The environment of the hotel is very good and the room is very clean. The staff at the front desk are kind and friendly. Special thanks to 杨杨 for her help. It is really the good choice for foreign tourists. I love Star of lijiang♥️

Room has a beautiful view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, very close to city center and old town. Staffs are friendly as well :) But room is a little small, not much space for luggage

Very nice mountain view! Was given welcome snacks/ tea when we arrived and fruits for night snack for the first night. We had daily breakfast and staff was kind to even pack a simple breakfast for us when we had to leave at 615am on one of the mornings. Staff replied rather quickly on WeChat too. One thing to note tho, there’s only one lift hence need to wait quite awhile/ take stairs if there’s a lot of other guests. Still highly recommend!

Newly built hotel, very clean as well. Can see Yulong Mountain from our room. Have washing machine and dryer for those travelling. Breakfast buffet is ok. Overall satisfy with the stay

A lovely little hotel near the Center of Lijiang. Once we stepped into the room.. wow! Stunning views! The staff are all wonderful. I recommend this hotel , and I would come and stay again.

We had a room with bathtube with fascinating view straight on mountain. However, hotel location is not that great but taxi is cheap. Breakfast was ok and overall it was not cheap, but the view definitely worth money we paid. However, our experience was negative due to receptionist staff because we even had to skip journey to Snow Jade Mountain (we asked staff in Wechat to help us to book cabblecar to Glacier, but at first they replied that only WeChat payment is allowed and when we answered that we can give cash only they told us to come to reception at 20:00, but when we came at 20:21 we were told that it is too late now and been offered to make purchase for the day after.). Later that evening we asked to help to top up our AliPay for 100yuan bill, but been told that they got no money on AliPay and offered us to visit shops at area or restaurants and ask help there. I am not sure if those requests are something but we had never had to skip adventure we planned and in previous hotels in China we could not imagine that request in 4star hotel for giving 100 yuan for transferring 100 yuan in Alipay might be rejected

Pretty good room with fantastic view. Local resident area. Easy to find good local food but traffic during peak hours. A bit distance with ancient city.

Stayed at Twin Room with Snow Mountain View and the nice view of the mountain sunrise was as promised. Voice-controlled operation of the curtains were very convenient. Rooms are clean and adequately equipped. Special thanks to the hotel front desk for helping us to find transport the railway station. We did not pre-arrange with them the day before thinking that we would be able to find transport on DiDi. However there were no drivers available when we were checking out and the train departure time was drawing close. Thanks to the hotel's help we were able to get to the railway station on time.

Great view from the hotel, good location as just 10mins away from Lijiang ancient town, just that the breakfast is not so good

Amazing place to stay, we were very honoured to be treated with a special dinner, specially prepared by Fashion Chef-Mr Song, also accompanied by the General Manager. Whoever visiting LiJiang should stay at LiJiang Star Garden Hotel, definitely with no regrets. Room amenities are of latest trend. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.

House-keeping was excellent & room was cleaned daily with amenities replenished.

As we could not read Chinese, the Front Desk receptionist, went all out to explain to us on how to call for transport by using Didi and how to take a public bus to the Tourist Centre at the base of Jade Snow Mountain and Blue Moon Lake.

Overall good service & amenities, just that the air conditioner is not enough cold.
