Hotel in zona Abad Resort, Zambales

I my family and I rented three rooms here in December 2022. Two rooms with a king size bed and one room with two queen size beds. All rooms had spectacular views from their private balconies. The Wi-Fi connection was not strong in one of our rooms but the staff promptly moved us into a new room. We especially enjoyed how the hotel offers massages in the room. The beach was rocky but the view was unbeatable. The breakfast in the morning was great and cost friendly and the dinner in the evening was even more cost friendly and so tasty. We can’t wait to return here during our next trip to Subic!

Una settimana fa, ho prenotato una camera ”Superior Deluxe” con bagno, per il nostro 8° anniversario, come volevo trattare mia moglie per questa occasione. chiedere (con un supplemento) alcuni fiori e cioccolatini. Prima la mia richiesta è stata negata per ”short notice” ! Come avete bisogno di più di 2 giorni per prendere un volo di fiori e comprare alcuni cioccolatini ... Dopo l'arrivo, abbiamo dovuto pagare l'importo totale, 18'000 peso, in anticipo ! Ora capisco perché ... La prima stanza non ha avuto un bathtub, quindi ho chiesto che la mia prenotazione fosse completata! Poi siamo stati portati a quella con un bagno ... Per tutto il fine settimana non avevamo acqua calda, quindi nessun bagno, nessun doccia! La stanza era piena ... Ho mangiato un cookie il sabato pomeriggio, La camera 581 ”Superior Deluxe” è completamente sbloccata, basta controllare le foto !!! Stocca ovunque sulle pareti, finestre sporche, fili elettrici liberi che si appendevano davanti alle finestre ... Cobwebs sul soffitto di doccia ... E il bagno ... Probabilmente alcune antiche del XIX secolo quando vedete questo lavoro (immagini da provare ...). Se ti piace la geologia, ti piacerà quella stanza, come avrai anche una meravigliosa ”linea di errore” che va attraverso la stanza! Ora il ristorante ... Molti piatti sono ”indisponibili” anche semplici marroni di hash ! Che c'è da fare è completamente eccessivo e l'equipaggio preferisce sedersi e fare scherzi sui clienti (mala fortuna, mia moglie è pinay e ha capito tutto il lot ...) ! Quindi tutto in tutto ? Un fine settimana in Inferno al prezzo di un hotel molto buono a Manila ... Basta rimanere - Andiamo!

Quando mi sono reclutato per tre giorni, ho pagato la mia stanza in contanti e mi sono mostrato la stanza. Poche ore dopo ho ricevuto un testo che diceva che la stanza che mi è stata data era più costosa e potevo pagare la differenza o lasciare. Dopo un argomento ho scelto di pagare il differenziale, ma nonostante tutti i segni della carta di credito sul conto, il ricevitore non poteva accettare la mia carta, perché non sapeva come funzionare la macchina. Non potevo collegarmi a Internet e mi è stato detto se guardavo la mia scheda chiave la password era li', ma presto hanno scoperto che avevano messo la password sbagliata sulla mia chiave. Quella notte ho trovato che la nuova lampada a letto non funzionava, né ho potuto aprire la cassaforte che era chiusa. Il sito web indicava che il tè e il caffè erano forniti nella stanza, non c'era nessuno, menzionava anche un coperchio o un cuscino, ma il mio letto aveva una sola foglia sottile. il frigo del bar aveva un elenco di prezzi di bevanda infilato alla porta, ma era vuoto. La finestra del vetro è stata spezzata e il vetro rotto è stato tenuto insieme a una cassetta incollata (foto fornito !) Quando mi è stato detto che non dovevo pagare la differenza nella stanza !!

1. The staff members are truly remarkable. Their assistance and politeness are beyond compare. 2. The establishment made several changes to the prices, which caused quite a stir. We had organized a party for 50 people and were initially quoted a certain price for the food. However, when we pointed out that the brochure they had sent mentioned a different price, they promptly provided us with an updated brochure and refused to honor the original price. 3. The pool is given a significant focus, but don't let the pictures deceive you. 4. It is extremely disappointing that there is absolutely no hot water for showering. None at all. We were lucky enough to get lukewarm water once, but that was about it. 5. The quality of the food is below average. The menu states that certain items come with certain accompaniments, but when they are missing and we inquire about it, they simply claim that those accompaniments are not included. 6. It should be noted that there are no irons or hair dryers available. 7. I must warn you: despite what the website claims about accepting card payments, they do not. I had to go through the trouble of finding cash in a location where transportation was already difficult to find. Overall, the staff was the only exceptional aspect of this place. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Worth it ang stay namin nang boyfriend ko for 3 days dito sa Megans! Sobrang nag enjoy kami. Friendly ang mga staff.

Il personale è davvero fantastico! Tutte erano alloggiate, utili e amichevole. Questo è un paradiso nascosto. La piscina è bella e pulita. L'unico punto in basso quando siamo arrivati è la TV non ha segnale e nessun connessione WiFi nelle camere. Ma lo stanno lavorando, così ritorneremo, e questo è un luogo meraviglioso!

Pros: 1. Place looks new. Sheets and towels are also new and feels premium. 2. Breakfast was great esp the hot choco. 3. Front desk personnel were nice and very responsive. 4. Wifi and water pressure are both strong. 5. The personal butler touch was a bonus. Cons 1. The deluxe villa, which is supposed to be for 4 pax, is quite small. Its more suited for 2 pax. 2. Spa prices are quite steep. 3. Plunge pool is small. Management should consider making it heated, otherwise, guests will not find it of much use. 4. I understand that its an eco resort but a little more landscaping will make it more attractive to guests
