Hotel con colazione inclusa a Zakopane

Beautiful hotel located in the heart of Zakopane. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed (though pillows are a bit flat). Resort facilities include pool, saunas, whirlpool - all included in room rate. On-site spa offers various treatments (massage, facials, etc) for reasonable fees. Breakfast buffet offers very good variety. I would have rated this place excellent except that accessibility is an issue. For example: access to some floors requires both elevator and stairs. Access to dining room has stairs and a very steep ramp.

L'hotel vibrante offre ai suoi clienti un'atmosfera accogliente e piacevole. L'onorevole Konrad è conferito alla ricezione, che ha presentato l'offerta dell'hotel in modo professionale con tutte le strutture e grazie all'onorevole Arkadius per averci guidato attraverso l'hotel. Durante la nostra breve visita abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di pranzo al Grand Casprowa, il pranzo delizioso e abbondante con servizio di cuoco professionale, sotto forma di signor Thomas. Ancora una volta, la regola del posto è creata dalle persone e così è il caso di questo hotel. Ci vediamo presto.

Era una catena che non conoscevo e l'ho scoperta facendo una ricerca su internet. Ho scoperto un hotel ottimo, vicino al centro e con servizi da prima classe. Ottima la stanza, ottima la colazione, ottima la piscina e la spa (di cui però non ho usufruito). Ho apprezzato molto anche il checkout alle ore 12. Unica nota negativa il costo del parcheggio intermo, a mio avviso esagerato.

Soggiornando in Hotel Rysy, sarai proprio al centro di Zakopane, a soli 4 minuti a piedi da Via Krupowki e 9 minuti da Zakopane Art Gallery. We stayed here for 3 nights and this hotel offered everything we needed - nice room, great location (a 5 minute walk to train station one way and into town the other) and great buffet breakfast. Staff were always helpful and friendly and our room was cleaned every day. What really stood out about this hotel though was the restaurant. The quality of the food was absolutely superb and far better than a lot of the standard tourist menu offerings in Zakopane. I would stay here (and eat here) were I to return to Zakopane.

Great Hotel. Large Room. Superb Breakfast. Stunning location with great views. Only criticism is that the main restaurant in the hotel closed at 19.30. Adjacent one on same complex served great food so no major problem

I stayed in this hotel on October 24. I was expecting a bit more from this hotel. Location is great 15 min away from famous town centre . Compare to other 4 stars hotels I've already been ,this hotel needs more improvement. Souna was not working during my stay and it was two small for this massive hotel. Steam room has capacity of only 3 person at the time. Relaxing are too small. If you come by your own car , you've got to pay £12 parking charge every night which was disappointing. No fresh fruit juice on the breakfast menu. Not even bottle of waters... Options on the breakfast are limited. Do not count on the souna and spa area. Really disappointing. Tea and coffee set so basic. Toiletries in the bathroom not really complete .

L'hotel ha i suoi vantaggi e svantaggi, ma ha effettivamente rovinato il nostro soggiorno di ex bambini nella zona SPA e nelle saune. Dopo 30 km di passeggiata per rilassarsi nella sauna, ho scelto l'hotel dalla SPA. Il mio partner ha rinunciato alle sue visite al SPA quando abbiamo scoperto che ci sono bambini che urlano, principalmente perché rimanere nel saunario, che è una zona nuda, è almeno incomodo con le ragazze 11-year-old. Ho deciso di dare una seconda possibilità alla zona di spa, ma mi sono ritirato subito dopo aver scoperto che qualcuno in una sauna finlandese asciutta aveva un uovo di cane che il bambino aveva appena giocato a jacuzzi. Ho riportato il problema dell'accoglienza, purtroppo senza effetto - non esiste alcuna regolamentazione dell'età, i bambini sono ammessi a rimanere nel SPA. Ci sono stati altri problemi, come: nessuna toletta, doccia rotta (la stanza era lista solo quando si cercava di intervenire con la prenotazione). Per quanto riguarda i plus: buon colazione, grande posizione, 10 minuti dalla strada a Nosal. Non abbiamo ricevuto i dati per testare il ristorante perché non c'è opzione senza carne nel menu. L'hotel ha clienti di business e di business, quindi (erroneamente) ho preso in considerazione che soddisfa taluni standard. Mi stavo scherzando del fatto che l'hotel non accetta gli animali.

This is like a kind of cheap annex of the Carlton Hotel. In fact, the reception desk is located in the Carlton. Here the staff is quite friendly and helpful with indications (it's quite hard to find the tourist office in the town), especially with the public transportation needed to arrive to the several entry points of the National Park. I took a single room for 4 nights and a economy double room for other 2, as it was not possible to book the 6 nights altogether in the single one. But when I arrived I was told that the manager had arranged that I could stay in the same single room the 6 nights. Nice, but the difference paid for the economy double room was never returned (I've suggested to the officer that I could have a breakfast in compensation, but he replied that that was to be discussed with the manager, who seemed to be the invisible man that all the staff was afraid of...). The room was provided with soap, good set of towel, bed linen, a very warm duvet and cover. There was also a common balcony that can give you a good relaxation time while looking at the mountains, if you are in the front part of the builing , or at the trees in the parking place. The building is of good quality so you don't hear noises of neighbours, meaning you can have a good quality of sleep. Even if my room was leading to the parking lot, I didn't hear the cars, and I imagine that it was of the soundproofness of the window and balcony door. In the corridor you have a boiling kettle with coffe, tea and sugar. In a sense, you are ”left alone” during your stay, as there's nobody coming to do the cleaning (you can throw your own garbage in the parking lot). If you need a change of towels you have to pay for it. So it's understandable that people ask for a fridge, as the way of ”giving service” is just as renting an apartment to you. Single rooms are in the 2nd floor, so you will have to climb stairs that can be quite painful after 8 hours in the Tatras. The floor has carpet, so it can be kind of warm in case of hot weather, but you can leave the balcony's door open. Sockets were only 2: one in the bathroom and other below the table. No soap provided. But location is perfect: just 3 blocks away from the main (peatonal) street, and other 3 blocks away from the main road where buses pass by to go to Tatras. In these 2 roads you have restaurants and markets for food. The breakfast offered is the one at the Carlton's, where they can also prepare lunch, but no dinner. I was offered to keep my luggage there the last day and to use the lobby room for internet.

Just a 2+ star hotel... Hotel is centrally located (300 mts from the main pedestrian street) in a busy but quite silent street/road. Very small and not appealing reception. The hotel has a small but pleasant garden sorrounding part of it. The decor of the hotel and rooms is old-fashioned. Our room (#226) was spacious with a small living room and had a little varanda, but it smelled like cigarette smoke. The whole hotel is a non smoking premises though. To all rooms in the 2nd and 3rd floor the acess is by stairs only, not very convenient if you're carrying lugagges or have health problems...or both. No room service available. In general quite nice staff, speaking reasonable english and willing to solve problems (e.g. our room safe got blocked and was quickly unblocked by the receptionist). Average acceptable quality breakfast, in quite a cosy area though. Old fashioned, but nice relaxing and clean spa area with a small sauna, jacuzzi and a (aprox. 10 X 5 meters size) indoor swimming pool. No outdoor acess from there, just a couple of narrow windows. It opens from 4 to 10 p.m. No slippers or bathrobes are provided, only towels. There are lockers for storage at the Spa area entrance. In our check-out date (23.06.2024) the only credit card machine available was out-of-order, so I had to go to and ATM to draw money on purpose. Outdoor hotel car park is paid (30 zlt per day). 🔹Conclusion: Not really cheap for what it offers, but it is in a touristic central zone...maybe there are better alternatives!
