You will feel at home in this hotel. The ambiance is so feel at home. Location is perfect as it is next to shopping area, hotel bars, and beach front. Standard Room Price is around P3500 fantastic layout and furnitures, no beach view tho, lampshade has no outlets to plug on, toilets is a bit old, small and untidy. Free Filipino Breakfast (1 small dish, 1 egg, fried rice) or very very small serving of American Breakfast (1 egg). Most of the staff is naturally friend except for a lady front desk staff with eye glasses on duty in the morning, she ruined all other goods as you have to deal more with front desk on requests. Just by approaching the fornt desk, you'll feel you did something wrong by her vibes. For my 5 days of stay, never saw her smiled. I dont know if I did something wrong. My OZ friend, actually left the front desk for keeping him waiting for long time (she was on phone for like 7mins), he literally compared the services offered here and abroad as if not being professional his exact words ”like this one,no energy for service”. On the contrary, the Security Guard on duty at night till dawn is far more approachable and is very nice. Poor Parking Area. Even if the room is good for 2 and if your check-in alone they will just give 1 breakfast coupon, if your a big eater you buy extra food at their bar. The policy is ridicoulous since the price for single occupant and double occupant for all accomodations is the same, so the 2 coupons must be given to the guest, considering the amount per serving of food is very little. But as I said, great location and very feel at home (interior design).

The pub part of the offer was outstanding, Magners on tap, real British pub atmosphere, best calamares I had in decades. Nice seats watching out on the bay. Could not be sny better in England. The rooms were rather soso, and I don’t mean the size or rudimentary furniture. There were small ants all over so I kept my suitcase closed. There was a loud fan in the room and a rattling a/c in the bathroom window. The shower fittings were adventurous and the water flow very low. And the rental requirements did not make me feel really welcome, read yourself to make your own opinion. I had a quick dip in the water in the morning and left a day early. In general, I would rather pay 10 bucks more and have a decent shower and a/c and no bugs in my room.

Poche ore dopo ho ricevuto un testo che diceva che la stanza che mi è stata data era più costosa e potevo pagare la differenza o lasciare. Dopo un argomento ho scelto di pagare il differenziale, ma nonostante tutti i segni della carta di credito sul conto, il ricevitore non poteva accettare la mia carta, perché non sapeva come funzionare la macchina. Non potevo collegarmi a Internet e mi è stato detto se guardavo la mia scheda chiave la password era li', ma presto hanno scoperto che avevano messo la password sbagliata sulla mia chiave. Quella notte ho trovato che la nuova lampada a letto non funzionava, né ho potuto aprire la cassaforte che era chiusa. Il sito web indicava che il tè e il caffè erano forniti nella stanza, non c'era nessuno, menzionava anche un coperchio o un cuscino, ma il mio letto aveva una sola foglia sottile. il frigo del bar aveva un elenco di prezzi di bevanda infilato alla porta, ma era vuoto. La finestra del vetro è stata spezzata e il vetro rotto è stato tenuto insieme a una cassetta incollata (foto fornito !) Quando mi è stato detto che non dovevo pagare la differenza nella stanza !!

This is an excellent choice when visiting Subic/Baretto. Alan, Gretchen and Martin are super welcoming, and push the boat out to make the place somewhere where everyone feels welcome; whether you are a single traveller, just having a quiet break, or a group looking to have a blast! Like many venues in Baretto, there’s a pool league that happens on a Tuesday and a Friday, giving ample opportunity to browse around, however Wednesdays has the best quiz in town, which is more of a “social gathering” where you can simply pitch up and ply your vast/limited knowledge in the hope of obtaining a few free drinks! There you will find Craig, who will instruct you in exploring the many aquatic delights of subic bay scuba wise, and the food and service is always guaranteed a smile too. Long established as having been well owned, well run and a great place for a few jars, you should definitely give this place a try when in the area.

I have eaten at dozens of locations throughout the Philippines. And sad to say, the majority fall short when it comes to the quality of food and service. We have dined at Treasure Island dozens of times for the past 6 months and on every occasion, we walked away very satisfied. I now find myself judging other establishments using Treasure Island as a benchmark. Not even the restaurant at my private golf course club house could hold a candle to Treasure Island. One of the crucial success factors is “on-site” owner management. The owner of TI devotes a significant portion of his time at the restaurant (and hotel).
