Beautiful looking hotel on arrival but I left disappointed and uncared for. I am a single female business traveller visiting sites across the country and required a hotel room close to wetherby so chose the bridge. Hotel room nice although bathroom needed a good paint. As a business traveller I have to depart early normally just before 7. I was disappointed to not be able to access breakfast and was told by a member of staff heading towards the kitchens the departing morning nothing is available including reception until 7. I had mentioned it to reception on check in and they assured me the continental elements of the breakfast would be available from 6:30 and that there was NO take away service availability for a business traveller. I did manage to forage a slice of bread lol which had to suffice. The bed was comfy but the shower although powerful never got warm in the morning even after running it for over 10 minutes so had to grit my teeth during my freezing ablutions. I had to play hunt the tea tray and to extract it from its hidden location meant getting down on my hands and knees The hairdryer stopped blowing after 5 seconds….. thank god I had travel one with me as remember, I would not have got help as no one was at reception ! So probably a lovely stay for those on vacation in the york area but for me as a business user, I would be hesitant to stay here again unless I had the opportunity to start work later I would have told reception my issues as posting a review as a first contact point is not my style, however if you remember they were not there!

Having stayed before - the location of the hotel is an ideal spot for anyone wanting to stayed central Harrogate - with everything on hand.
Breakfast was ok for buffet style however it should be explained to guests where things are and the likes of tea and coffee is self service.
Our main issue is the car parking facilities. We have a large vehicle and the entrance and exit are very tight for space. Also there is a form of ducting on the roof of the car park which is not highlighted to warn you so when we opened our boot to put in our cases we damaged our vehicle. As a paid for car park I feel at some point it will seriously need addressing and in future it will make us consider our stay.

Abbiamo soggiornato al capo York per una notte.Abbiamo prenotato una stanza urbana (rm 111). Quando siamo arrivati a York siamo arrivati presto e siamo riusciti a lasciare il bagaglio in sicurezza all'hotel fino a che non ci siamo accolti al 3.pm. Il personale è stato molto amichevole e utile. Dopo un passo in York, verso il basso, ecc. siamo tornati all'hotel e ci siamo prenotati. La stanza era piccola ma solo per un soggiorno di una notte. Grazie per il bene del fan, perché era molto caldo e stufo. Mangiavamo fuori a York, ma abbiamo fatto colazione il giorno dopo. È stato cotto e continentale. Molto bello anche!
Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole, l'hotel è stato decorato e anche se avevano un matrimonio è stato tranquillo.
