Hotel in zona Tatrzańskie Mini Zoo, Zakopane

Siamo stati all'hotel per 3 notti e sicuramente è stata una buona esperienza. La ricezione ha immediatamente ordinato e aggiornato la nostra camera per un appartamento senza alcun costo. La maggior parte del personale è stata molto utile, soprattutto la squadra di ricezione. Ciò che potrebbe essere migliorato è le ore di accesso al spa. Piscina e spa sono aperti solo per adulti tra 8PM e 9PM. Un'ora così relativamente breve. Il 8:45PM, tuttavia, ha cambiato il jacuzzi, letti caldi, sauna - un po' deludente.

Situazione posizione ... sopra vista panoramica di Zakopane con un respiro che prende la vista sulle montagne che ti sveglia. Buffet per colazione in modo tradizionale polacco. Circolato dalla foresta. La città di Zakopane è stata molto pulita e calda, ma è stata la mia seconda residenza.

Una esperienza memorabile! Distanza passeggiabile dal centro della città. Puoi ottenere il trasporto per luoghi famosi da lì. Parco bellissimo e grande vicino. Occidentale e inglese colazione con molte varietà. Contatore speciale per bambini! Entrare nel bagno termico per gli ospiti dell'hotel. Naturalmente a pagamento. Perfetta porta per la famiglia, gli amici e i coppie. Vi farò certamente una visita di nuovo. Poche proposte: Prenota un bagno termico e un colazione per risparmiare qualche centesimo! Ristorante indiano vicino!

Hotel super vicino al centro e altre attrazioni, cibo molto fresco e molto grande selezione. Ridere e servizio utile. Super zona Spa.

Comparing to other 5-stars hotels we've been to: 1. Bathrooms - No wet wipes or air freshener. But it was spacious 2. Breakfasts - Cold buffet available, no toaster. Small choice of cartoned fruit juices available upon request - only orange and apple, no grapefruit, pineapple. ”Selection of cheeses/meats/cakes” label was 'obvious', - would be more helpful to label each fully. Small choice of yogurts (one). Hot dishes ordered from breakfast menu. Ordered mixed omelet and got plain egg. Ordered 2 teas and got one. Tea at 5 star we would expect proper loose leaf quality tea, but we got 'flavoured green tea' bag. And a slice of lemon that was just skin and no lemon. 3. Room - few choices of coffee/tea available; no milk (you can ask for more). Only very small cups available (not suitable for tea). TV. Lack of streaming like Netflix. Only terrestrial, mostly Polish with very few in English. Wifi was strong and fast in room though. Bed was comfortable and large. Room temperature was adjustable only by a fiddly electronic screen. Far easier are physical dials and controls. 4. Pool - small, more for relax and play, than swimming. 1 or 2 can swim at a time. It was chlorinated (not ozone). Crazy that it closes at 10pm, so after day out/evening meal you have very little time to use it. Midnight or 11pm would be more acceptable. Should be a time for adults only use of the spa - eg 9pm to 11pm at least, as it was very noisy with so many young children. It was 'winter break' time so we can understand the number of young screaming children, but feel that a reasonable limit could be in place, time-wise. 5. Sauna - Good that there was a it is a 'proper', traditional, Finnish, healthy, correct sauna, (nude or in a cotton wrap) but this was not enforced. This meant that ignorant people were sitting in wet swimming costumes. This is dangerous, unhealthy and insanitary, as the chlorine form the pools evaporates in the hot sauna air, and the dyes and the plastics from the costumes cause skin problems and the body cant sweat properly. Others sat directly on the wood causing damage to the sauna, and unhygienically sweating directly on the wood. Aromas/oils were available upon request, but that meant asking for it regularly, 4-5 times. 6. The outside deck (to jacuzzi) very slippery, like ice-rink! This should be improved or the ice cleared. 7. The 'jazz pianist' was monotonous, boring, and seemed to have only one style. 8. Paid parking only (50zl a day). We would expect that included.

A very inviting hotel with an interesting history. We went in December 2023 with Zakopane covered in powder snow, which made the hotel look like a fairytale castle. The rooms are nice and well-equipped (water heater, instant coffee, tea bags and courtesy bottled water). We did not use the spa and the restaurant, so no comment on this. The staff is very friendly and speaks English. You can reach many interesting spots in town walking (train and bus station are located at a 5-min-walk). Would definitely stay again at this hotel.

Grazie per l'accoglienza di Iwona. Ci sono stati dati molti consigli di visita e, naturalmente, coupons di sconto. Liberta Inn è in una posizione fantastica che è a soli 10 minuti a Krupowki Street. La camera è accogliente, pulita, WiFi gratuita e ci piaceva molto la nuova camera da bagno rinnovata. Possiamo anche lasciare i nostri pesanti bagagli con Iwona dopo aver controllato per catturare un'altra avventura mattina. Se torniamo a Zakopane, non c'è dubbio di rimanere a Liberta Inn di nuovo. Grazie ancora Iwona per la sua cortesia estesa.

Z nostalgią wspominam czasy, kiedy Nosalowy Dwór nie miał jeszcze ”Rezydencji”, właściciele byli osobiście zaangażowani w to, aby wszystko funkcjonowało jak należy. Niestety te czasy chyba już bezpowrotnie minęły - hotel stał się ”masówką”, gdzie nie czuje się już dbałości o Klienta indywidualnego. Pokoje (nawet te w rezydencji) wymagają już odświeżenia, albo po prostu bieżącej konserwacji: zastaliśmy pokój z niezamykającym się oknem (i tym samym niedziałającą klimatyzacją), zerwaną zasłoną. W wielu miejscach co jest podniszczone, obite itd. Natomiast szczytem szczytów (normalnie bym w to nie uwierzył) była sytuacja, w której o 7.20 rano budzi nas głośne wiercenie na zmianę z walenie młotem. Nie był to jakiś ”drobny” remont, ale huk na całą Rezydencję I (29.08.2023). Z pokoi na korytarz wylegli obudzeni ludzie. Po tej pobudce już nie mogliśmy zasnąć, tym bardziej że pokój oświetlały nam nieszczelne zasłony. O ile kiedyś kontakt z dyrektorem hotelu nie był problemem, tak teraz takiej możliwości nie ma, a Pan Michał Szczepaniak - ”Quality & Guest Relations Manager” ma chyba zbyt dużo pracy z ”quality”, bo nie odbiera telefonów i nie ma chyba w zwyczaju oddzwaniać. Śniadania - kiedyś jak dla mnie jedne z najlepszych hotelowych śniadań w Polsce, teraz stały się po prostu przeciętne. Szkoda, bo to był kiedyś (dawno temu) najlepszy hotel w Zakopanem...

Tętniący życiem hotel oferuje swoim klientom miłą i gościnną atmosferę. Na zewnątrz widoki zapierają dech w piersiach, wnętrza urządzone w przytulnym goralskim stylu. Na wyróżnienie zasługuje Pan Konrad z recepcji, który w profesjonalny sposób przedstawił ofertę hotelu z jego wszelkimi udogodnieniami. Dziękujemy również Panu Arkadiuszowi za oprowadzenie nas po hotelu. Podczas naszej krótkiej wizyty mielismy możliwość zjeść lunch w restauracji Grand Kasprowy. Dania smaczne i obfite z profesjonalna obsługą kelnerską w postaci Pana Tomasza. Panowie na Lobby Barze wyjątkowo uprzejmi i weseli. Po raz kolejny sprawdza się zasada ze miejsce tworzą ludzie i tak też jest w przypadku tego hotelu. Do zobaczenia wkrótce.
