Paradise Resort Hotel is a new level of relaxation. The hotel is located near the city center on the main square "Victory", in an ecological area at the foot of the mountains. Here you can calmly rest away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This is a place that falls in love with the mountains at first sight.
A panoramic restaurant, luxurious rooms, a wellness center, a water park, a Baby SPA for kids and the ability to ski literally from the door of the hotel onto snow-covered trails are the main advantages of a hotel in the mountains. In the winter season, hotel guests enjoy the main privilege - ski in / ski out.
Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk Airport is an 18-minute drive away. Airport shuttle service is available at an additional cost.
Aquamarine water park and SPA center offers a visit under a special bonus program for all hotel guests. On the territory of "Aquamarine" there are three water slides, two children's pools with swings and attractions, a wave pool and a swimming area, as well as hydromassage and warm aromatic baths. Ужасный отель в Южно Сахалинске. Отвратительное обслуживание начиная от встречи на ресепшен и заканчивая уборкой номеров. Особенно хочу отметить невкусные завтраки которые готовят из самых дешевых продуктов. Персонал ненавидит людей и складывается впечатление, что клиент мешает работе.

Завтраки оставляют желать лучшего, шумоизоляция в номерах отсутствует от слова совсем, выспаться вам не удастся. Подушки не удобные. При заселении в номер, позже времени заезда, номер не был убран. Пришлось еще ждать когда сделают уборку. Откуда 4 звезды у данного отеля, не понятно. Крайне не советую этот отель. Больше сюда не ногой. Единственное что пять минут езды до горы.

Отель находится на отшибе, совсем нецентрально. Сам отель выглядит относительно новым, но исполнен в дешёвом, азиатском, бесхаратерном стиле. Обслуживание в лучшем случае нейтральное. При заезде одна девушка за стойкой отказал нам дать номер т.к. мы приехали за час до времени заселения. При этом другая девушка (после небольшого разбирательства) через 5 минут нас заселила без доп вопросов. В общем если вы не приехали в Южносахалинск помокнуть в аквапарке (который находится при отеле), то вам не сюда

Останавливались в этом отеле на майские праздники. Сразу поразило полная безучастие персонала ко всему такое ощущение что мы их обслуживаем а не они нас ( несколько раз подходила на ресепшен была с ребенком мамой и ее скорой они пенсионерки одна из которых инвалид., просила предоставить нам ланч боксы для ранней поездки однако про просьбу забыли и в результате мы остались голодными. Отель может и не совсем плохой но отношение людей я была просто шокирована

Был две ночи, приезжал в командировку. Не очень хорошее расположение отеля - вроде в центре, но на самом деле на отшибе. Вид из окна в обе сторороны на какие-то крыши с ужасными трубами. Завтрак не богатый, но сойдет. Больше всего испортило впечатление, что на вторую ночь в коридоре каждую минуту начал пикать какой-то датчик. Звонил на ресепшн, просил устранить, так как невозможно спать - пикало прямо напротив моего номера. Девочка сказала отправит охранника посмотреть, он он не пришел! Я позвонил второй раз, девочка ответила, что он сходил и там все нормально! Я стал настаивать, чтобы он пришел при мне и послушал. Пришел и говорит - сейчас я вам все объясню, я вскипел: не нужно мне ничего объяснять, просто устраните проблему! Охранник ушел - И НИЧЕГО! Я слал звонить на ресепшн и ругаться, только после пятого звонка мне предложили переселиться в другой номер, пришлось переезжать посреди ночи. В общем за такие деньги сервиса ноль, отель не рекомендую.

Прекрасный отель для отдыха с детьми , завтраки не шикарные, но съедобно и вполне можно поесть всей семье и даже детям. Были постоянные проблемы с кофе машиной но их быстро устраняли. Администраторы очень приветливые девушки, всегда готовые помочь и быстро решающие возникшие вопросы. Большой плюс- это трансфер горнолыжного оборудования до Горного воздуха (ходит каждый час до 14:00 и потом с 18:00) туда и обратно и классный водный центр Аквамарин , который прям очень спасал после интенсивных катаний на лыжах ( по мне так он в разы лучше чем Аква Сити) . В ресторане ели пару раз, вполне не плохо, но как то туго с персоналом и были проблемы то с приготовлением блюд, то с приготовлением коктейлей ). В целом очень довольны. Вернёмся обязательно сюда ещё ❤️

Впервые за 20 лет путешествий меня обворовали в отеле! Жили в отеле с 28 по 31 марта 2023. При выселении забыли в халате в номере карточки платёжные. Приехали домой - кто-то совершал покупки по карте в супермаркете, так и обнаружили что карты забыли. Крайне не приятно. Обязательно пользуйтесь сейфами, и не оставляйте ничего ценного с свободном доступе в номере. В остальном - номера чистые, при заселении в номере не было второго комплекта полотенец и принадлежностей для умывания, обратились на ресепшн - донесли. Завтраки сытные, выбор не большой, но все необходимое есть - мясо, рыба, овощи, фрукты, десерты, соки. Жирный плюс - близость к горному воздуху и бассейн, но останавливаться больше не будем.

Я бы написала, что в отеле хорошие номера и большие кровати, если бы в номере можно было спать. С 23:00 в смежном заведении начинает «долбить» музыка. Слышно на 4 этаже, заснуть невозможно. На ресепшене понимающе покивали, даже не извинились, сказали слушать музыку до 4 утра. Я вообще по работе приехала и забронировала, как я думала, хороший отель, чтобы выспаться. В общем, категорически не рекомендую, если вы планируете ночью спать.

Почитал другие отзывы и решил оставить свой. Не согласен об оценках отеля с коллегами. Местоположение отличное, хоть я и в командировке и не катался, мне удобно сюда добираться. Если бы приехал кататься на склон - было бы вообще очень удобно. Завтраки: они вполне себе обычные для 4 звезд, голодным не останешься. Сегодня пришел на завтрак обнаружил запеченную горбушу и решил написать отзыв, что кормят вполне неплохо. Аквапарк хороший, конечно было бы лучше если бы он был включен для гостей отеля бесплатно. Девчонки на ресепшн и правда могли бы чуть больше улыбаться) но это уже скорее зависит от того как вы к ним подходите. А по сервису ни разу не отказали, во всем быстро и четко помогали за что им спасибо. Единственный минус это действительно слабая шумоизоляция от коридоров, но мне это никак не помешало прекрасно отдыхать. Караоке не слышно было никакого, номер на 5 этаже. Оцениваю свое пребывание на твердую 4+ В следующий раз остановлюсь здесь же.
