The hotel is nice with very helpful staff. Breakfast is good and the serving time is awesome as guests can relax and wake up.Enough space for everyone to sit and eat. The kids also have a nice play area.The people at the reception are very courteous and one of them even arranged the transport at the end moment for us to the airport. They even guide if we have any questions regarding the commuting to locations. The timing for the swimming pool can be made continuous and not closed between 12:00-13:00. That was a little weird as guests can go anytime they want during the daytime.

È un giorno meraviglioso con i migliori prodotti di qualità. Sono a Zakopane ogni 3-4 settimane e non riesco a immaginare di rimanere senza visitare questo hotel. Vale la pena prestare attenzione anche al SPA che durante la mia ultima permanenza ero tentato, grande servizio, trattamenti/massaggi individuati, non ho dovuto dire nulla - tutto è stato letto dalle mie esigenze.

We stayed one week in this hotel it was great experience overall, very good localization if someone like's hiking, great various dinner buffet, breakfast a bit boring(if you stay longer).During the weekend queues for breakfast were numerous and it was inconvenient. Clean rooms. Good hotel service apart from one lady that promised to bring us cutlery and never did. I would come back to that hotel.

A very inviting hotel with an interesting history. We went in December 2023 with Zakopane covered in powder snow, which made the hotel look like a fairytale castle. The rooms are nice and well-equipped (water heater, instant coffee, tea bags and courtesy bottled water). We did not use the spa and the restaurant, so no comment on this. The staff is very friendly and speaks English. You can reach many interesting spots in town walking (train and bus station are located at a 5-min-walk). Would definitely stay again at this hotel.

Occidentale e inglese colazione con molte varietà. Contatore speciale per bambini! Entrare nel bagno termico per gli ospiti dell'hotel. Naturalmente a pagamento. Perfetta porta per la famiglia, gli amici e i coppie. Vi farò certamente una visita di nuovo. Poche proposte: Prenota un bagno termico e un colazione per risparmiare qualche centesimo! L'hotel ha i suoi vantaggi e svantaggi, ma ha effettivamente rovinato il nostro soggiorno di ex bambini nella zona SPA e nelle saune. Dopo 30 km di passeggiata per rilassarsi nella sauna, ho scelto l'hotel dalla SPA. Il mio partner ha rinunciato alle sue visite al SPA quando abbiamo scoperto che ci sono bambini che urlano, principalmente perché rimanere nel saunario, che è una zona nuda, è almeno incomodo con le ragazze 11-year-old. Ho deciso di dare una seconda possibilità alla zona di spa, ma mi sono ritirato subito dopo aver scoperto che qualcuno in una sauna finlandese asciutta aveva un uovo di cane che il bambino aveva appena giocato a jacuzzi. Ho riportato il problema dell'accoglienza, purtroppo senza effetto - non esiste alcuna regolamentazione dell'età, i bambini sono ammessi a rimanere nel SPA. Ci sono stati altri problemi, come: nessuna toletta, doccia rotta (la stanza era lista solo quando si cercava di intervenire con la prenotazione). Per quanto riguarda i plus: buon colazione, grande posizione, 10 minuti dalla strada a Nosal. Non abbiamo ricevuto i dati per testare il ristorante perché non c'è opzione senza carne nel menu. L'hotel ha clienti di business e di business, quindi (erroneamente) ho preso in considerazione che soddisfa taluni standard. Mi stavo scherzando del fatto che l'hotel non accetta gli animali.

This is like a kind of cheap annex of the Carlton Hotel. In fact, the reception desk is located in the Carlton. Here the staff is quite friendly and helpful with indications (it's quite hard to find the tourist office in the town), especially with the public transportation needed to arrive to the several entry points of the National Park. I took a single room for 4 nights and a economy double room for other 2, as it was not possible to book the 6 nights altogether in the single one. But when I arrived I was told that the manager had arranged that I could stay in the same single room the 6 nights. Nice, but the difference paid for the economy double room was never returned (I've suggested to the officer that I could have a breakfast in compensation, but he replied that that was to be discussed with the manager, who seemed to be the invisible man that all the staff was afraid of...). The room was provided with soap, good set of towel, bed linen, a very warm duvet and cover. There was also a common balcony that can give you a good relaxation time while looking at the mountains, if you are in the front part of the builing , or at the trees in the parking place. The building is of good quality so you don't hear noises of neighbours, meaning you can have a good quality of sleep. Even if my room was leading to the parking lot, I didn't hear the cars, and I imagine that it was of the soundproofness of the window and balcony door. In the corridor you have a boiling kettle with coffe, tea and sugar. In a sense, you are ”left alone” during your stay, as there's nobody coming to do the cleaning (you can throw your own garbage in the parking lot). If you need a change of towels you have to pay for it. So it's understandable that people ask for a fridge, as the way of ”giving service” is just as renting an apartment to you. Single rooms are in the 2nd floor, so you will have to climb stairs that can be quite painful after 8 hours in the Tatras. The floor has carpet, so it can be kind of warm in case of hot weather, but you can leave the balcony's door open. Sockets were only 2: one in the bathroom and other below the table. No soap provided. But location is perfect: just 3 blocks away from the main (peatonal) street, and other 3 blocks away from the main road where buses pass by to go to Tatras. In these 2 roads you have restaurants and markets for food. The breakfast offered is the one at the Carlton's, where they can also prepare lunch, but no dinner. I was offered to keep my luggage there the last day and to use the lobby room for internet.

