Very sophisticated, boutique hotel with contemporary and minimalism style room and facility design. 24 hours in-room private onsen provided, very cozy and suitable for couples and family vacation. All shampoo, body wash, lotion and tonic are lavender flavor and made in Japan, very nice. Even there is 2km distance to YuFuin station, but along the YuFuin Forest Train line, you may walk through very local residential areas, you can feel the loval culture definitely. Both breakfast and dinner are very nice and having fine dining feel 👍 Highly recommend for those visitors who drive here.

家的感覺 我哋冇訂到晚餐 做左research後選擇係金隣湖度食 早餐OK 但亦感恩自己做岩選擇唔係度食晚餐 因為食物係比較和式 如果想食傳統日本料理可能會有落差 係古日本式同新式既酒店設計之間揀左呢間有設計感既酒店 純粹因為個人唔鍾意訓tatami 地下 房間空間非常之大 舒適 庭園及浴室都做足privacy 整體感覺好好 下次會再入住 我地自駕遊所以距離唔係問題 酒店亦有免費接送服務

위치는 차가 없으면 접근성이 떨어지지만 픽업서비스를 제공해주셔서 편리했습니다. 그리고 모든 서비스 응대가 훌륭했고 음식도 정말 맛있었습니다. 숙소도 고즈넉하고 조용하고 독립적인 공간이어서 굉장히 만족스러웠습니다. 욕조에서 바라보는 풍경도 훌륭합니다.

酒店定的人不多，房間數量不多一共10來間，所以有種小而美的感覺。房間內自帶私湯，非常安靜。周邊步行距離沒有什麼玩的，到車站了可以打電話讓酒店來接。玩累了，非常適合來這裏好好休息一天。

都很好 環境:離火車站約10分鐘的車程，酒店司機會接送，酒店內環境很安靜。 服務:服務很好，酒店客房就10間，服務人員身兼數職，但服務很周到。 設施:check in的樓上有書屋，可以點咖啡，很愜意。房間設施齊全，房間內就有私湯很方便。

후쿠오카 여행중 가장 기억에 남는 숙소, 송영서비스, 프라이빗 온천 최고, 가이세키 설명 해주시니 알고먹는 느낌이 들었어요. 야식 먹을분들은 주변 편의점은 없으니 사서 들고가셔야 합니다. 직원분들이 엄청 친절하셔서 편했습니다.

We stayed at the Ryokan almost three months ago. And I still did not write a review. We stayed there almost by accident, as the Ryokan we intended to stay in had only a vacancy for one night. There was time pressure. So I accepted their suggestion of their colleagues. Maybe I would not have picked it if I had looked into it better as I prefer a traditional house and here the old house (badly damaged by an earthquake) has been erased and replaced with daring new architecture. Yet is turned out to be the best place of our trip, one of the best places I stayed in, and I have been in many places all over Japan. How to write a review that does justice to this special place ? A place that has all the old fashioned refinery, mastering the tradition of omotenashi, blending it perfectly with a young vibrant savoir-vivre, global art and gastronomy. |I cannot write a review. Exceptional stay, it’s like a peaceful retreat vibe only 5 mins drive from Yufuin center. There is nothing to fault at all, and this hotel deserves more recognition! From the moment I drove in, we were greeted by the staff who helped us carried our bags into the reception, and the staff even parked our car for us. The service is impeccable, 10 out of 5 stars. The room is very modern, Japanese minimalistic vibes. There is a private onsen in the room, and the shower is basically the shower that is in the onsen. We did not opt for dinner, but judging from the exceptional breakfast, I believe they the food here is also spectacular. We got a private room for our breakfast (we are a group of 4 people). The receptionist even helped me booked the restaurant for dinner, and there is free round trip transport that they offered to get us to the restaurant. Overall, it’s such a lovely place to stay, I highly recommend!

Large room size with remarkable facilities such as indoor floor heating facilities and indoor onsen bath. Japanese style breakfast and fine dining dinner are also worth mentioning. Special thanks to Shono San and crew taking care of our needs during our stay. This is the best ryokan we have ever stayed. 100% recommended

全室離れ、部屋付きのお風呂は源泉掛け流し。コロナ禍でも他のお客さんと接することなくゆっくりくつろげました。 湯布院のお湯は柔らかく、何回も入ってしまいました。 食事は別棟のレストランで食べるのですが、自動ドアの脇にスタッフさんが待っていてくれて開けてくれます。そして個室へ。コースの料理はどれも素晴らしく美味しかった。別料金のお酒がはかどってしまいました。 アメニティも揃っていて、部屋の冷蔵庫（缶ビール、サイダー、水）は無料。追加は有料。 周りに何もない立地がいいという人にはお勧めです。

由布院駅から送迎をしてもらい5分程で到着。敷地は広く、建物が点在してますが全体に無駄を省いたコンパクト、シンプルな造りです。 メゾネットタイプを選択しましたが、結果平屋タイプで十分です。２階部分には露天風呂しか無く、そのスペースも殺風景で居心地が良いものではありません。滞在中、2回しか上に上がらず意味ないなと。 食事は宿のレストランで2食取りました。良く言えば質素、意地悪に言えば感動が無く、多分半年後には記憶から消えてしまう食事でした。 接客は付かず離れずとういか、ほぼ放置。サーブのタイミングなどは問題ありませんが、値段の割にホスピタリティが感じられず、ちょっと寂しい思いをしたのは事実です。 部屋のインテリアや家具は、トーンが統一され居心地はまあまあなのですが、ホテルや旅館の、滞在する気持ちを上げるような要素はなく、人の別荘に泊まりに来たといった風情。 厳しい書き方になっていますが、値段見合いでの評価と捉えて貰えれば幸いです。
