We enjoyed the place, though we did not used all the pool and slides. We spent more time on kiddie pool and wave pools.my 2 yr old son enjoyed it. It needs some repairs for safety, like the railing on one slide is alredy gone. Kiddie pool is right beside the rampage pool, not a good setup parent must watch their small kids closely make sure they dont cross.
The beach is not suitable for swmming, there are some trashes, you wont notice it unless you swim, its best just for sports activities.
As for the room, its good except for the plumbing which did not work on our last day and also the chairs are already defective, need replacement or repair. But we got the good view of the pool and the subic bay.
The staff are friendly and always ready to assist.

1. The staff members are truly remarkable. Their assistance and politeness are beyond compare. 2. The establishment made several changes to the prices, which caused quite a stir. We had organized a party for 50 people and were initially quoted a certain price for the food. However, when we pointed out that the brochure they had sent mentioned a different price, they promptly provided us with an updated brochure and refused to honor the original price. 3. The pool is given a significant focus, but don't let the pictures deceive you. 4. It is extremely disappointing that there is absolutely no hot water for showering. None at all. We were lucky enough to get lukewarm water once, but that was about it. 5. The quality of the food is below average. The menu states that certain items come with certain accompaniments, but when they are missing and we inquire about it, they simply claim that those accompaniments are not included. 6. It should be noted that there are no irons or hair dryers available. 7. I must warn you: despite what the website claims about accepting card payments, they do not. I had to go through the trouble of finding cash in a location where transportation was already difficult to find. Overall, the staff was the only exceptional aspect of this place. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

I my family and I rented three rooms here in December 2022. Two rooms with a king size bed and one room with two queen size beds. All rooms had spectacular views from their private balconies. The Wi-Fi connection was not strong in one of our rooms but the staff promptly moved us into a new room. We especially enjoyed how the hotel offers massages in the room. The beach was rocky but the view was unbeatable. The breakfast in the morning was great and cost friendly and the dinner in the evening was even more cost friendly and so tasty. We can’t wait to return here during our next trip to Subic!

UUtente ospitePrinzipiell sind die 4**** zu viel, realistisch gesehen sind 2,5* angebracht.
Check in verlief reibungslos, Zimmer war sauber, groß und praktikabel eingerichtet. Das abgebildete Zimmer im Netz war leider die Suite, dementsprechend die Enttäuschung über den fehlenden Meerblick.
Zudem gibt es direkt im Hotel kein Frühstück, diese Info wird im Netz auch vorenthalten, man wird auf 2 benachbarte Lokale verwiesen die NUR lokales, meistens lauwarmes bis kaltes, Frühstück anbieten, bei der Nutzung des lokalen Buffet anstatt der Auswahl kostet dies auch noch Extra😡
Das Hotel ist stark frequentiert und sehr laut, bis hin zu Parties am Pool oder auf den Zimmern bis weit in die frühen Morgenstunden. Ein Einschreiten des Management war nicht erkennbar.
Für Gäste wie wir, die sich erholen wollen, ist dieses Hotel mit den ständigen, nächtlichen Feiern von Kurzzeiturlaubern oder Kongressteilnehmern, ungeeignet, zumal ab 06:30h am Morgen schon wieder die ersten Gäste zum Frühstück aufbrechen und man dann auch wieder unfreiwillig geweckt wird.
Ich hätte mir den 7tägigen Aufenthalt auch anders vorgestellt.

The rooms were rather soso, and I don’t mean the size or rudimentary furniture. There were small ants all over so I kept my suitcase closed. There was a loud fan in the room and a rattling a/c in the bathroom window. The shower fittings were adventurous and the water flow very low. And the rental requirements did not make me feel really welcome, read yourself to make your own opinion.
I had a quick dip in the water in the morning and left a day early.
In general, I would rather pay 10 bucks more and have a decent shower and a/c and no bugs in my room.

