portato il nostro. Non c'erano pendenti. ci hanno fornito due pendenti per nostra richiesta. e c'è solo un pendiente per ogni letto. Devi pagare 20 pesos extra per ogni pendiente supplementare. 4 più pezzi. Wi-Fi è stabile ma un po ' lento. Questo è un bel hotel ma kinda lontano dal centro. La nostra vista della stanza consisteva di tetti di tin dal vicino.

L'hotel si trova a buon mercato lungo la strada Jaldon a Zamboanga City. Puoi andare facilmente in luoghi come l'aeroporto, i negozi (KCC Mall, SM Mindpro), il barter a Canelar e la City Hall. È possibile andare dall'hotel alla City Hall o forse al Gov. Lim Boulevard. L'hotel può essere molto ricco, poiché è un luogo popolare per molti eventi, tra cui feste e seminari. Le camere sono a posto considerando il prezzo. Le tute e i tovaglioli sono vecchi, quindi spero che l'hotel acquisti nuovi tute e tovaglioli anche per le camere a basso prezzo. Le nostre camere non avevano finestre, quindi è difficile dire se il tempo esterno è buono. La TV funziona ma ha canali limitati. Il buffet è medio ma sufficiente, ma il personale è utile, ma a volte sembra essere superato, perché si trovano in molti.

we booked via Agoda for our accommodation for Zamboanga Visit, there was a misrepresentation on the room type, we were looking for a room with three single beds, Agoda, showed this hotel with an affordable price. However, upon arrival, the room for three was in a different price, which was higher compared on the Agoda website. upon discussion with Agoda and the Hotel representative. Marcian Business Hotel accommodated our request to have the room without paying the price difference. The hotel values its commitment to the hotel guests.

We picked this hotel because it is the highest rated hotel in Zamboanga City in TripAdvisor and there were no horrible comments. That’s really not a compliment for the city. The highest rated hotel in Zamboanga is, sadly, average to below average. It was not a bad experience, but it was not impressive. What’s good is that the hotel runs like a real one. People are polite and accommodating, the room we were given was clean, the sheets while not new-looking were clean and clean-smelling. However, it’s dated and it just has to pay attention to things that travellers like my family will see very negatively, like holes and stains on the curtains, stains on the carpet, the need to re-grout the bathroom, etc. Breakfast was average, if not lacking. In my experience, the addition of breakfast longganisa and arroz caldo could up the breakfast experience significantly. If this amazing city wants more tourists from Manila and even other countries, it has to have a hotel that gives an excellent experience. With the kind of good service it gives, this hotel can be an excellent one. Good luck and I hope the hotel takes this review as a positive challenge.

Our original booking was for January 2023 but due to thunderstorm and flood in zamboanga we cancelled our trip and requested to move it, for the 2nd time request of booking modification hotel still allowed us to rebook even though booking policy is non changeable and non refundable ❤️ The hotel is walking distance to canelar barter which great and walking distance to family fried chicken to grab delicious dinner. Bed is comfortable and new but the restroom needs to be repaired or should be well maintained. There is no room decoration such as painting or even lampshade to make it cozy 😅 TV has cable but bad reception, wifi - is I think a must in a hotel they have it but very weak and unstable in room. For breakfast, they serve it plated and only one menu per breakfast. I think they should have selectiona for those picky eaters. When you book with trip.com they wouldn't see your booking as booked by trip. Com you may ask them to check ******* booking For it's price exterior, location and bed is better compared to the other hotels in the area but maybe next time we'll try the other hotels with better amenities 😊❤️

It was a good place for a large group to stay. The water supply is very good, amenities as well. It's far from the city and ideal to have your own vehicle or rent a car to travel from the city back to the apartelle, vice versa or anywhere else in the city. Areas for improvement: Receptionists must be ready to welcome the guest because booking was made ahead of time and was informed of the late check in. We waited quite a long time to attend. The distance from the city must be updated on the website and travelling time. The contact number also needs to be updated because the number posted on the website is not the correct number. Not contactable. Words of appreciation to the management: We appreciated so much that despite the no refund policy, we still receive a little refund of our entire 4 nights booking. We only stayed one night because of the far distance from the city. Overall, the place is still recommended. I will consider it in the future and include to Plan the transportation.
