Hotel con colazione inclusa a Yuzawa

A convenient family resort hotel with swimming pool, onsen, ski rental, ski lesson and ski club for the kids. This is a ski in and out Resort for NASPA. The room is well design, spacious and complete with an Expresso machine. Convenient stores, coin laundry, vending machines are all available from within the hotel. The hotel is also conveniently located so you can drive to other ski resorts within the Yuzawa valley easily within 30 mins drive.

Very bad experience, my husband placed his glasses into the ski-googles packing box, then we go out skiing at the morning, when we back after dinner and hot spring at night. we found the packing box is lost in the room. But we surely haven’t brought it out. We asked the staff, the staff help to ask the cleaners, but they just said have seen it. So we lost the glasses mysteriously. And we haven’t found it at last.  My husband love this glasses very much and it lost unexpected in the room.

Hotel with hot spring and others facilities like swimming pool and gym room. Room are big enough for 3-4 persons. Location a bit far from town if with car no issue at all. Hotel do provide bus but time limited till 6pm. All staffs could not speak English so communication was an issue if you request something.

租用雪具的人不夠專業，令到我租的滑雪boots很鬆，浪費了第一天滑雪，不建議有心滑雪的人在這裏租用具。 另外，有溫泉是很好，但可惜溫泉的水不夠熱，令到滑雪後肌肉復原的效果比其他溫泉欠佳，這只是我個人滑雪經驗。 酒店附近有一個很近的巴士站可以去某幾個雪場，但可能當天大雪，等了半個小時多才有車出現。 但非常近越後湯澤車站，食嘢非常很方便！

The hotel is new and clean. The food is so good and the portion is a good fit for a lady. The onsen is wonderful with very nice cosmetic supply. However, the room may be a bit small if you have many luggages; but so comfy for solo travellers.

Sci in sci. È possibile avere un traghetto orario da e verso la stazione ferroviaria, ma è necessario trovare un modo per prenotare. Può ottenere molto numero per il noleggio di sci durante il picco.

Ottimo luogo, vicino alla stazione di Echigo Yuzawa. Nessun autobus alberghiero al resort sci (GALA), che è un po' deludente, come abbiamo provato un altro hotel che offre un servizio gratuito di pick-up/drop-off. Il cibo era normale, ma non mi piaceva molto. Mi piaceva di più quella zuppa di miso di maiale. La donna era un po' di merda, non era nemmeno calda e aveva sete. Tutti, tra cui me, passavano solo un minuto e tornarono a casa, uno era buono. La ricezione era solo un interno, e mentre era utile e gentile (grazie), non era molto familiare con le informazioni e le procedure dell'hotel. Forse sarebbe una buona idea assegnare un membro del personale superiore a lavorare con lui e fornire formazione all'OTJ, piuttosto che affidare solo sul personale.

Uno dei più vicini alloggi al Gala Yuzawa Ski Resort e la navetta via minibus è disponibile. La navetta va anche alla stazione di Echigo Yuzawa. E 'a piedi da Gala Yuzawa. Approccio al personale del Ski Resort con il numero di telefono dell'hotel per chiederlo. Ci sono rimaste per qualche notte per snowboard. La selezione del colazione era favolosa con due locali giapponesi disponibili! La stanza è grande, pulita e ben arredata. È anche con una grande vista! La strada Onsen che è la strada con il ristorante è 10-15mins passeggiata. Raccomando di prenotare per cena se non vuoi andare a cena. Un servizio eccellente è uno dei motivi chiave per cui mi rivolgerò al soggiorno!

We can use the free locker for put down the luggages and then we go to ski. The breakfast is awesome. There is the kid friendly hotel because my son can play with many rubber ducks in hot spring.

Very nice view and japanese tatami style. Heavy snow and staff is very helpful to send us to station at free. Very good experience.