Grazie per l'accoglienza di Iwona. Ci sono stati dati molti consigli di visita e, naturalmente, coupons di sconto. Liberta Inn è in una posizione fantastica che è a soli 10 minuti a Krupowki Street. La camera è accogliente, pulita, WiFi gratuita e ci piaceva molto la nuova camera da bagno rinnovata. Possiamo anche lasciare i nostri pesanti bagagli con Iwona dopo aver controllato per catturare un'altra avventura mattina. Se torniamo a Zakopane, non c'è dubbio di rimanere a Liberta Inn di nuovo. Grazie ancora Iwona per la sua cortesia estesa.

Il vantaggio più grande dell'hotel è la sua posizione, a tre minuti da Krupówek, negozi e fermata.Da dove la birra può andare sulle strade. Abbiamo deciso di andare a questo hotel, perché allo stesso prezzo della stanza in alcune villaggi abbiamo accesso a una piscina, sauna e jacuzzi. Il grande plus è il bar nel lobby aperto 24/7, spesso dopo il ritorno all'hotel non volevamo andare per qualcosa di più forte nella città, e qui tutto è in loco e i prezzi sono molto economici. Raccomando di scegliere le opzioni con colazione, una grande scelta e molto deliziosa

Hotel is a beautiful historic building, decor is charming. Room and bed were good, however TV came on mysteriously in the middle of the night 2 nights in a row waking us up! Shower is diabolical - not only did the door come off it’s tracks every time we touched it but the shower nozzle wouldn’t stay in the hook so you had to hold it in your hand the entire time. Water took a very long time to heat up. Location excellent , we liked that the window could be opened and didn’t mind the street noise. Rooms were clean and presentable. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Loved the restaurant - food was excellent and service great - sadly it was only open for 1 of the 3 nights we stayed. Used the pool and sauna - very nice, however the attendant wasn’t overly helpful.

L'hotel è molto bello, la stanza è ben progettata e completata, il servizio è bello, il cibo è buono, si può vedere che tutto è pensabile.Super posizione a fronte della scuola di sci, zona molto fredda intorno all'hotel. Non mi sono però adattato a qualche cosa: un segno inconscio - passando il connettore di primo piano siamo al terzo piano. Non neve abbastanza parcheggio, né uscire dall'hotel per la strada, la strada è stretta, camminando non fermano molti sciatori perché non sanno nemmeno che dall'altra parte dell'hotel c'è anche un passaggio e c'è un fermo di traffico. La partenza per qualche giorno non era ben neve, anche la zona prima dell'ingresso principale all'hotel non era neve per un po' e la mia auto nuotava laggiù nella neve. Spazi di parcheggio per prendere con 4x4 di guida aveva un problema di parcheggio, nessuno ha assunto il servizio di parcheggio neve-neve o anche mettere le spalle a ciascuno di loro per neve-neve intorno all'auto. L'aria nella stanza è molto asciutta, che è comune negli hotel, ma il cavo è stato rotto. Parte del ristorante super, mi mancava solo latte senza lattosio e verdure da scegliere. Una piccola parte del bagno, come molte persone e una sauna completamente sconosciuta, anche se non è noto? Tuttavia, l'hotel è stato molto piacevole e io certamente ritornerò:D

Hotel is a beautiful historic building, decor is charming. Room and bed were good, however TV came on mysteriously in the middle of the night 2 nights in a row waking us up! Shower is diabolical - not only did the door come off it’s tracks every time we touched it but the shower nozzle wouldn’t stay in the hook so you had to hold it in your hand the entire time. Water took a very long time to heat up. Location excellent , we liked that the window could be opened and didn’t mind the street noise. Rooms were clean and presentable. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Loved the restaurant - food was excellent and service great - sadly it was only open for 1 of the 3 nights we stayed. Used the pool and sauna - very nice, however the attendant wasn’t overly helpful.

We stayed one week in this hotel it was great experience overall, very good localization if someone like's hiking, great various dinner buffet, breakfast a bit boring(if you stay longer).During the weekend queues for breakfast were numerous and it was inconvenient. Clean rooms. Good hotel service apart from one lady that promised to bring us cutlery and never did. I would come back to that hotel.

A very inviting hotel with an interesting history. We went in December 2023 with Zakopane covered in powder snow, which made the hotel look like a fairytale castle. The rooms are nice and well-equipped (water heater, instant coffee, tea bags and courtesy bottled water). We did not use the spa and the restaurant, so no comment on this. The staff is very friendly and speaks English. You can reach many interesting spots in town walking (train and bus station are located at a 5-min-walk). Would definitely stay again at this hotel.

L'hotel ha i suoi vantaggi e svantaggi, ma ha effettivamente rovinato il nostro soggiorno di ex bambini nella zona SPA e nelle saune. Dopo 30 km di passeggiata per rilassarsi nella sauna, ho scelto l'hotel dalla SPA. Il mio partner ha rinunciato alle sue visite al SPA quando abbiamo scoperto che ci sono bambini che urlano, principalmente perché rimanere nel saunario, che è una zona nuda, è almeno incomodo con le ragazze 11-year-old. Ho deciso di dare una seconda possibilità alla zona di spa, ma mi sono ritirato subito dopo aver scoperto che qualcuno in una sauna finlandese asciutta aveva un uovo di cane che il bambino aveva appena giocato a jacuzzi. Ho riportato il problema dell'accoglienza, purtroppo senza effetto - non esiste alcuna regolamentazione dell'età, i bambini sono ammessi a rimanere nel SPA. Ci sono stati altri problemi, come: nessuna toletta, doccia rotta (la stanza era lista solo quando si cercava di intervenire con la prenotazione). Per quanto riguarda i plus: buon colazione, grande posizione, 10 minuti dalla strada a Nosal. Non abbiamo ricevuto i dati per testare il ristorante perché non c'è opzione senza carne nel menu. L'hotel ha clienti di business e di business, quindi (erroneamente) ho preso in considerazione che soddisfa taluni standard. Mi stavo scherzando del fatto che l'hotel non accetta gli animali.