The room a very small, and with almost 3500 per night overprized! No kettle, no ref, no hot water, very bad internet, and a very welcome early in the morning staff by 6am which was very noisy! After 7pm was the mysic switch on, noisy continue! At the terraze you getting anoid from local vendors over lobster, fish, pasalubongs and more things you does not need! At the end i had enough! Noise level fare to high! We paid for 4 nights after 1 night we get informed we will not receive anything back!!! Very unprofessionel handling of complains Pool water is green many tiles are damaged and wood is rotten

Alan, Gretchen and Martin are super welcoming, and push the boat out to make the place somewhere where everyone feels welcome; whether you are a single traveller, just having a quiet break, or a group looking to have a blast! Like many venues in Baretto, there’s a pool league that happens on a Tuesday and a Friday, giving ample opportunity to browse around, however Wednesdays has the best quiz in town, which is more of a “social gathering” where you can simply pitch up and ply your vast/limited knowledge in the hope of obtaining a few free drinks! There you will find Craig, who will instruct you in exploring the many aquatic delights of subic bay scuba wise, and the food and service is always guaranteed a smile too. Long established as having been well owned, well run and a great place for a few jars, you should definitely give this place a try when in the area.

Poi, ancora una volta, uno o forse due altri membri del personale non nominati erano insoddisfatti dalla presenza dei nostri ospiti alberghi, che sembravano essere un trucco di atteggiamento. Se non gli piace il lavoro, perché devono essere ritenuti da parte del datore di lavoro dell'hotel? Inoltre, l'hotel potrebbe postare in ogni stanza copie dei menu Jewel Cafe & Restaurant per noi ospiti che chiedono cibo al giorno, poiché il ristorante è solo passi lontano dal sonno e dal soggiorno. Altrimenti, il mio alloggio era soddisfacente con un sacco di negozi, bar e venditori di cibo all'aperto lungo la strada nazionale.

UUtente ospiteYou will feel at home in this hotel. The ambiance is so feel at home. Location is perfect as it is next to shopping area, hotel bars, and beach front. Standard Room Price is around P3500 fantastic layout and furnitures, no beach view tho, lampshade has no outlets to plug on, toilets is a bit old, small and untidy. Free Filipino Breakfast (1 small dish, 1 egg, fried rice) or very very small serving of American Breakfast (1 egg). Most of the staff is naturally friend except for a lady front desk staff with eye glasses on duty in the morning, she ruined all other goods as you have to deal more with front desk on requests. Just by approaching the fornt desk, you'll feel you did something wrong by her vibes. For my 5 days of stay, never saw her smiled. I dont know if I did something wrong. My OZ friend, actually left the front desk for keeping him waiting for long time (she was on phone for like 7mins), he literally compared the services offered here and abroad as if not being professional his exact words ”like this one,no energy for service”. On the contrary, the Security Guard on duty at night till dawn is far more approachable and is very nice. Poor Parking Area. Even if the room is good for 2 and if your check-in alone they will just give 1 breakfast coupon, if your a big eater you buy extra food at their bar. The policy is ridicoulous since the price for single occupant and double occupant for all accomodations is the same, so the 2 coupons must be given to the guest, considering the amount per serving of food is very little. But as I said, great location and very feel at home (interior design).

UUtente ospiteSe questo posto sarà rinnovato, certamente tornerò indietro. Ma purtroppo è un vecchio hotel. Prima di entrare in zambales ci sarà un punto di controllo così basicamente abbiamo bisogno di un test antigenico prima di entrare in luogo.
Pensavo che la piscina con gli slide fosse profonda 5-6ft ma è solo 4 ft. E l'altra piscina che penso sia la più profonda è piena di moss.

Super amichevole e accogliente personale.
La TV via cavo e l'internet sono felici, talvolta lisci, talvolta senza segnale.
Ci sono docce calde e fredde, ma ci sono stanze che il docce caldo non funziona, o che hanno bisogno di tempo per riscaldare di nuovo.
Raccogliete la spazzatura se la mettete fuori dalla porta.

DderektripsNew and improved rooms and restaurant. I always stay here. The staff is friendly and pleasant. The pool is secluded and relaxing. Only steps away from the beach. Lots of bars within walking distance. You can find local cuisine as well as American food nearby.
