Good service from one of the owners. Delicious food, their food can be compared to a large japanese resto in Manila. The place is cozy and has a chilling vibe.
Their kind of hotel and resort is highly recommended for couples and small groups. They also provide a clean and relaxing room.
We think there are some areas that need improvement, and one is the surrounding area for the Bar, it needs to have more Instagrammable view not to mention the tables and chairs are a bit old style for aesthetic look. The pool needs improvement and needs to be maintained when there are guests in the vicinity.
Overall I would rate their resort with a 4 star.
And a must place to visit. Thank you.

Ang hirap ng daan papasok.. walang signage. No wifi. No towel provided. Kaya wag kalimutan magdala ng towel. No OR. Rough road papasok. Maganda ang property pero... i dont think kung keri paliguan ang dagat.

Il personale è davvero fantastico! Tutte erano alloggiate, utili e amichevole. Questo è un paradiso nascosto. La piscina è bella e pulita. L'unico punto in basso quando siamo arrivati è la TV non ha segnale e nessun connessione WiFi nelle camere. Ma lo stanno lavorando, così ritorneremo, e questo è un luogo meraviglioso!

GGuenterThe pub part of the offer was outstanding, Magners on tap, real British pub atmosphere, best calamares I had in decades. Nice seats watching out on the bay. Could not be sny better in England.
The rooms were rather soso, and I don’t mean the size or rudimentary furniture. There were small ants all over so I kept my suitcase closed. There was a loud fan in the room and a rattling a/c in the bathroom window. The shower fittings were adventurous and the water flow very low. And the rental requirements did not make me feel really welcome, read yourself to make your own opinion.
I had a quick dip in the water in the morning and left a day early.
In general, I would rather pay 10 bucks more and have a decent shower and a/c and no bugs in my room.

I suggest u add a small exercise room to add to your list of facilities. The room is modern and everything is fixed. The food is average for a plated meal.

La posizione è buona accanto alla spiaggia, ma la spiaggia è sporca e l'acqua sporca corre direttamente accanto all'hotel in mare.
Non mi consiglierei di provare nessuno dei cibi marini come ho provato 2 disgustato, e veramente deluso, sia non era pulito o i servizi non potevano nemmeno nutrire una persona, ”alimenti pubblicitari 2”, mentre accanto al mare mi aspettavo una buona selezione di cibo marino.
In generale l'hotel è ben fatto con il cibo e la spiaggia

CCai SalvadorAbbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno a giardino per 3 giorni 2 notti, ma non ci sono state aspettative soddisfatte. In primo luogo, hanno limitato le slot di parcheggio nella zona. Anche se mi è stato consigliato di avere un altro parcheggio. Non sono certo dove sia situato. In secondo luogo, la piscina è molto piccola. In terzo luogo, non accettano carte di credito e/o pagamenti in contanti. E infine, ma non meno importante, la nostra camera (210) era vecchia. La TV non è intelligente e ha canali limitati, la carta chiave non funziona, quindi ci è stato dato un chiave invece. Ci sono mosche nella stanza, il drenaggio della zona doccia è bloccato (è molto lento), questo resort deve essere aggiornato e rinnovato. Ma tutti i loro staff sono super super bello!!

UUtente anonimoDecent for the price, big rooms and bed, cr floor has a bit of water and seemed to be leaking somewhere when we checked in, rooms looked old and dated but is clean. tv wifi/ not working we had to connect it to our phones so we can have some sort of show when we are resting. I love pools that have heaters but they're not consistently switched on, same as the wave pool, I hope they have schedules on when it is on so we know when to swim. Beach is not swimmable. Need car to access the place and there are no other restaurants nearby the hotel. But service is good, staff are all friendly and helpful. Would comeback again for the heated pools, but I do hope it's on like 6-9am and 4-9pm something like that. Cant remember if there are other available facilities... Also the pool tiles need to be maintained on the pool near the main bldg as some pieces fell off.

We just wish that their toilet will have some hook so can hang towels and also can use when drying some clothes ... Overall we really enjoyed our 4 nights staying there... Fully recommended 👏💪

JJun DealcaAbbiamo goduto di questo posto, anche se non abbiamo usato tutte le piscine e gli slidi.Abbiamo trascorso più tempo su piscina di bambini e piscine d'onda.Mio figlio di 2 anni ha goduto di esso. Ha bisogno di alcune riparazioni per la sicurezza, come la corsa su uno slidi è già andata. La piscina di Kiddie è proprio accanto alla piscina di rampaggio, non un buon genitore di configurazione deve guardare i loro bambini attentamente assicurarsi che non si incrociano.
La spiaggia non è adatta per nuotare, ci sono alcuni rottami, non si noterà se non nuotare, il suo meglio solo per le attività sportive.
Per quanto riguarda la stanza, il suo bene, eccetto il piombo che non ha funzionato il nostro ultimo giorno e le sedie sono già difettose, hanno bisogno di sostituzione o di riparazione, ma abbiamo una buona vista sulla piscina e sulla baia sottostante.
Il personale è amichevole e sempre pronto a assistere.

MMaria AvenaI would like to commend Lee in the Restaurant for being so friendly and giving me an excellent customer service also the guy in Front Office he is really friendly, knowledgeable in his job. HOWEVER
1. The property has poor amenities. For instance, no bottled water but instead they prepared an empty container for you to get the water in the restaurant in water dispenser as really like a dorm or bed space set up or hostel set up.
2. You do not have toothbrush and toothpaste
3. No slipper
4. No floor towels anywhere.
I was thinking if Subic Park Hotel is now a hostel but when I checked it is a Hotel with a hostel set up. There are some properties inside Subic with cheaper prices but with complete amenities. Just saying.
Kudos to employees here by the way. They are delivering excellent customer service even the property has poor service.
